Okay I'll start this off short but what I'd like to do is try to get a well rounded all inclusive synastry delineation going on.

Note: If you can't figure out your duad degrees, relationship signature, etc then please just ask. I don't mind doing the work for you and helping anyone to learn how to do it by my words or by pasting the appropriate author's explanation. But I'll probably be pasting a few things from various authors anyways so if you're a private person you can see it all in one place. And of course there is a lot I want to learn from all of you so please do not hesitate to educate us all with your own findings and methods.

We would be looking at a person's relationship signature to figure out their relationship planets. Then we'd look at the duad and solstice points of those planets. We'd look at the midpoints of those relationship planets and maybe we could even add some draconic relationship signature stuff too and see if we get sparks.

This isn't about doing personal readings, it's about helping us all to figure out what methods offer results when looking at comparison charts. And hopefully to help us all to use these tools for ourselves. But in order to see what gives results we would need to take a look at some placements. I think it'd be useful to look at unrequited and requited relationships whether they are your own or someone else's.

I'll leave it there to see if there's any interest. So..anyone up for some hardcore comparison astrology?

UPDATE:

Relationship Signature as explained by Lotis White:
http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum37/HTML/000012.html

quote:
WHY HOUSE SYNASTRY IS IMPORTANT.

The 5th, 7th, and 8th houses are the power players when it comes to who we find attractive, and why we find them attractive. If we have a typical physical attraction interplanetary aspect with somebody, and we don't feel it that way, I suspect that the main reason for this is that they may not be hitting any of the 'relationship houses' (5th, 7th, and 8th) in synastry.

People can influence our relationship houses either by putting planets in that house through overlays (Especially if the overlaying planets make important aspects to your natal chart), or by aspecting the ruler of that house in your chart with their natal planets. When people touch the 5th, 7th, or 8th houses in your chart with their natal placements they bring the theme of that house to ‘life’ for you. Almost like they are turning that house ‘on’.

Another way for someone to activate your relationship houses is with a symbolism match... For instance, if you have a Scorpio Dsc, with Uranus in the 7th, and Pluto in Libra ruling the Dsc, and the other person has strong Scorpio/Pluto, Aquarius/Uranus, and/or Libra/Venus in their chart, then they match the symbolism of your 7th house with the makeup of their chart... Creating a symbolism match to your taste and preferences. Symbolism matches are what makes a person seem like they are your ‘type’ in terms of personality and style.

Note: Secondary Relationship Houses also apply here but to keep it simple I'll leave it to the Primary Relationship Houses for now. If you keep reading through her thread you will see she goes into more detail about hidden attraction and I highly recommend you check it out.

Calculating Duads
http://aliceportman.com/calculating-duad-and-dwad-charts/

quote:
Calculating Duad and Dwad charts

Duads are twelve 2.5 degree segments of a zodiac sign. Each duad starts with the zodiac sign and then progresses through each of the following signs in order. E.g. If the zodiac sign is Sagittarius, then the first 2 degrees 30 minutes will be the Sagittarius duad of Sagittarius, the second 2 degrees 30 minutes will be the Capricorn duad of Sagittarius, the third 2 degrees 30 minutes will be the Aquarius duad of Sagittarius .. and so on.

There is a second kind of division where the 1st dwad of any sign is the Aries dwad, the 2nd is the Taurus dwad .. and so on. These are easy to calculate on a computer because they are the 12th harmonic chart.

CALCULATING THE DUAD CHART BY HAND OR WITH CALCULATOR

As each duad is a “mini sign” the 2˝ degrees it covers can be converted into the 30 degrees of a normal zodiac sign and make a whole new duad chart. It is relatively simple to calculate the duad zodiac degree by taking the start of the duad degree away from the degree of the planet and then converting that degree into the zodiac degree within that duad.

For example: Adam’s natal Sun is 8Scorpio23. This is the Aquarius duad of Scorpio and that duad starts at 7.30° Scorpio

08.23 – 07.30 = 0.53

So Adam’s Sun duad is 0° 53’ into the Aquarius duad. Using a calculator that calculates in units of 60, you can multiply 0° 53’ x 12 and this will give you 10°.36’ Therefore Adam’s duad Sun is 10° 36’ of Aquarius.

