Topic: Marriage synastry. Asc/Dsc to planets in the same sign or conjunctions.

Yes but the theory is in conjunctions OR same signs, So if in synastry you don't have anything conjunct Asc/Dsc then planets in the same signs is ok too. So Asc in the sign of Dsc is great! IP: Logged |

My marriage of 12 years had his Mars conjunct my Asc. I had nothing conjunct his ASC. We did have my Saturn square his Mars, and his Saturn trine my Venus, conjunct my Chiron.In my other relationship, he also has his Mars conjunct my Asc., his Venus widely conjunct my DSC (6degrees). My Sun is conjunct his ASC and my Moon and Juno straddling his DSC. We also have my Saturn square his Mars, and his Saturn conjunct my Chiron, trine my Venus. It's in its third year, but it's been on off. We will see how long it goes this time around. The last guy I dated had his Jupiter on my DSC. I don't know his birth time, so I don't know that I had anything on his ASC/DSC. That was a Mars Venus conjunct relationship, and it started and ended with a bang! He talked about marriage from the start, but I learned that's because he had other issues. We only lasted six months. One of my favorite friends has his Sun/Mars midpoint exct on my ASC. I have Chiron on his DSC, Uranus on his ASC. He also has his Saturn conjunct my Venus. No romantic attraction, but I love him very much. I don't always have super long lasting friendships, but I hope he lasts. My longest lasting friend, she has Neptune and Mars conjunct my ASC, from the 12th house. I don't her birth time. We don;t talk much because we live on opposite sides of the country, but the connection is always there.

It's funny my ex of 3 years who I was supposed to marry has his AC in Taurus Conjunction my Venus in Taurus. His Sun/Moon MP is in Cap...which is my Moon and Opp my Sun/Asc/Mars in Cancer. His Moon is in Scorpio, and my chart ruler (Moon) is Square Pluto. We had a lot of Saturn which includes a Conjunction of Saturn to Moon, Saturn in the 7th, Saturn Mercury Conjunction, and Saturn Square Sun. He was an Aquarius. I loved him in my own way but def did not feel a fated soul mate type of thing. In fact I really just felt like we were more friends than anything else (this is tmi but I didn't even enjoy being intimate with him lol). Something worth noting is he wanted to have children with me, and I really did not want that. I was open to adoption (which I am in general), but I really did not want to get pregnant by him.One ex who I was with that I would have married had his AC in Cap when my AC is in Cancer, his Moon was in Virgo, which is where my IC is, and he had Venus in Cap which is where my Moon is. I was strongly attached to him, while he was not that attached to me lol. We had a bit of Saturn in which I was the Saturn person (a Square to his Sun). He was also an Aquarius. One guy who I met recently who I haven't had any kind of dealings with is someone I feel like I would get very very serious with. And I can't put my finger on why. His AC in Cap is My Moon. My AC/Sun/Mars is in Cancer which is his Sun/Moon MP and Dsc. My Sun/Moon MP in Aries/Libra is Conjunct his chart ruler (Saturn). My Moon ruler (the Moon rules my chart) Saturn is Opp his Moon and loosely Square his Sun. His Saturn is Square my Sun/Mars/Moon (I think the Saturn contributes to each taking the other seriously). His Moon is my Venus (his Venus is in Libra...my Moon/Chart Ruler is in the 7th Trine Venus), his NN is on my IC at 1 degree (which I think contributes to the fact I have a desire to set up house with him and feel like I would be open to a future with him). In our Composite the Vertex is Conjunct the DC, the Composite Sun is in the 5th, the NN is in Cancer in the 4th (Venus is also in the 4th), and the Composite Moon is Conjunct the AC. This does not include some Draconic stuff we have (my Draco Sun/Moon MP at 1 degree Virgo/Pisces is right on his natal Sun at 1 degree Virgo...his Draco Sun/Moon MP at 24 degrees Cap/Cancer is on my natal Moon at 24 degrees Cap as well). For some reason I think this is a person I could have had a future with (and if I'm entirely honest I want a future with him) and I'm not quite sure why I think that way. IP: Logged |

A bit scary actually, for anyone who's in a relationship where this rule is not observed. Because it looks like it does work. I think I'm going to take it more seriously now. I mean Asc/Dsc angles activation.IP: Logged | |
