You are taking steps to do that very thing, he does not appear to be. And even if the relationship is not close, one person should not provoke such strong feelings in another to the point that he can't be in the same room or space. As an adult, you should be able to deal with not liking someone better than what he is doing. Also, yelling at customers shows he has other issues.

Well you are right about that. I remember when I posted in the past how he couldn't even be in the same room as I. He is someone who I do think there are other issues. I remember when he was first upset with me after I initially went to our HR guy over his behavior he refused to look at me let alone even be in the same room as I. That level of hate (or Aubyanne says sexual frustration and desire of me but utter dislike of me) is so strange to me. Like I said we have a Moon Asc 1st house overlay, a Moon Venus Conjunction, Neptune Moon Conjunction, and Moon Moon Trine...I actually genuinely care for him but know he had to change or else he will end up in jail or something over his strong reactions.

And yes immaturity is a factor here, I'm willing to admit that I haven't behaved in the most mature way. But I just wish that things didn't end up the way that they have ended up.