You can follow the same method for all the other planets and angles in the chart to make up a duad chart. The duad chart has the Ascendant in the same position as that of the natal chart, but the MC and IC can be in any house in the duad chart. Mercury and Venus can be anywhere in the duad chart, they don’t have to be close to the Sun.

Following this the dwad chart is quite easy to calculate as the planets and angles will be in the same degree as that of the duad chart, but usually in a different dwad sign.

Note: Also notice that Alice Portman offers a link to a Duad Program which will calculate your duads for you. It's very simple to use. You do not have to follow the titles in the program. If you want to calculate the duad of any asteroid then input the data into any of the slots and it will still give you the correct calculation.

How to calculate Solstice Points
https://www.cafeastrology.com/solstice_points_antiscia.html

quote:
Determining Solstice Points (Antiscia) for Synastry Work

(Techniques for Determining Compatibility)

How to Find the Solstice Point (Antiscia) of a Planet or Point

To find the Antiscion Point or Solstice Point of the Sun in your chart, for example, you would subtract the degrees in longitude of the Sun from 30 degrees and finding the corresponding sign from this list:

Gemini-Cancer
Leo-Taurus
Virgo-Aries
Libra-Pisces
Scorpio-Aquarius
Sagittarius-Capricorn

My Sun's position is 25 degrees Virgo 21 minutes. I find the Antiscia of my Sun by subtracting 25 degrees 21 minutes from 30 degrees (or 29 degrees 60 minutes) to arrive at 4 degrees 39 minutes. From the list above, we find that the Antiscia of the sign Virgo is always Aries. Therefore my Solstice Sun is 4 degrees Aries 39 minutes.

My Moon's natal position is 28 Pisces 25. To find the Antiscion point, I subtract this degree from 30 degrees, to arrive at 1 degree 35. The Antiscia of the sign Pisces is always Libra, so I arrive at the degree of my Solstice Moon: 1 Libra 35.

Note: A kind member of LL, DD, has given us an easier way of finding these points that I have tried myself and it works!

Solstice Points/Antiscia displayed in Additional Tables on astro.com
http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/017485.html

quote:
To spare you some work:

"First, display your chart. Then find in the URL where it says mth= followed by some letters and then a &. Now replace those letters before the & with mr, so that it reads mth=mr
Then press Enter.

The antiscia and contra-antiscia are not listed in the chart drawing, but you can find their positions in the additional tables."

I found that description on the astro.com forum.

DD

Note:This is what it will look like in the search bar: mth=gw and it should look like this after mth=mr

Click enter after only those two letters are changed, click on the additional tables (PDF) link and on the second page of that PDF you will find your Antiscia Points.

How to calculate your Midpoints
https://www.cafeastrology.com/sunmoonmidpointrelationship.html

quote:
How to Calculate the Sun/Moon Midpoint How to Find the Sun/Moon Midpoint.
The midpoint of the Sun and Moon in a natal chart is a highly sensitive point. It is calculated by adding the position of the Sun with the Moon and dividing by two, so it is literally the midpoint between the Sun and the Moon!

Calculating the Sun/Moon Midpoint:

Determining the Sun/Moon midpoint () of any chart involves taking the midpoint between the Sun and the Moon.

For example, if the Sun is at 25 Virgo 21 (25°21) and the Moon is at 28 Pisces 25 (28°25), we can calculate the Sun/Moon midpoint as follows:

When working with midpoints, the best technique to use is to first convert the positions of the planets to the 360 degree zodiac.

The following table will help you convert the degrees of the zodiac into 360 degree format:

Aries 0
Taurus 30
Gemini 60
Cancer 90
Leo 120
Virgo 150
Libra 180
Scorpio 210
Sagittarius 240
Capricorn 270
Aquarius 300
Pisces 330

To convert 25 Virgo 21 to 360 degree format, we simply add 25 degrees and 21 minutes to the starting degree of Virgo (150 degrees as shown in the table above). We then get:

Sun is 175 degrees 21 minutes.

To convert 28 Pisces 25 to 360 degree format, we add 28 degrees and 25 minutes to the starting degree of Pisces (330 degrees as shown in the table above). We then get:

Moon is 358 degrees 25 minutes.

In order to determine the midpoint of the Sun and Moon, we must add the two points together and then divide by two. A midpoint is literally the point midway between two points.

Therefore, we must add 175 21 and 358 25. We get 533 degrees and 46 minutes. Dividing this figure in two, and we arrive at 266 degrees and 53 minutes.

