I heard that 8th lord in 4th house makes you sexually loyal.
Also moon in scorpio or 8th house makes you loyal romantically.
Which aspec should you look for when determine if someone is loyal or not?

I have Saturn trine Juno and am generally very loyal and faithful. My Vesta-Ascendant is sextile both of them, at the midpoint-ish.

I did leave one partner for somebody else once... it was time... part of my destiny. I still wonder about that. I wasn't really IN love and it had run its course.. we had lots of issues and a composite Sun conjunct South Node so it was stagnant.

but overall yes i think my Saturn-Juno trine in earth signs makes a big difference in terms of my devotion and loyalty. I'm very monogamous... that's the Scorpio in me too though. There will usually be multiple indicators of fidelity/loyalty in a chart I think..

My Uranus is square my Mars but also conjunct my Saturn. So in a way I am a wild card and have as I say surprised myself... I don't stay beyond what's actually good for me. But I do stay until the very bitter bitter end when it absolutely CAN'T work anymore. Then i leave and leave for good.

someone whose loyal? the descendent in an earth sign are the most loyal IMO along with cancer and libra/taurus. The 7th Ruler in an earth sign or in the sign cancer/libra NOT aspecting the outer planets and NOT harshly (square, opposition, quincunx, & semi-square) all of the planets. I'm not saying all the other signs are cheaters but just from the top of my head i assume someone with heavy taurus/libra and cancer are the most loyal unless you've got a strong JUNO that isn't afflicted but IT DEPENDS it really depends but try to think of the loyal signs taurus/libra & cancer and the ruler of those signs VENUS & the MOON, and the houses those planets rule the 4TH HOUSE & the 7TH HOUSE/2ND HOUSE. This is just only my opinion.

you have to look at the whole chart and check asteroids it depends i feel there isn't a cookie cutter answer for this but its just my opinion.

My moon rules my 8th and conjuncts my IC and when I am sexually fulfilled in a deep emotional level I just want to be with that person only intimately and nobody else but if my partner only fulfills me sexually on a physical level when we are in bed and there is a lack of passion then I fantasize about others and getting a lover so I can be extremely faithful and sexually devoted with the right partner for me.

My DESC is in Gemini and its ruler in Sagittarius conjunct Sun, with two mutable signs I should probably be more changeable than loyal.

however in truth if I commit, then it`s extremely difficult to un-commit again. This is also true for friendships btw.
(it takes quite some time though for me to really commit, but once I do, I am in all the way).

I "blame" Saturn in my 8th house for this being trine Juno with just one minute of orb (my tightest aspect). (and I find it almost funny but my nameasteroid is conjunct my Juno/Saturn-mp exact, sextile both, and the widest orb is I think 2 minutes. lol)

Well for me the Saturn-Juno-trine is in the midst of a bit of chaotic mess. Well there is also a tight Moon-Karma-trine, but those two trines are sort of "cross-eyed" each other. lol

I dont have any signs of high fidelity but yet i am....
Gemini Mars trine Uranus
Saggy Stellium(although trined by saturn)
Libra Venus opposed Jupiter
Juno in 12th square Neptune 1 degree
Aries DC with my 9th house Mars not exactly stable(gem mars trine uranus)

Maybe its that i have a libra AC(Venus chart ruler)
My venus is in 1st conjunct pluto(not tight 8 degree) Venus nearly conjunct AC(11-12 degrees)
My 8th is in Taurus, ruled by venus, so again pluto/venus are brought together.
Both my 1st n 8th have pluto/venus themed marriage.

I dont know why you keep bringing up Taurus as a loyal sign....

If there is a sign that I associate with cheating it would be sun in taurus men or venus in taurus...they just love pleasure too much; they are loyal to whom they are with and won't leave them typically but they often cheat and are not the faithful type. Now ofcourse I am sure this does not apply to all Taurus men but like I said if there is a sign I would pick on for cheating its those two Taurus placements.

my husband has juno conjunct saturn on my sun and he doesn't believe in divorce but was very hesitant about wanting to commit and get married, his juno is at 29d in virgo..

I have juno opposite saturn and saturn sextiles cupido and forms a yod with chiron and a quindecile yod with my norhtnode in the 7th.

Yes. My guy... venus Mars mercury in taurus... Gemini rising... jupiter/uranus in sag...

i am good friends with an ex of his. When she was visiting him long after they'd broken up he asked if she wanted to stay the night with him although he was in a partnership with another girl at that time. She didn't. He told my friend, his ex, that he didn't love the girl he was with but would probably marry her!!! (Scary). He was also in love with his friend at that time.

