Oh god, my father's Saturn is conjunct my Sun by 2 degrees. My Saturn-NN conjuncts his Jupiter. Also his Sun is conjunct my IC exactly..

My Saturn is in Libra. My dad is Libra Asc. His Sun is conjunct my MC
His Saturn parallel my Dsc My 10HR is conjunct his IC
My 10HR is parallel his IC Our Composite Saturn is in 4H IP: Logged |

I`ve read that repeatedly too and symbolically it makes sense that Saturn figures into the parental axis, maybe father. though in my case, hmmm. My Saturn is actually conjunct my MOM`s ASC-Uranus. but then again my Mom is configured heavily with my MC, too, which is the symbolical Saturn-angle.
While my Dad is more found in my IC-configurations and also my Aqua-Moon, a mirror of his Aqua Sun (and incidentally conjunct his Venus-Jupiter in Aqua) - so I wonder if maybe in my chart there has been a role reversal going on concerning the parental figures?------------------------------------------- Anyway you had questions....

Yeah Mr Sag has some conjunctions to my parents chart
his Mercury is on my Dad`s IC (5 degrees though)
his Ceres on Dad`s NN
his Vesta on Dad`s Moon
his NN on Dad`s Avx
There are more interesting overlays to my Mom`s chart though
his SN on her Ceres (1)
his NN is actually only 7 degrees of her SN
his Mars-Jupiter on her Mars--SN-IC
( i never even realized before that both my parents have Mars on their SN natally and I have it on my NN. lol so they are the best teachers I could have picked! and apparently I picked my youngest brother and his son with thehir Neptune on SN for teaching me about Neptune on NN. lol)

thank you  Parallels are amazingly active in my synastries. I wish people would give them more credit.I know, you asked about our Saturn, but I just noticed one other aspect: His Saturn conjunct my Dcs (1) o.O PS. just an extra info: my chart has been rectified. ^ That is just uncanny. The Saturn theme plays out in so many ways.
It's like he's watching over you, even now, astrologically. As if the Universe was trying to compensate through the stars for having taken him away too soon. Even if that sounds a bit weird, I do think patterns like that repeat for a reason. (says my Pallas-Merc). IP: Logged |

Hmm.. I've actually been too scared/reticent/apprehensive to look into my synastry with either of my parents much. I had taken a sneak-peek long ago, but that's pretty much it. I can tell you that my natal Saturn squares my Sun-Merc-Mars. That's telling in and of itself, in a way. That's sort of the theme, I suppose because - I remember my Saturn squared his Sun, Merc and his Saturn squared my Merc/Mars. Don't think there was any planet on the angles..
I wish I could think of more positive stuff about that for this thread. :/ IP: Logged |

Please don't feel like you have to apologize..! It's actually good in a way - I'm working on accepting things. So it *is* healthy to bring these to the fore and sort through them. I'm trying to do that on my end anyway. His venus squares her nodes? And Saturn opposing Moon can also feel a kinda strict perhaps? -- I mean, I don't know, I'm just guessing, coz when I've been Saturn opposing a moon, the loving & the expressing get separated and a bit hard to reconcile.
