Maybe this is Universe's way of giving me what I want: I said I want to take it lightly and experiment with love without attachment, because there's no way I could take a 25 year old seriously, in a romantic sense. Right?!

So that's what I did, I took one look at the charts, saw his 5 Cap planets squaring my 3 Aries planets and then the planets in the comp 12th, the Saturn square Moon and Venus, I winced and closed the window without giving it another thought. Yet this young man seems awfully profound and interested. And it's a good distraction from the Scorp. But that was it, until today.

And then I looked again and it hit me. I don't know if I see him differently now because of the charts or I see the charts differently because he sparked my interest (a little bit). Most likely the latter.

However, that does not change my Karma on his Asc and his Saturn on my Asc. As well as other hints. I wonder if you see the same thing I do.

This is the FMC! Of course I cheated and looked at it, but I didn't influence the date or the time - there was no need, I loved the chart! I couldn't have come up with this even if I tried and it just happened that it was my only free day this week and he got off work at 5 PM. But with the amount of karmic indicators he and I have, no surprise there.

He was waiting for me with flowers in his hand. I normally don't care about flowers, but I loved that he brought them (roses, hand picked!). I actually knew he would bring flowers, possibly because of all that 12H stuff. I just did. He's very polite and courteous, a total Earth man, my Venus is a little gaga over that lol. I know your Cap Venus also appreciates that, so I'll spill: he did everything right, from opening the door for me to kissing my hand! Yes, he kissed my hand like a total gentleman, which he is. Hard to believe he is so young! He wasn't shy with compliments and showing me how much he likes me, which I sort of anticipated because his Venus is conjunct my Asc. I'm totally his type, from what he has shared. And there's a strong attraction between us, which is VERY mutual. That I did not expect. I thought the age thing will totally turn me off because not all young men look young but he does (Gemini Asc), as well as the fact that he's a strange combination of a pretty baby face and a muscular body. Normally it would be off-putting, but not in his case. I had to mentally slap myself so I wouldn't drool on the poor guy! lol So, yeah, I'm definitely attracted to him.

The conversation was the best part. I like how he expresses himself, though I could definitely feel the Cap rigidity, which made me feel rigid because he's so proper and wants to make sure I understand that he's a lot about protocol. So we laughed a lot to get both our Cap energy to lighten up lol. I can definitely see his Sun conjunct Uranus even underneath all that Cap-ness because he's unconventional in his views of the world and keen on not following any sort of dogma, which I absolutely love about him. His Sun conjunct Neptune also shined through, he's very sensitive and intuitive and he told me he plays music. I had no idea. He's an antitheist too, but he's spiritual. He's very well read and definitely very smart, also a hermit type like me and has put a lot of energy in becoming a self-aware person and overcoming his limitations. I love that the most about him, but this I already knew. I like his views on relationships and intimacy, they match mine very well. He's into monogamy, depth and intensity but not into attachment, which is the path I want to follow too. Not so sure about monogamy just yet, not with Uranus on my back. He's also rather against marriage, which doesn't bother me one bit. I've come to think it might ruin a good relationship with all the demands, attachments and expectations. Maybe I'll reconsider later, but I think having a fulfilling relationship can alleviate the need for the kind of certainty that a marriage certificate can offer. Basically we decided to just go with the flow, not force anything and just let it happen however it will happen. But given the strong magnetism between us, we'll probably be together. I have little doubt about that, though anything can happen.

It was an almost perfect first date. The only things I don't like much about him are that he lives 50 km away in a small town, with his parents (yeah, I don't like that) and that he's working beneath his education and skills. However these don't seem set in stone, he wants to work in his field eventually and has thought about moving to the city, especially if he was to be in a committed relationship. Other than these, and his age that I forgot all about during the date, I find nothing wrong with him - on the contrary, he's precisely like I currently want a partner to be (I have a list! lol).

So I'm pretty happy right now. I sooo wanted to kiss him at the end (he walked me to my car, I said he's a gentleman didn't I?), but didn't want to force anything. But it probably won't be long until I will lol. I have a good feeling about this. I can definitely see myself with this guy.

I'll post his chart, maybe there are some red flags in there I'm too infatuated to see?

His synastry with the FMC is more impressive (Holy GTs!), from Asc conjunct his Jup (DC ruler) to the many aspects his Jup, his Moon, Venus and other Cap planets were receiving! He told me repeatedly he has been looking for someone like me for some time (the feeling is mutual, I guess the difference is I thought I found what I was looking for too many times to count and I'm more reluctant to say he's it for now, especially while under a Uranus transit!). Oddly, his Mars wasn't triggered either.