We then convert this figure back to zodiac format. Since 266 degrees is 26 degrees beyond the Sagittarius starting point, we come to the point 26 Sagittarius 53 (26°53).

Because in this example the Sun and Moon are more than 180 degrees away when we travel through the zodiac in logical order, common practice is to convert the midpoint to 26 Gemini 53 (the opposite point of 26 Sagittarius 53), simply because it is the closer midpoint between the Sun and the Moon. This is not highly significant in midpoint work, simply because oppositions and conjunctions are not considered to be much different when we deal with midpoints.

Therefore, = 26°53

Note: Again astro.com helps us out with planet to planet midpoints.

Step 1: Go to astro.com and then to Extended Chart Selection under the Free Horoscopes section
Step 2: Look for Methods and click on Pullen/Astrolog
Step 3: Underneath Methods you will see Please select a chart type and choose Aspect/midpoint grid chart.

Alright, now for the messy part. Searching through LL can give you a myriad of thread options to explore sexual attraction aspects. I will list a few of them here and link a few threads which discuss sexual attraction.

I'll volunteer too. I have a basic grasp on reading charts, and I feel more comfortable with synastry than interpreting natal charts. This will be a great exercise and challenge for me. I don't think our synastry is all that striking, but looking at declinations shows much more. Same for the composite.

Here is my natal:

And my partners chart:

And our composite:

Wonderful, there's some interest! Thank you.

What I'll do is update the first post to include the explanations on how to figure out your duads, solstice points, etc.

Please read and try to understand each method yourself and if you're having a hard time getting it then hopefully I or another person can come to your rescue!

Thank you for posting your charts, that's very helpful and kind of you, Comdoc and Mereiposa! I am in the stage of setting up for evaluation so it will be some time before I get a chance to look at them.

Thank you for bringing the East Point up. I've never used it. Although, doing a quick LL search will being up links to discussions on it and as usual Lotis White has made a very informative thread on the East/West Point.

In the update above I explain how to find your midpoint list on astro.com. Is my explanation confusing? I hope not.

I'm on my phone now so I can't add too much at the moment but I'll get to it a bit later.

Also, the antiscia is shown by changing mth=mr on astro.com, not the East/West Point.

I'll be back later to help you out though.

you can find the EP / WP if you pick MERIDIAN house system, the 1st house cusp in that system is the EP and the WP is exactly opposite.

As for the meaning/ validity, I am not completely sold yet. It *seems* relevant, but I haven`t yet researched it enough to be certain.

BTW I have in my own chart Venus conjunct EP, which should be important, seeing that Venus is not only Venus, but also rules my 5th house, so has a double function as relationship planet.

As for midpoints, if you want to check for natal planets activating natal own midpoints you can also pick Ebertin drawing style and open the additional tables there you`ll find the aspects of planets to midpoints - though I recommend to highlight those that are conjunct, opposite and possibly square and within 1°30 at most.

If you are using asteroids (which I do not recommend for this asessment, at least not the clogging of the chart with them - though I will always use Black Moon Lilith, not an asteroid and Juno, even if nothing else), you can pick "aspect lines to all" the you`ll see which midpoints will be activated with the astroids, too.

Pullen will not let you choose other asteroids than the ones in the box, but with Ebertin you theoretically could also put in Eros or Psyche beneath the box, and they will show up in the midpoint list (though they will be given a number instead of a name).

My personal steps (though this is AFTER the basic natal comparision, emphasis of elements, distribution of planets etc, which can sometimes be important, especially if there is a singleton).

1. Figuring out the individual relationship planets

- Venus and Mars are always important (though their degree of importance varies depending on the chart)

- Moon is of course allimportant, too

(perstonally I think all personal planets are).

anyway as for the individual relationship-planets I would look out for

° ruler of 7th house and planets in 7th house, with extra mentioning of those conjunct the cusp

° ruler of 5th house and planets in 5th house, again extra mentioning tose on the cusp

° ruler of 8th house and planets in 8th house, extra mentioning of those on the cusp

- However in terms of the 8th house it CAN be a relationship house in romantic attractions, but it is not always. Well it is always about relations, but not always romantic. Especially if there are no romantic planetary aspects, it might feel profound, deep and scary and intense, but not so much romantic, but sometimes therapeutic.

