Can someone give me advice on how to ignite a relationship with a Leo man? He says he likes me very much, but he's very busy. I ask him a lot of questions. He responds but he's only asked me about 3 questions and says he wants to come see me soon. I asked him a question, he was busy, and he hasn't responded. I give him space. I asked if he wants it, and he says he likes me very much and he'll respond when he's not busy. I'm a Pisces lady. I'd like to keep the flame going. Any advice would be appreciated. Sorry don't have his birth time.Him: August 2nd 1978 Me: March 14 1991 IP: Logged |

Very busy can mean, "I have two jobs and I am married but yes I like you."

I like that because it is seldom not true. Well I looked up the ephemeris for the birthday written. Moon/Jup conj in Can square Pluto- emotionally defensive. Fearful of people getting too close. Mars conj Venus in Virgo- Strong passions Feels lust strongly. Demonstrative and physical. Sat-Merc conj in Virgo- Not very verbally communicative, even shy. Self evaluative and self deprecating. 4 signs in careful Virgo is the personal planets suggest someone cautious. Very cautious and the type to be exacting and critical of himself. Especially when we see that Leo Sun/Venus and Mars is in Virgo- neverending self improvement. I do get the "busy" part. That you can blame on Sat-Mer conjunction. He really could be very busy as this aspect can create a workaholic of note. When dating someone who works hard be prepared to talk about work and take an interest in what they do. That could get their attention. IP: Logged |

Great insight. I mean yes he could genuinely be a workaholic LOL. Great advice!

Flattery will get you everywhere. Leo men want to know that you think they are the best thing to walk the planet. Show them respect...and they will treat you like a queen. But the whole too busy to reply story is a load of BS. It takes five seconds to send a text. If someone is really interested, they will make time to get to know you.

I second this LOL and I have venus and mars in Leo, do you have Leo in you too? I feel leos tend to not buy that "busy" B.S. and we don't have much patience for it. We are like either you are in or you are not, make up your mind! LOL

I have Leo Venus and have two decades experience dating Leo men. When they love you, it's like the sun is shining directly on your head 24 hours a day. Just don't get them in a bad mood. But I recently had my eye on a Pisces that word-for-word was telling me, what this Leo guy is saying to her. And it was very frustrating for me to read between the lines. That's why I said that! I just don't understand why people can't be straightforward and honest. I mean, if I'm interested in someone, I have no problem making time for them, no matter how busy I am. It's not that hard!

That’s how it should be! And you’re right, either you’re in or you’re out. Leo Venus wants ALL the attention! There is no half-way! lol IP: Logged |

Agreed. I too have a Leo Venus and I have no problem going after someone I want. If he doesn't show enough genuine interest or he's not quick enough to keep up with me, on to the next one! I interpret the "too busy" speech as "not that interested" in which case BYEEEEEE. It doesn't matter what sign you are, the rules of dating are universal and they never fail...if someone is into you, they will make time for you. Unless there are extenuating circumstances preventing him from talking to you (of which there are almost none unless he's being shady) I would take his behaviour at face value. Being a almost 40 year old man, he knows EXACTLY what he's doing. IP: Logged |

Even though I totally get were you are all coming from as a Venus in Leo, I have to say that now in my 30s I have learned that "no response" is a response and a type of communication and that people actually don't necessarily owe you more than that if they don't want to go there. It can be annoying but is all perception, if you look at it as them trying to communicate they are no longer interested then you are able to let go more easily without that expectation of needing more closure than that. I feel Leo since we have so much self-worth/self-importance are like: "How DARE you not give me an explanation?! Don't you know that I am SUPER awesome? Don't you know that is not an option with ME bc I am special?" LOL IP: Logged |

Thanks for all your responses and insight! It really helps. Update: I do not know his birth time or place sorry. The conversation is very one-sided. I ask him questions about himself, he responds promptly. Throw in a few jokes. Felt weird. But when I asked he said I'm good. I want him to start the conversation with me for a change. I want it to be a real conversation (you know back and forth). If he asked me more about myself I'd feel like he was interested. He says he is. A colleague thought he would converse more in person. He's tried to make plans but I was busy. He said when he's not busy he'll come find me. I believe he's busy and tired because he's a CEO. I'm holding out! If there's anymore insight or advice you can give let me know. IP: Logged |

CEO huh?! You go girl! sounds like maybe he is legit busy but if he is a CEO the odds that he is married just went up LOL JK. Or his wife left him bc he is a workaholic. But honestly I Hope you guys meet and it works out. I wish you the best! IP: Logged |

Thanks so much. Good point. I flat out asked him again if he's officially single - never been married. And he's only had a few girlfriends, but they all failed because he is dedicated to his work. He said he needs someone who is gentle, considerate, and understanding. He says that's why he likes me awww <3 So maybe he doesn't hold the best conversations in text, but we'll see in person? We have a date next month. Ahhh so excited!!! Please keep your fingers crossed my dating life is a whirlwind haha & again thank you all for all your help. You all really feel like a second family *hugs* IP: Logged |

How exciting! Remember, whatever you genuinely like about him, don't be afraid to compliment him. And make sure you come back and tell us how it went!

But When I am into someone even if I have two jobs and am married I make time and text daily and see them a few times a week even....I feel if they are not, they are not into you enough. IP: Logged |
