That makes sense! Thanks Stoika!

Update, he was back to being his charming self today. He doesn't blatantly flirt with me but we have fun laughs together.

I think I may have upset him earlier with a few comments hence why he retracted...but Cancer seems out of his shell again

Will see what happens over the next few weeks. The energy is palpable!

It is...but I'm so afraid of getting attached to him. I mean, I just met him! And we also work together.

I really enjoy my time with him and I have so many questions I want to ask him, it just seems like not enough time to get to know him.

Oddly, after I finish talking to him, I sort of miss him..??..I wonder if this is a function of Pluto/Moon.

I also wonder if this is all one-sided...or if his being Venus on my Pluto is affecting him or his Pluto sextile my Mars (4 orb). I know those are wide orbs but I'm looking to Pluto him back.. I know I Pluto his Mercury...

No idea, but I'm not comfortable with someone else having this kind of affect on me...and I'm in a situation where it's best to be professional. Ugh...

Is it harsh to get closer to a workmate, in a more private level, in your work environment?
Well, you're Scorpio Sun, your Mars in on 12th and your Saturn is on your ASC, even though Jupiter square Moon might draw you to look outgoing and to "break the rules", you're actually a conservative and shy soul and have a deep sense of responsibility, so I doubt you will make the first step... unless you're encouraged, of course :-)
Might he somehow feel he has a subordinate position to you, maybe just for the simple fact he's in a new environment? His Saturn in 10th conjunct your Mars might suggest so.
Actually.... Transit Uranus in Taurus right at this moment is conjunct your Composite Chiron opposite both your natal Uranus and the Composite Uranus in second house. This all is very sparkling and might suggest the beginning of "something". And, I'm thinking more and more, that the Composite Vertex in 6th house opposite the Stellium and trine Comp. Uranus, plus the Virgo ASC ruler, might exactly suggest the fact that you two met in the workplace. But Comp. Pluto in the 1st trine Jupiter and Chiron in 8th house trine the stellium clearly say there's much more into play. Transit Venus and Neptune are in your Composite 7th house (Neptune very close to Comp. 6th house) and exactly opposite your Comp. Asc. so this is certainly triggering your Composite these days. Transit Saturn in going through your Comp. 4th house trine the Comp. stellium, mmmh... this is interesting :-D
Transit Venus is getting through your natal 8th house and transit Neptune in your natal 7th house, both trine to your Sun and Uranus, mmmh... :-D
Transit Pluto has just entered your 5th house and it's sextile your Sun/Uranus and trine your Saturn.... Transit Saturn also in your 5th house opposite your Jupiter might make you cautious though, and it's probably good cause transit Neptune is square your Neptune so you might not see this all clear right now and obviously don't know what is going to happen.

>>Very true! You're good.. It can be hard to open up sometimes..

But what in case of a serious involvement?
I think there's a big potential in your charts with this guy... it might just be a very good match in work/business, as Todd said. But I feel like saying that I see it's karmic, with your Chiron conjunct in his 7th house, the Pluto-ASC conjunct Pluto-Moon in his 12th, the Composite stellium... it all looks fated. I can't obviously tell if it's fated on a work level or friendship only, but this also looks like "soulmate" material to me.

Well... you actually seem to have DW Mars/Saturn! And your Leo ASC is involved... while both his Mars and Saturn fall in your 12th. This all is a bit challenging. He, having Saturn in his 10th house, which is conjunct your Mars, might feel "uncomfortable" here, cause his Saturn 10th house is a natural leader in business, and whether he's in a "subordinate" position, your Mars might paradoxically feel restrictive to him, or somehow frustrating. In a reverse or balanced situation, he would act as the "leader" and you might feel he's restrictive to your creativity or enterprising spirit. But, on the other side, we also have your Saturn conjunct his Mars, with your Saturn conjunct your ASC... here the situation becomes more complicated because your Leo Saturn/ASC IS the leader! You might appear "humble" about this, but actually this is not true, cause you have a natural drive, as a Leo Saturn and ASC, to be a leader. Your Saturn/ASC conjunction looks very shy and it might actually block that leading ambition that you have, it might make you devoted and responsible for you and others in a way to hinibit your leading skills, but also to take first steps in romance as well... basically, with this DW aspect, you might intimidate or restrict each others a little, and you both might keep your spontaneity and feelings hidden, in order to balance your r/s in whatever environment. The risk here is you both might miss out the chance to develope the potential of your r/s.