However after figuring out the relationship planets I would also check for your "identity-planets"

° 1st house ruler and planets in 1st house and conjunct ASC will usually be a "trademark" of you

° 2nd house ruler and planets in 2nd house
(have a lot to do with your value system, but also what you bring of your SELF into relationships)

° not yet sure what is the equivalent of the 5th house in terms of the Self-expression. Maybe 4th house?
After all 5th house resonates with Sun and 4th house with moon. but that one is still open to me.

I also would consider dispositors of your relationship planets, especially if they are gathering several of those together,w hich is the case for me, with Mars, Sun, Mercury and ASC in Sagittarius, Jupiter will always be an important part of my relationship profile even though it is technically not ruling any of my relationship houses (it is however, placed, in my 3rd house, which is my secondary 7th house) and it is squaring my nodal axis, which is about connections, too.

Ok, I am working on the duads and am not having an easy time calculating in units of 60.

I can give my positions, but how do I get it converted? I googled calculators but they weren't the right ones.

My sun is Taurus duad, 1.5 multiplied by units of 60
... so how do I get there?
moon, libra duad 23.50 - 22.50= 1 x something
mercury Taurus duad 23.38 - 22.50 = .88x?
venus Sag duad 8.49- 7.50 = .99 x ?
mars Taurus duad 20.34 - 20 = .34 x ?
Jupiter Aqua duad 19.57 - 17.5 = 2.07 x ?
ASC Virgo duad 27.31 - 25= 2.31 x ?
DSC Pisces duad 27.31 - 25= 2.31 x ?
MC Scorpio 6.46-5= 1.46 x ?

my chart:

Relationship profile:

5th house
--------------

Venus, ruler of 5th, in Capricorn in 1st,
with Saturn (r) in Cancer in 8th

square Pluto

oob:
parallel Mercury, also oob
parallel Sun, in high declinations

(also on the wide antiscion of Sun and Mercury, the parallel and antiscion to Mercury is closer)

no planets in 5th house, however Uranus is exactly opposite the 5th house cusp, sitting on 11th cusp, so I guess while not technically a relationship planet, he might "send" inputs or stimlation from the 11th house which then activate the 5th house

midpoints of Venus
conjunct Jupiter/Uranus 0°10
conjunct Uranus/Ceres 0°38
conjunct Pluto/IC 0°54

square Mercury/Saturn 0°07
square Sun/Saturn 0°19

Duad Venus:

13° Pisces (on the midpoint of the wide natal Jupiter-Juno-conjunction, Jupiter= 11 Pisces, Juno= 16 Pisces)

in the duad chart itself it makes

Venus 13 Pisces (on n Jupiter)
trine
Jupiter 14 Cancer (on n Saturn on 16 Cancer)
trine
uranus 16 Scorpio

(which vibrates with the natal midpoint picture of Venus = Jupiter/Uranus btw though here the closest picture would be Jupiter=Venus/Uranus)

apart from that in the Duad chart Venus is also part of a mystical triangle with Sun

Venus 13 pisces (on n Jupiter 11 Pisces)
trine
Jupiter 14 Cancer (on n Saturn 16 Cancer)
quinkunx/ square
Sun 11 Libra (on n Pluto 09 Libra)

@Ceri,

Thank you for helping me and everyone else out! I love the way you've started with the first of the relationship houses and then worked forward with these methods. I'm wondering if you'd like to post about what you do first if you consider it something less discussed and not covered in basic astrology? I'd like this thread to cover as much territory as possible when it comes to advanced methods so we all can use it for reference and I just KNOW you've got theories coming out of your ears! Haha basically I'm saying not to be worried about derail, if it's about advanced comparison then feel free to post whatever. Let's make this a Lilith thread. LOL! Work your magic, everyone!

Well, I'm trying to keep it kind of open to interpretation a bit on how you'd like to proceed. But Ceri has given one method already so you could follow her example by beginning with your 5th House ruler. Then you would check it's duad placement, antiscia placement, midpoints to it, etc. Or you could post a chart of a significant relationship and then start working through the connections you have natally and then in synastry. It's really up to what you feel comfortable with. I think it'd be better to just start with one chart though, to keep it simple. How would you like to proceed?

Thanks, Kore,

but actually I stopped/ got stuck midways. Hardly covered the 5th house .