I'm sharing for astrological learning purposes. I agree with hypatia... taurus wants to own you (oh yes he wants to own me. Terribly possessive), but being owned? Not so important.

Depends on the Taurus though. I've known many loyal Taurus Moons (my Dad being one of them).

I also knew an incredibly disloyal Taurus Sun/Venus/Mercury man with a Saggy Moon and Scorpio Mars. Probably the most openly disloyal man I've ever met. He shamelessly put the moves on me whilst in a long-term relationship and admitted to cheating on his girlfriend with other women as well. This was in his early-mid 20's however, and I do believe his now-wife is his soulmate. Whether or not he ever came clean to her I'm not sure, but he really turned a corner at one point and became faithful (I think). To my knowledge, things are better now, especially since getting married. I think he was just addicted to the thrill and craved that sensuality, before maturing and realizing how selfish he was being (he has Venus opp. Saturn and Mars conj. Saturn so maybe he had to grow into it?).

Me on the other hand, I am an incredibly loyal person. I am certainly not sexually driven enough to seek it outside of my relationship but I literally have no desire to seek it in general. I have eyes for only the man I am with and I take this very seriously. It's something that became clear to me as I got older though because this wasn't always the case when I was younger.

I have Saturn conjunct Juno exact and Venus trine Saturn almost exact too (double whammy there). I take marriage VERY seriously and admittedly am hesitant to take the plunge, fearing I'd make a mistake. Divorce is not an option for me either.

^^ wonderful insights.

My partner has a Mars Saturn opposition and it definitely is a matter of growing into it.

I know he's capable of honesty and i truly believe he wasnot fully disclosing his love for his friend to his girlfriend because they were getting along so badly and he simply didn't feel safe sharing the truth with her.. they had a lot of mmisunderstandings, bad mercury and Mars issues ..

I know some extremely loyal Taurus people also... i mean, to the max. Of course people with Taurus energy are capable of intense dedication and staying power.. as well as loyalty. But i can see how with other chart factors... strong Sag especially or Uranus stuff... they could indeed just indulge in whatever they want. My lovehas an Aries Sun and Moon compounding the tendency towards selfishness... i really don't mean to bad mouth him i love him and believe in him and love his aries energy.

But it's all challenging too of course.

he doesn't lie to me and has told me things about his past he has told almost nobody... i don't think he is likely to jeopardize our relationship with infidelity but i know he has done so with others and we had an incident just last night where he was being his gorgeous self and just charming the pants off a girl right in front of me... there's that to contend with... but flirting is just in his nature and i love it about him how he makes the person he's talking to feel so special.

I think the synastry and composite between us really lend themselves to commitment and fidelity which helps... a person prone to infidelity needs a really solid relationship to keep them committed to one person... that makes good sense...

Taurus commitment is real though it seems.. when it's real...

I mentioned TWO PLACEMENTS that I see this happening commonly and that is SUN in Taurus and Venus in Taurus and I said that is a tendency so there are exceptions. My husband has Taurus rising and he is the most loyal and faithful person I know, he also has saturn conjunct juno on my sun. My brother has mars in Taurus and also very faithful, my mother has moon in Taurus and also very faithful.

I have noticed this pattern and is a VERY consistent pattern I may add with MEN who have Sun in Taurus or Venus in Taurus..I have not observed women with such placements to comment on women.

oh they are committed and when they have sex on the side it means nothing, is just sex and are unlikely to leave you for someone else but yes those two placements in men are often associated with cheating from what I have observed repeatedly. 1. Sun in Tauras or 2. Venus in Taurus..

What's nice about D. is he tends to only get involved sexually with people where it DOES mean something to him.. there is something about having a planet on the antivertex--as he does--among other things--which lend themselves to this apparently...

The answer to the initial question is likely: it depends. As usual! The answer is not so simple, so many factors at play.

And yet it is curious how certain very specific aspects are often found in the charts of people who match the energy of that particular aspect... Saturn-Juno for instance.. very interesting...

I'm extremely loyal and I expect the same. I was attracted to another man while I was with my ex of 15 years, which I felt incredibly guilty about. Even though I avoided the other guy like the plague to ensure that nothing would ever happen between us. I still felt really bad about it because it was basically a mental affair since I would fantasize about the other guy. I think cheating is absolutely disgusting and selfish under any circumstances, no matter how bad the relationship is. There is no excuse to lie and cheat, but lots of people make excuses to justify their actions. Being cheated on would feel worse than death to me, and I cannot imagine ever doing that to someone I love.

