Though... we all have such complex individual truths and if you lived in the shoes of a person who wound up 'cheating' on someone you might find you sing a different tune... if two people have only an implied formal agreement to be "together" and yet treat each other abominably... i dunno... it's just another drop in the bucket from the cheating partner when the bucket might have been filed to the brim by the other one. Get my drift?

However i do respect your intimate personal experiences. It is understood to be a huge betrayal because of excellent reasons. My mom got an std from my dad because he cheated on her and he never admitted it and she left him when i was 6. She told me this when i was maybe 10. I am personally actually funny enough most worried about cheating for exactly that reason.

the 8th house knows about sharing. It knows what should be shared and what would be a violation to share. It knows this very intimately. We are listening to some of the wisdom of the 8th from Bluejay as a representative here . We are hearing the importance of a merging between two people being respected as sacred enough to be reverent and loyal to until it is time to honestly say it is time to part; or i need this. Loyalty is Scorpio territory, of all the signs. It understands the meaning of allegiance.

I have fortuna conjunct my sun and iq said to me that i could generate more and more good fortune by keeping to the best of my Scorpio qualities... loyalty, intensity and something else lol... so i remember the loyalty part and am acutely sensitive to it myself in some ways. True loyalty goes deep....

Also the concept of sharing is socially constructed. My husband and I are committed to death do us part but if at some point he cheats that would not break us at all, we would survive it and part of the reason is bc I don't see him as a possession that belongs to me and I belief genuinely that his body is his and although we are together and committed to each other at the end of the day he owns himself and when you enter a relationship it comes with risks that is what makes you vulnerable and feeling vulnerable feels amazing bc you are taking a risk. If there was a guarantee you won't get hurt you wont open up as much, it wont take you to that edge emotionally; safety does not make you feel intensely. Let me elaborate safety gets yo to open up but it won't push you to the edge emotionally so a balance between safety and uncertainty is ideal to achieve true intensity emotionally. I have eros in leo in the 8th and eros in the 8th really fits me; its about taking risks and giving it your all not knowing how long that person will be in your life, its when I feel the most alive.

I do think cheating is wrong but I don't think it makes you a terrible person sorry!, when you look at the statistics you understand that you need to try to understand cheating and why it happens, feel more compassion for both parties involved not just the person labelled as the victim and do less judging. Don't get me wrong there are people who cheat as a sport and not even I have compassion for that but whatever you can argue those people are in pain, have attachment issues and fear of intimacy; I always lean towards the gray area and looking at anything case by case instead of generalizing.