I am not sure if it might get confusing with all these things to check, there should be some prioritizing or at least putting them into context.

But yes in my case it`s clear to see that Venus is important relationship wise, or actually as to what makes my heart beat faster (which is actually the stage BEFORE the relationship ).

In my case it is also easy to see that what draws me in, is something earthy. Interestingly enough, Venus is an earth singleton in my chart,. there is something about the tangible, about physicality that speaks to me, it seems, with 5th house cusp in Taurus and the ruler in Capricorn, especially a Venus-Saturn-combination possibly. the cusp of my 5th house is in Taurus in Venus ruled Taurus-decanate AND in Taurus-Duad. lol
(as for the Duad it is actually 19-20 Taurus, if we convert the cusp into degrees in the Duad zodiac).

While I am NOT drawn to Taurus-men, I do feel attracted to the taurean-like quality of attraction, more sensual and comfy than downright sexy I guess.

Venus, its ruler is in Capricorn in the Saturn-ruled decane, but in Pisces- duad (13 degrees) and the dispositor is in Cancer in 8th house.

Personally I think I relate to dispositors even more in a chart than the Duad-sign, though it does fit somewhat too.

As from that it is already easy to see that the "game of love/ attraction" is really a serious thing for me. There is no such thing as passing fancies with Taurus and Capricorn and Cancer (and Pisces to a lesser degree) coming with that.

as you mentioned Lilith, the contrascion of my 5th house cusp is 28°29 Aquarius, my natural Lilith is 27°58 Aquarius, and my Priapus on 00°08 Leo is squaring this. and Uranus is part of it as well by opposing the 5th cusp and squaring Priapus and on antiscion of Lilith.

Plus I have Venus conjunct Jupiter/Uranus midpoint at only 10 minutes, and interestingly if we were to chart the Duad chart as an independent chart we would find the grand trine of Venus-Jupiter-Uranus (BTW we would ALSO find Moon on the DESC on 25 Leo opposing natal mean Lilith on 24 Aquarius )

Well Lilith does not make the whole 5th house quality any more superficial or let`s say easygoing. In fact it adds more or less an Uranus-Pluto-vibe to the whole. Which I would not need there anyway as

Venus is square Pluto anyway. (Pluto rules the 11th house, Venus the 5th house, so it is easy to see there are issues, challenges about expressing love in the 5th house and receiving it in the 11th house).

Venus is also on the midpoint of Pluto/IC so not really the surface-stuff either.

Plus Venus is conjunct Isis and Osiris in my chart. square Pluto. on Pluto/IC-mp. Dispositor in Cancer in 8th house.
I don`t fall in love. I book a trip into the underworld whenever someone gets under my skin or is attracting me.
and it`s not very likely I can even get away from there. Its an one way trip. Once I let someone under my skin, they are going to stay there. It`s an once-and-forever-deal. (though of course I can and must learn to sublimate and change and transform those connections, but dis-connection is simply not an option, not impossible anymore. which is one reason I guess I tend to keep a little bit of distance and not letting other people too close to fast. You can only ever so often do the ripping pieces your heart out while having to walk away from something, though I do seem to have that cathartic Phoenix-from-the-ashes thing going on in my life. At some times there is that dying and being reborn thing happening, or maybe more the shedding of old skin like a snake, don`t know, something plutonic I guess).

There is however also the Uranus-part, and I think it might be a catalyst for attraction scenarios. It usually comes like a surprise even a shock to me when I realize someone likes me or might like me more than a little. Not that I can really deal with that in a mature way. There is always the risk to well (read the above about the forever-deal They may be able to hop on their way unscathed, I am most probably not, and if I can do that, I was not that touched in the first place anyway).

Venus conjunct Jupiter/Uranus confirms the surprise factor. but also adds a bit of fun to the whole, humour and well non-traditional ways of relating I guess.

Well my Venus is out of bounds, so pretty much out of the box anyway and out of reach for any person`s Sun, nodal axis or angle, UNLESS they were born around 20th dcember or 20th june.

since Venus and Mercury never move far from the Sun, it also narrows down the possibilities of someone else being able to reach my oob Venus, unless they were born within weeks of the 20th december/ june.

