Will all this Mars eventually lead to fighting? And is there not enough Venus for sexual compatibility e.g Venus conjunct Mars/Pluto

I don't see much Mars to be honest...

Blue's Mars/Pluto conj. is basically unaspected. I wouldn't say it's close enough to Red's Sun to count as a conj.

Red's Mars conj. Blue's Moon can generate heat and sexual attraction, and long-term Mars would have to be careful not to be too aggressive towards Moon's emotions, but it wouldn't necessarily be argumentative. Other than that, there is a trine to Blue's Jupiter which is positive and stimulating.

I'd say in general there's not enough of ANYTHING going on in this synastry. It's very sparse and not very well connected. Mercury conj. Mercury/Sun is nice for communication.

What type of relationship is this?

I would count the 4° conjunction to the sun, especially since it's applying.

I thought also that there weren't many aspects then assumed maybe because it's mostly conjunctions but I have no idea about orbs etc.

I assumed there was alot of martian energy because my Mars is in his fifth and exulted in Scorpio conjuncting his sun but didn't know that 4° was too wide

I'd be more worried about his unaspected moon. You might feel like he can't reach you on an emotional level.

Or vice versa.

I second this. I've found that aspecting a man's Moon is VERY important and the difference between someone he really likes (Venus) and likes sleeping with (Mars), to being someone he needs and wants to commit to and/or marry. The type of contacts depend on the sign of his Moon and how it is aspected in his own natal chart (for instance I've noticed a contact to the Moon Ruler works for most Moon's, except a Cancer Moon. Which makes sense as the Moon ruler for Cancer is the Moon). But the key is there "ARE" contacts. I would say this is doubly important to a guy who has a strong Moon and/or Cancer placements in any capacity. You MUST touch his Moon and/or Moon ruler in order for him to need you.

In this case you touch this guys's Moon Ruler...his Moon is in Aries which is ruled by his Mars in Cancer. While this is good, it would be ideal to find actual contacts to his Moon from your big three. It isn't to say it can't work (as he is experiencing you in a Martian/Lunar way), but like I said contacts to the Moon are quite important (this is more for future reference).

I assume you really really like this guy. Not only does he fit your Sun/Mars ideal (he's a Scorpio Man), but he touches your Moon in Cancer. The sheer flood of feelings your Cancer Moon is experiencing right now is probably causing your Scorpio Mars self to badly desire and want him.

All in all it can work as you do touch his Moon ruler, but still I'd be mindful of the lack of actual Moon contacts in the long run.

Off topic, in regards to your Moon-Mars Conjunction; how do you feel being the Moon? Especially when it is a Cancer Moon touching a Cancer Mars. I am a Cancer Mars touching a man's Moon, and I want to know how he feels (is it too badly intense or overwhelming? I'd hate to know the Moon feels raw or hurt by the contact).

Thank you so much for your in depth reply. I’m still trying to understand rulers of what planets etc. so this information is really valuable. It’s funny that you say that about moon vs venus my best friend recently found out that her new boyfriend has had another girlfriend for years! He is a Scorpio sun with a leo moon and a scorpio venus… his serious girlfriend is a leo and my best friend is a Scorpio so that holds up exactly about moon vs venus for a man, he refuses to leave his main lady because of that emotional safety net and security yet lusts after my friend and wants her sexually.

As the moon person I definitely feel the nesting side coming out of me. Naturally I'm a pretty nurturing person but this man already has kids and makes me want to settle with him more seeing how great he is with them. Sometimes I do get my feelings hurt easily especially when I feel that I'm not a priority (I know I am as my Leo rising pride would leave if I wasn't!) But sometimes it doesn't always feel that way being present, making time for me is really important because even though he may not realise it I do alot for him and listen and care for him deeply so know that your cancer moon lover may do little things that you don't notice. It feels like a mixture of unconditional yet lusty love?

You're too sweet!!! He's not a lover of mine, we are just pseudo friends but tbh I'm blindsighted by him. I just officially gave him my number tonight so we could be friends; I did this of course without him asking, and after waiting for him and being super awkward and thirsty lol...it was a my Mars pure and simple lol...hopefully his Scorpio Mars and Leo Venus liked my persistence/forwardness and wasn't turned off. His Moon in Cancer is Conjunct my Sun/Asc/Mars Conjunction in Cancer in my 1st. His Mars in Taurus is Opp my Venus, and I have a Leo Mercury and Sun-Asc in the 1st Contact (that makes me appear Leo like). I have a very very difficult time not being a nervous wreck around him. We shall see if he texts.

I will say this about you and your guy; the Moon ruler contact is great, it is like a Moon Conjunction. I have a feeling that the minute he see's how good you are with his kids...he'll be done. As a Cancer Mars (even in the 1st Conjunct Sun and Asc)...I LOVE a man who is good with kids or wants children. He also has his Venus Conjunct Pluto which would make him seek out a woman with strong Scorpio and/or Pluto. Which it seems you fit the bill. I think for the most part this seems to be a nice relationship, there may be some hitches at some point with his Moon in Aries...but he has mutual reception (with his Moon in Aries ruled by Mars...and Mars in Cancer ruled by Moon) going on with that so it shouldn't too bothersome as you yourself are a combo of Martian and Moon energy (Scorpo and Cancer).

astrosaz, it works much better visually and for well-informed responses if you use a chart that shows both persons' planet positions. Also, for synastry purposes it is best to cut down the orbs to about 80%, so that the only ones much over 5° are the Luminaries.

I understand your planets are shown in blue with Sun at 11° Scorpio. This synastry shows a mixed bag of 15 supportive and 16 challenging aspects as I count them.

It really depends on how you handle your Mars-Pluto conjunct his Sun-N.Node. That means aggression, sexual aggression, non-verbalized force of will. This inter-aspect also infers the possibility that life directions and ambitions will slowly merge in a powerful way or possibly that one or both of you will be unbending on meeting in the middle for anything but the erotic or sexual. Other possibilities are things like co-ownership of a business that takes tremendous determination and resourcefulness.

I would expect that if a relationship actually develops from the natural communicative connection that is probably developing (your mutual Sun/Mercury conjunctions), that it might seem 'destined.'

However, I must point out that your Saturn square Mars-Pluto aspect aligns with his Sun/N.Node. Whenever I see Nodes with multiple strong challenging aspects like this (Saturn, Pluto, Neptune) I know it will very likely require challenges to move forward that one or both parties are unwilling to make. And that is probably proper.

I have no doubt the communicative connection and lunar/venus/mars do make it alluring. I personally would be looking for a relationship in which the synastry does not show such stress to your Nodes.

As to others' responses, what "unaspected Moon" is referred to?

The guy in question (in red) has Moon about 11° Aries conjunct Jupiter 15° Aries in his own chart. So that's not it. So it must be in reference to astrosaz's chart. Wrong.

Astrosaz's Sun is quincunx his Moon.
Her Venus is exactly contra-parallel his Moon.

And before you jump in to say that "unaspected" is supposed to mean no traditionally defined 'major' aspects, just remember that words have precise meanings. Unaspected means 'not aspected' -- no aspects. The quincunx and the contra-parallel are very real aspects and very much 'major.'

The two aspects to his Moon are plenty to show emotional connection that would be enviable in any relationship. I see these kinds of declination aspects (parallels, contra-parallels) all the time in synastry. My synastry with my wife would probably look terrible to you until you take into account her Moon contra-parallel my Jupiter. Apply what Linda Goodman said about Lunar aspects in synastry to the declination aspects, parallels and contra-parallels, and you'll find some gaps filled in with many synastries you see.

No synastry analysis is complete without declinations, as I've shown here many times.