I'm a Scorpio Sun conjunct Mercury, with Mercury ruling my 4th, 5th and 8th houses. I also have a Venus/Saturn conjunction and a Moon/Pluto conjunction, and these are all in the 8th house along with Jupiter.

I think loyalty in all types of relationships is shown in my chart. I don't even associate with anyone that I know is disloyal, because I assume that every word out of their mouth is a lie. I've had friends that cheated on their significant other and I can never trust them after that.

I use to be like you Bluejay but I confronted my fear of betrayal and been cheated on, my fear of loss and heart break and now it does not have any power over me at all and I am happier and at peace thanks to that. I also use to be very judgemental like you and thank God I am not anymore, again I am more at peace and don't have this hate, anxiety or fear in me.

I think having Saturn in Scorpio conjunct Pluto in Libra by 4d is why I had all these fears and why I had no choice but to confront them and free myself of them in this life.

I am not hateful or judgmental. Yes I fear betrayal and abandonment, which largely shapes my feelings about infidelity. I think cheating is wrong, and I feel that someone that cheats and tries to justify it is lying to themselves. If a friend betrays the person they have made a commitment to it shows that they cannot be trusted. It doesn't make me judgmental if I lose trust in them, it's a consequence of their own behavior because it's a reflection of their character. Trust is extremely important to me in relationships, and cheating is a huge betrayal of trust. I can accept a lot of things about a person and not judge them, but trust still has to be at the core of the relationship. As far as I'm concerned if you can't trust a person then there is no real relationship, only one based on illusions. I think it's very selfish for people to cheat under any circumstances. It's living a lie. If they are so miserable or bored with their relationship then make an effort to improve the situation or leave. Or have an open relationship so they don't have to lie. Making excuses is just an attempt to justify bad behavior and avoid taking responsibility for their actions.

I've been cheated on by my first boyfriend with my so called friend. I wasn't in love with him, but the betrayal still hurt. Both of my parents cheated. My dad cheated on my mom a lot, and then my mom had an affair with her friend's husband while married to my stepdad. It left scars that shaped the person that I am today, especially because both of my parents made excuses for their behavior rather than admitting that it was wrong and owning it. It's something that I would never tolerate, and I would not ever want to inflict that kind of pain on a person that I love.

Being cheated on by a person that I love would not change the way I feel about cheating. It would only make me despise infidelity even more. We're all wired differently, and this is something that is very deeply ingrained in me. Some people don't feel this way and that's fine, but they shouldn't present themselves as a loyal and faithful person. If someone makes a mistake and cheats then own it, and be honest with your partner. They can choose to stay or leave, but they deserve to know the truth. I feel like my attraction to the other guy while with my ex was a lesson that I'm not immune to temptation. I still would not act on that temptation though because I would absolutely hate myself if I ever cheated. I believe very strongly in Karma, so what goes around comes around.

What it really comes down to is that I strive to live the most authentic life that I possibly can. I'm loyal to others and I expect the same from them. It doesn't mean that I'm a judgmental person hating on others. I'm actually the exact opposite, I'm an empath and I'm very compassionate towards others. However, I do expect for people to be held accountable for their actions. I can't stand when people make excuses for cheating or blame their spouse for it. That is a self delusional attempt to absolve themselves of guilt. It's is a complete lack of personal accountability, and I have trouble respecting anyone that can't own their behavior.

Every planet in my chart is either in Scorpio, in the 8th house, or aspects Pluto. I don't like fake people, and cheaters are fake. Especially when they don't take ownership of their actions.

I am not saying cheating is a virtue at all to be clear but is common for a reason and to put it simply is often an expression of the complexity of human nature and a symptom that needs are not been met in some way and that is never one person's fault but only the cheater and the person acting out the dysfunction in the system gets blamed.

I think joy cannot exist without pain, I think pain when processed correctly leads to tremendous personal growth and eventually enlightenment and also makes you more compassionate so pain is not horrible is hard but necessary with important functions and is never permanent but has a purpose. Of course nobody wants to hurt someone they love if they can avoid it but it happens and it's a natural part of life and we must learn to regenerate and keep our hearts open in spite of it, forgive, forget and let go bc that is what it is to feel alive and how you can be happy.