I believe that this is transit Saturn opposite Jupiter in 5th house... all other transit aspects I have mentioned, tr.Pluto in your 5th included, suggest attraction and romance is in the air :-) especially transit Venus in your 8th and Neptune in your 7th, let alone the same transits Venus and Neptune in Composite 7th :-))

@Stoika

Given I haven't been in a serious relationship well over 9 years (technically 6)...I think it's more than Saturn. At this rate, I'm never getting married!

I haven't interacted with Mr. Pluto in a few days and I am loving that the obsessiveness has gone down (hence why I'm getting to this post now.. ). We chatted via phone yesterday but nothing significant.

I wonder if the energies are more in play when are physically in each other's presence.

Of course it is more than transit Saturn! I just meant that, astrologically, *at this moment* this transit might block some energies in that particular house it is transiting (5th house)...

If those energies are new, i.e. you met this person just recently, then I think it's natural that those feelings are more intense when you are physically in contact with him... but yes, I know what you mean, I'm enjoying some peace as well without the obsessive feeling these days! (I wonder if that Saturn transit affects me too)

Makes sense...one thing I've noticed about him, is he's hot and cold with tasks. Once he's on something, he does well. But other times it seems like he waits till the last minute. Little frustrating. I've noticed I've had more nights working past 5pm once I started working with him. Arg!!

I'm sure the obsession break is nice for you too! Is your Saturn transiting your H5 as well??

I believe this is again his Jupiter (on your MC!) in Taurus (sloooowwww but steady :-D ) square his Mars and... square your Saturn/ASC !! This is a clear burden to you... And his natal Uranus square his Saturn (in his 10th!) conjunct to your Mars... even though, I would never ever leave my work place if I had the chance to work with my big "impossible" love, lol

I went to check, lol ...I actually have no aspect from transit Saturn! But I have transit Venus opposite natal Pluto and transit Moon in 8th conjunct natal Jupiter...?! That's weird... I don't feel like this at all. (I'm afraid the peaceful feeling is going to end soon though)

My friend with Moon c-parallel Pluto in natal also said this... that she's uncomfortable with someone having such an effect on her because she gets obsessed, and she'll pull back and not show her vulnerability.

Interesting...

I'm in an odd way I' getting a bit moody with Mr. Pluto. He disappointed me once again by not getting something done in time, and I am starting to think he has poor time mgmt skills.

There is a part of me that's starting to play a game of icing him...not sure if this is Scorpio (don't get in the way of Scorpio's success) or I'm withdrawing to let him know, don't mess with my time and let him know who's boss.

BUT--He's a Cancer,, who are sensitive, so I'm trying not to do this...it's a natural reaction I have to people I get disappointed with.

@Stoika

Is there anything in our Synastry where I'm putting him on a pedestal when he really shouldn't be?

I'm currently really disappointed with some of his work and time management skills.

It might be a good thing cuz it's lowered my attraction.

His Pluto conjunct your Moon on his ASC might look like you have (had?) an high opinion of him... then, his Saturn conjunct your Mars on his 10th house/MC might show a burden cause it's also square to his Uranus conjunct your Venus, and your Neptune/Neptune opposite his Mercury/Moon might bring disappointment... His natal Jupiter in Taurus (on your MC) is square to his own natal Mars, so this shows he might be "slow" and a bit lazy sometimes, and it's square to your Saturn/ASC, so you probably don't like this aspect of him at all... is he doing really so bad?!
