Anybody has this placement with someone else?
What are your experience with this?

I have this aspect with thos friend and it makes me wanna run away. The description i got from this overlay, made realize it was how i felt about our connection. Its too powerful and intense. We talked about things we usually wouldnt talk about with other people.

I'm the moon. The other person is the house. My moon is in their 5th house. There is an element of sharing your secrets with them even if you don't want to or they don't want to. It's like a take it to the grave thing. Mine was a romantic relationship, which is seriously scary and intense. Are there any other planets on either end in that 8th house?

I have my north node, pluto & also jupiter in his 8th house #mess haha. He has pluto on my 4th house

That's where my Jupiter is, too, in his!!! I can mostly relate! We were friends for a reaaaaaaaly long time before we decided to be more, because it was a really scary connection. First, I think it was felt on my end and later, his.

Its very interesting, when I got a reading from someone..she said that my moon in his 8th house would make him interested and obzessed with me and that i wouldnt feel anything at first.

Having jupiter, pluto, moon & north node in his 8th feels way too much 😭😭😭!

I have it natally (along with venus in scorpio), and I also have experienced it in synastry with some people.

Usually when another person’s moon falls in my 8th it also automatically conjuncts my moon or venus. And I have to say that I absolutely love it when it happens. I have a very strong sense of familiarity with the person, like I know exactly how they feel just by looking at them. But I think that’s mainly because there is a conjunction inside my 8th house. The fact that it’s in the 8th, can create obsession. With the 8th house, I have noticed that either person (house person and planet person), can become obsessed. When another’s person’s moon falls in my 8th I instantly like them (especially with the conjunction), but at the same time, I don’t feel too obsessed over them.

Hi,

I started a thread a few months back asking basically the same question. It turned into a 6 page thread, so maybe the various responses might help you. My impression is it can go either way, but more often than not the moon person might actually feel it more. I think especially if someone has natal planets in the 8th house. They are in a way already used to 8th house energy natally.
