You know when you see those few couples who have been together for years and years yet their sex life has remained hot. It's like that flame never dies out. I want to know why??? Astrologically, what is associated with this seemingly contastly lit flame? Coz I'm gonna manifest these aspects in my relationships from now on who has it? Come out come out wherever you are!

I've noticed certain Moon-Pluto aspects seem to do this..However, these aspects are kind of rare. (especially Pluto-Moon Conjunctions.) Also, they can be kind of dangerous, if not worked with properly. IP: Logged |

I think that there are some people who already have an inclination towards physical/sexual affection natally.(Venus strong/Taurus/Cancer placements) These people then may meet another who is like-minded and find a continuation of what is inherently there. Lasting physical affection towards another I would assume ,involves strong Venus contacts between the two people concerned. And I agree that Mars/Pluto involved may bring sexual heat. But the feelings switch too much either way for it to last long enough to know what is happening. Or to become that stable over time. IP: Logged |

Edit: nvm. I thought the question was about the - sexual spark- and not the overall synastrical compatibility

I agree with the instability of mars/pluto. I would have thought maybe moon/mars providing something long lasting, i.e. the masculine and feminine combined. In a natal, what would indicate sexual satiability apart from strong venus? Then of course there's always the underlying emotional connection that produces this sort of lasting intimacy. If there are challenges though like unspoken resentment, it's pretty much spoilt. IP: Logged |

I read on sasstrology that ascendant/angle contacts provoke sexual attraction that never dies down, whereas it might with the planets.IP: Logged |

I have great sexual chemistry with my husband even though we are together for just 8years. The attraction is very intense and our sex life is great. We discussed this very recently how we havent tried anything out of ordinary -nothing too wild/roleplays/kinky and yes tantric sex.... Right now we are playing safe coz im a heavily pregnant woman : ) Things will get better but we need to wait for it. We have Moon-pluto dw, moon-venus dw, moon-neptune dw, moon conj his mars in Leo,Venus- mars, angles conjunct nodes/vertex, mars-uranus, mars-mars, mars-jupiter dw, jupiter-jupiter etc.. More than passion you need two people who are giving and eager to please inorder to have a great sex life for a long time. IP: Logged |

^^^I've found that Moon conjunct IC is actually generally a very powerful aspect, when you take into consideration what it really means.

How long have you been together? Moon/Mars DW with Pluto in there. Not surprising; however all that Martian energy can become very volatile and create arguments/resentments, so it's a double-edged sword. IP: Logged |

It truely is, all the feelings meet with the roots, the family, the home. Partners want to create a family together and since it's an angle it's very strong and longlasting. If the synastry has this and is also connected with strong aspects that connect the lights and double whammys then you have a miracle than contains everything. IP: Logged |

My SO and I have this, but I'm not sure if we qualify for the time frame you're looking for. We have been together for 4 1/2 years and we still can't keep our hands off each other. It doesn't feel diminished or diluted. Being with him still gives me butterflies and shaky hands. And he melts like butter under my touch ♡We have Sun-Sun Moon-Mars DW Moon-Jupiter DW Venus-Pluto Dw Sun- Mars DW Sun-Venus DW Mars-Jupiter DW My Mars-His Venus Our 5H rulers (His Venus/My Pluto) aspect each other Our 8H rulers Conjunct (Uranus for both) My Venus trine his DSC ruler His Aqua stellium in my 7th My Pisces Sun on His MC It's pretty spicy IP: Logged |

it isn't exactly sexual.. However, we must remember the the IC is basically the area in which the Soul both enters and leaves the body. Contacts with the IC can actually show soul-relation.. That is why I mentioned that the Moon conjunct the IC can be especially important, because the Moon can especially signify this.. Since its connection with our origin/home/family.. (for lack of a better term..) IP: Logged |

It`s a bit uoh to think about it, but my parents have that. Strong chemistry even after 40 years of marriage. (though their chemistry covers more than just one area, otherwise you do not make it to the 40th anniversary I suppose). [/URL] IP: Logged |

Ceri, you got to tell me how Venus on ASC plays out. Who fancy the other more? I have this in my synasytry. (His Venus) Also, how Saturn conj Venus feels on the outside? What is your observation? I have this in my synsatry too (I'm the Venus) Also, I see there is a Chiron square Mars there. How is that felt, you think? IP: Logged |

Orange, "you got to tell me how Venus on ASC plays out." Strong attraction and appeal I suppose.
"Who fancy the other more? " Difficult to say. Usually I`d say Venus fancies the ASC more, however my Dad is usually the one initiating physical contact with my mom (of course only as far as we can observe. lol). He frequently just shows up and impulsively hugging her, no matter what she is doing (which has already led to dangerous situations when she was just cleaning the kitchen knives. ). It`s a little different than I would have expected with it being her Venus on his ASC. But maybe another constellation comes into play here... "Also, how Saturn conj Venus feels on the outside?" Stable. Very committed to each other. A lot of trust. They trust each other implicitly (in fact if they did not, they could not be together at all. Trust is the condition).
Apart from that here it is also important that her DESC is in Capricorn, and he has chartruler in Capricorn plus Saturn on his ASC. That fits. Additionally Saturn rules his 5th house, and Venus rules her 5th house, so it is also a connection that vibrates to the 5th house. Also they love dancing together and they look awesome doing so, people usually stop what they are doing for a moment just to watch them dance for a while, at least as far as I have witnessed on family events or parties at friends. "Also, I see there is a Chiron square Mars there. How is that felt, you think?"
the square is over 4 degrees though. However the square of my dad`s Chiron to my mum`s Venus is exact. 10 minutes of orb. Well, they do bicker quite a bit, which surprisingly does not take away from their love, but seems to add to it ironically. (their Sun-Sun-square probably is as much reason for the squabbling though). However, my mom can be like pouring icewater over someone`s enthusiasm, including my Dad`s, at times, when she htinks she is being reasonable and making it clear how childish and unreasonable the other party is (her Venus is quinkunx my Chiron, maybe that is why I feel it that way, too, sometimes. lol). And that happens occasionally, or even often, with my Dad, too, when he is making grand plans and has impulsive great ideas (as he htinks) just blurting them out, and she is providing that Virgoan damper of practicality. I think if they ever are to split, that would be the thing leading to it, her acting as his very onw personal ice bucket challenge. Luckily there are more occasions though she gets infected with his enthusiasm or at least acts with understanding and trying to channel it in ways that others understand and accept his ideas, too. He is a brilliant thinker and can be charming, but sometimes he is just too taken with his own ideas to take into account what others think, and then she can help a lot as she is more of a social networker, or at least on a different level. If they are really disageeing (usually about philosophical things), their debates can be of mythic proportions. Most of the time however those debates and squabblings just make me want to get some popcorn, lean back and see the very own family-sitcom unfold.

Thanks for elaborating, CeriI guess the ice bucket business is represented by her Saturn on his Mars. Gaaaawd, how much that would've irritated me. And I have had experienced it. Good thing is they love each other.

Yes. partly it is, her SAturn on his Mars (though his Saturn is on her Mars as well). On the other hand this also represents her 7th and 8th house ruler conjunct his 8th house ruler. And luckily it is not too badly aspected, the opposition to her Jupiter is actually rather positive in terms of striking a balance between her ice-bucket-behaviour and her reciprocral enthusiasm. her Saturn on his Mars is also trine his Sun (3), Jupiter (3) and widely Venus (5), and also widely trines his MC (5) This might help.
