The sextile is 0a, the square 1s.

He needs structure and rules, set by me, for him. He thrives on it actually. Feels very close to me when I do this for him.

He has a Uranus /saturn square in his natal. Uranus is conjunct his asc in the 1st. Saturn in the 10th. Scorpio asc.

No, his natal square is wide. My Venus does not oppose it, however, it does fall in his 7th. My mars and Saturn fall there as well.

I guess my point is I'm learning to receive by setting guidelines for him. He wants to provide to me what I want, but needs me to spell it out and demand it. And I'm so used to taking care of everyone else that what I want becomes secondary, or thirdary...lol! So this relationship is kinda forcing me to put out there what I need and its really different but exciting for me. And liberating! Because he is pulling me out of that shell. Idk if it makes sense, but he wants to be submissive and dote on me. And I've never had that before! Or wouldn't allow it cuz I'm so all about everyone else first.

His Saturn is teaching me how to ask and receive. How it will benefit us both. If and when tho relationship will end, I have gained further insight into myself on how I can use my wants to better me and my man. This relationship is teaching me to be assertive with men instead of just doting on them without thinking about myself and my own needs. Which is what I have done until now...for the most part. The more I do it, the more natural it feels. 😊

Thanks for being there for me, guys. My man and I sorted things out last night, we're very good now. He told me he's with me now, and he's not with her for a reason, nor does he want to be again. He asked me to be patient with him because he's going through a transition period, but he likes me very much. After that we spent the night at my place and it was really lovely. It's funny that when looking at the charts people assume it's a sex based relationship - it's not. We're friends first and foremost.

Now I have to be a really good Saturn and give him time. He doesn't want to rush intimacy with me because he wants to take his time developing feelings for me, and knowing me better. Because he wants something real and stable with me. He told me he is afraid of getting hurt, because when he's in, he's fully in. He's cautious and I should be too. No more romantic impulsiveness with this one.