Well my Mercury is even farther out of bounds but still parallel my Venus, and Venus is parallel my Sun as well, so being a bridge between my Sun and Mercury in the declinations (in longitudes Sun and Mercury are conjunct exactly).

but anyway I like the Venus-Mercury-parallel and I do like men who know how to use their tongues, and I Mean for speaking or singing in this instance.
Wit, verbal banter is HIGH up on the list of what makes me attracted to someone.

Interestingly it is when someone is able to make me laugh that this is when I am most open and vulnerable somehow and hence my defences are low and the chance or risk of someone slipping under my skin is highest.

So I think while there is that uber-serious streak in me when it comes to expressing feelings or attractions, the way to even push me there is to make me laugh. lol
It`s my achilles heel and the chink in my armour (Venus in Capricorn square Sun/Saturn and Mercury/Saturn probably can be quite armour-like.)

The other achilles heel is taking me by surprise (that is the Uranus-part I think).

just some thoughts. and again still at the 5th house. lol

Hey Ceri, could you do a quick check to see if your significant interests have anything conjunct your Eros/Venus and/or Eros/Psyche midpoints, please?

I just noticed that my first significant relationship partner's name asteroid was conjunct my Eros/Venus midpoint at 0°.
A Previous partner had their Venus conjunct my Eros/Psyche midpoint 1°.
A Previous partner had their Lilith and Moon conjunct Eros/Venus midpoint at 0°.
A Previous partner had their Vertex conjunct Eros/Venus midpoint at 0°
My current interest has their Anti-Vertex conjunct my Eros/Venus midpoint 0°.

Venus is my natal 7th ruler though. Maybe also check your 7th ruler/Eros midpoint and see if that has some significant connections?

Anyone else that would like to do this check, I'm very interested in figuring out if this is just a personal thing or a collective one so please share your results!

my Eros/Psyche 7°31 Taurus
my Eros/Venus 13°33 Libra

Mr Sag, who IS the most significant crush I guess, hasn`t got anything conjunct, opposite or square

However I had already noticed I link to HIS Eros/Venus-mp

his Eros/Venus 17°08 Aqua
conjunct my Moon 17°06 Aqua

For me 7th house ruler is Mercury so

Eros/Mercury 8°01 Libra
(he has not anything there, however interestingly I have Pluto conjunct my own Eros/Mercury-lol)

for him Virgo on the cusp of his 7th house and Venus intercepted, so his Eros/Venus also represented a Eros/r7 for him (the intercepted part)

however as for other Eros-midpoints

his Pluto square my Eros/Vertex 0°09
his NN conjunct my Eros/Pluto 1°20
(his Priapus opposite it)

his Mars conjunct my Eros/Uranus 0°06
his Jupiter conjunct my Eros/Uranus 1°02

his Vertex conjunct my Eros/Mars 0°08
his Moon square my Eros/Mars 0°19

my Mars opposite his Eros/Node 0°18

my Neptune conjunct his Eros/Jupiter 0°41
my NN conjunct his Eros/Jupiter 0°55

my Neptune conjunct his Eros/Mars 0°13
my NN conjunct his Eros/Mars 0°20
my Jupiter square his Eros/Mars 1°28

my Saturn opposite Eros/Uranus 1°04
(I tend to do that to him)

my Uranus square his Eros/Sun 1°18

my Moon conjunct his Eros/Venus 0°02

my Amor square his Eros/Psyche 0°21

my Juno conjunct his Eros/ASC 0°02

the reason why I reacted so strongly to this is that when we first met my pJupiter was conjunct my n Juno with no orb, and now it turns out it was also falling onto his Eros/ASC

well in fact my (and his own) p Psyche had also come into conjunction with his n Eros which is conjunct my name in his chart, and that day my name was transiting across that position, too.

What do you mean exactly?

But yes, it always makes me smile when I see how his Eros is conjunct my name in his chart and synastrically it conjuncts my Pholus-Ceres-Ishtar-Jupiter (and Jupiter rules my chart).

The Ceres-Eros-link makes me giggle a little in particular, because it seems that so many of our encounters included some verbal banter about eating. Well he seems always very interested in what I eat or how I like what I eat or wanting to tempt me to accept chocolate from him.
That was the first time he approached me during a show, he was sort of offering me to try the chocolate but I was suspicious. And I was right, he had bought chocolate that starts to "explode" a little when it melts in your mouth. Well I was suspicious because I had played exactly the same trick on my family on christmas that year.
