I just posted in the Priapus thread about a relationship I was in where his BML was conjunct my Moon, and my Priapus consequently. He often used the word "obsession" in regards to me. In the beginning, he loved everything about me. He told me frequently how much he liked the way I thought and how I was. Over time, he did not like how I was, emotionally. When I tried to open up to him, he would divert the conversation. I felt very much like he wanted me to be who he wanted, but not who I really was. He wanted to control my emotions, and ultimately when I responded emotionally to something he said, that is what ended the relationship. He often said I was exactly what he wanted in a woman, but his actions indicated differently. I am independent, and I believe he felt threatened by that. (BML in a man can be the woman he fears.) He wanted me to need him, and often put himself in a position where I did need him. I would tell him I would prefer to want him rather than need him, but he would constantly insert himself in ways where I was reliant on him. He tried to manipulate me to "keep me in check". Now, his personal chart had a lot to do with how this manifested. My mars trines my moon, so my actions are tied to my emotions. Meaning, if he tried to control my emotions, he also tried to control my actions, as they would all have been threatening to him. But he had a lot of aspects in his natal that indicated a controlling nature. Your experience may and likely will manifest differently. IP: Logged |

Could you link me? I've got an exact PRIAPUS-BML conjunction with my boyfriend, where I'm also PRIAPUS! I can never find a thing on that one. Interestingly, it's my PRIAPUS on his MOON, too, (as his BML is conjunct his MOON). IP: Logged |

I am very easy going in the beginning of relationships anyway, but I was even more so in this one. Even my friends noticed. But my BML is opposite my moon, and it was his BML conjunct it, therefore my moon and priapus conjunct his BML and his priapus conjunct my BML and sun. IP: Logged | |
