Some things are too intense to exist. Moon/Pluto would be a contender. The moon is your deepest heart. You show it to an animal, a child, a lover and God. When your moon touches a person’s Pluto, you join a club of a few. This is the love of a mother for her breastfeeding baby and a love of a woman for her lover, in one. The love is not of this world. The connection is not of this world. It is Healthcliff screaming for Kathy, as he runs through the moors. Moon/Pluto in synastry is once in a lifetime. It is your one and only. You will die with his name on your lips. This goes out to all you Moon/Pluto’s with love and understanding.

The Sugarbabes tell it as it is.

Ami, you're so in love with Pluto. lol.

I find that hard Pluto contacts (square, opposition, and also conjunction) always, always bring a level of underhanded manipulation, obsession and control. After all, Pluto is not the God of Love, but the God of death, abduction and rape (Hades abducted Persepone to the underworld), and rebirth.

While some of us may enjoy these types of interactions in our romantic relationships, when the people involved are not romantic partners, things can be difficult, even hellish. I have this unfortunate conjunction with an enemy and let's just say, it's not pretty. I refuse to die with that person's name on my lips.

hahahaa...@ Belage and the " refuse to die with their name on my lips"

yes, I have noticed this as well, if the person is not a romantic interest, the Pluto link CAN BE overbearing and hostile, but then again It depends of course.

HOWEVER, if the link is of a romantic nature, oh my god...Pluto displaces all other planetary interactions, overrides them and the relationship becomes just ..PLUTO all over. Like a mutation of sort.

I think it depends on personal preferences.

My pluto is in Scorpio and I avoid my best it conjunct someone's moon, (or hard aspects but especially conjunct). I attracted scorpio moon once, he made it very clear he chased me, but, no thank you that I rejected him twice, he then forever gives me that "look" between f*ck you and uncomfortable mix feelings (I don't know how to describe it).

You know as at a young age, it is rarely to find a mature Scorpio moon, so it is most likely once in a lifetime this relationship can bring a toxic and/or a bad psychological impact to the other especially if the other want a healthy, happy, easy going, less drama, less intense relationship.

As my natal chart full with air and fire mix with only water venus in personal planet, I avoid Moon/Pluto hard aspect (especially conjunct) in synastry, although some say "it is your one and only".

Without Moon/Pluto hard aspect in synastry, I can still have "my one and only" with other aspects in synastry.

It depends.

EXCEPT when he (moon) gets all intense with me (Pluto) I totally fall for him, and then he disappears! I just cut the cord again, karmic release...let's see if it's permanent. I'm not obsessing as of the past two days, thank goodness!!!!

We have a pretty much exact moon/pluot conjunct, Venus square pluto exact, and Moon conjunct mars, plus a bunch of other annoying aspects that keep him in my mind. Not sure if he's playing games or just panicked by the connection, but I'm not pushing this. I'm trying to trust and have faith that spirit might be keeping this from evolving for a very good reason, and I need to accept that. Perhaps my lesson is learning to let go and surrender.

So hard, I also conjunct his north node with my moon and my mars. I dunno....it feels so "right". But how can it be when he's just sitting back and doing nothing? As much as I want him, I will NOT chase. I tried to reach out to clear the air (I feel we need some honesty at this point) and he just never responded. Jus like that. This is the third time he has left me hanging like that. I take baby steps (I have intimacy issues so little steps are a BIG deal for me) and then he backs away leaving me feeling dejected.

Sorry for my babble...just need to get it out with people that understand!

I am probably the minority here but I dislike Pluto contacts in synastry. I know most people love and desire them but I don't like it. Right now with the guy I'm seeing my Pluto is tightly squared his Moon. There is a feeling of being uncomfortable ...it's as if they see through you...I also feel the jealousy already. It's an exhausting aspect.

I'd rather have Saturn contacts...Saturn is after all the karma planet. I feel it's more fated and feel tied to one another.

I had moon conjunct pluto with a man back in 2009. I was the pluto , I thought we had a deep connection. But he lied about being single it ripped out my heart because he picked her and I felt really deeply for him.

Isn't the Pluto rather the one who see through Moon, feel his sensitive side and be aware of someone's fear? I find Moon rather the one who can be hurt by Pluto than opposite, can fall under spell even if is aware there's something wrong.

I'm just saying one way that these two can act when in contact, not that everyone will experience it.

Once needs a distraction. I had a similar situation once and what helped was forcing myself to pay attention to other guys. This can be done through meeting them through friends or joining a dating site and striking up conversations with one or two. It does work - at least it provides a break from constantly wondering. Other distractions will also help, e.g., subscribing to Netflix and watching movies every night or joining courses. And one day you'll notice that you thought of this person hardly at all, or for fewer hours in the day.

Deep SIGH

I know this feeling all too well. I know it is hard to force yourself and pull yourself out of the swamp by your own hair.

Guess you need to live it and see what happens next. Pluto leaves only when no stones remain unturned.

Orange- YOU will appreciate this. I had a similar scenario with someone else in 2013. Very profound soul connection, but softer- we had mars/trine pluto- amongst heavy sun moon aspects, a lot of 8 house overlays, I even wondered if he was my "twin flame" at that time (if I believe in such things) anyway, I was married at the time but he played a major role in my soul growth (whether he knows it or not) and he knew it was off limits for me to have an affair- BUT OMG the tension! (although I felt he was more obsessed.)

Ironically- I'm over that finally (or so I thought). In 2014 he received a job transfer and left my life , just like that. NO contact since. I emailed him once and he never responded. Guess who I run into last night?? YUP. The universe is definitely messing with me...but- whats the lesson here??? Where's "my" guy??? LOL

I wonder what my transits will show..I need to check this out

True- Until you run into them TOTALLY unexpectedly. Like what happened to me last night ! Holy crap. One obsession stops and another begins...geez

So who is the person who feels what? I have my pluto conjunct anothers moon and it is in the composite as well. He doesn't really express his feelings although I sense them but I just go by what he shows.

The Pluto wants to control and the moon is swept up in the passion. Both feel passionately but the Pluto is more of the controller and the Moon, the recipient.

Just started talking to a guy whose pluto is on my moon and my saturn is on his venus . I have been very very hesitant to even talk to this guy, seems like he is involved with a friend of mine that I had no idea they where even involved with each other, liked each other etc. It's probably best to let it go anyway, I've just felt with too much over the last few years that I don't have it in me to deal with being hurt. What's wild is you would think he was Saturn and I was venus in some degrees. He just pursued me and I was like whoa!wow!!! I had no clue!!! It was nice to feel it and to actually open up some but bam! Shut down. lol... story of my life lately and it's ok, I just understand like I usually do and is what it is etc.

The other guy where my pluto is on his moon, his Saturn is conjunct my mars. Just seems like we are either really into each other, argueing to the point of hating one another or totally indifferent to one another. I'm a cancer, we need stability and structure would be nice. Knowing what's what etc. so enjoying the moments are all I can do if I choose to see him.

At this point in my life, I think I am going to just crawl in a hole somewhere. lol My ascendant is fixing to move into scorpio and I can already tell how it is going to make me that way. Just lovely.

Too bad this is a teaching thread instead of a discussion thread. If I tell how moon conjunct Pluto plays out in my long-term marriage, and how much it does NOT fit Ami's description , people will say I'm being contentious. Oh well......

Faith,

People might sooner say you're being contentious by leaving a reply like this. What do you think about Moon Pluto conjunction then? As you see, not everybody agrees with Ami that it's the aspect to covet.
