His 7th house is Leo, you have no personal planets in Leo or in the 5th house. That’s already a big issue. Sure your sun/mercury falls into the end of it, but it’s out of sign and not nearly strong enough to compensate.
His sun is in Capricorn, conjunct Venus and moon in his 12.. you also don’t have any pisces or 12th house planets. You do have your Mars in Cap conjunct his sun, which is nice, but mars is just sex. So yes, he likes you as a sexual partner lol, we know this. You don’t have enough Capricorn though to not only attract him on a deeper level besides sex (he has his 7th ruler sun, 5th ruler mercury in cap, and Venus in cap) but also to be compatible with him with all his personal planets in cap.
You also don’t have any cancer or 4th house planets which is another thing he looks for (7th ruler conjunct moon), you do have the Venus though, your asc bring ruler by Venus and Venus herself in the 1st.
But again, it’s not nearly enough. We are grasping for straws here. Because almost anyone we meet will have SOME level of symbolism matching with our relationships houses, it needs to be strong in order for us to actually feel something and make that person stand out from the rest. The best is same sign personal planets in the signs/houses that match the others relationship houses/planets or planets conjunct etc.

Looking at his 5th too, you match this a bit better but still, not nearly enough. His 5th cusp is Gemini, you have no personal planets in Gemini, but you do have some planets in the 3rd. This helps. His ruler is mercury in cap conjunct neptune in the 11th (so he really likes/need pisces, Neptune, 12th house energy!, his 7th ruler is in the 12th and his Venus too). His mercury makes no real strong aspects to your chart... but it being in the 11th matches your aqua moon and sun in the 11th. He likes your aqua energy. But again, not strong enough.

All this just tells me he likes you ENOUGH to have sex with you etc. obviously he has to have some level of attraction towards you. And you having the 3rd house planets and aqua energy plus your mars conjunct his cap planets shows why. But it’s just not strong enough for him to be interested in anything else than a casual sex or FWB thing. This is my experienced professional opinion. So yeah, I can almost guarantee he won’t fall for you or share the same romantic feelings or want anything serious. Don’t expect commitment or for this to go anywhere. On your side it’s a totally different story..,
Your 7th ruler is mars in Capricorn. He has a ton of cap and most of his planets are conjunct this activating it strongly. Plus his mars falls into your 1st house, so you’re experiencing him as Mars which is very ideal for you since mars is your 7th ruler. He is your type very much so. You’re going to be extremely attracted to him.
Your 5th house is pisces and he has a 12th house stellium (pisces energy). You also have Jupiter in your 5th house and he has Jupiter in his 1st house. Your 5th ruler is also Neptune in Cap lol, so you love his strong Capricorn energy.

He matches both your love houses strongly, that’s why you’re feeling it already. You’re probably already in love with him, and if you’re not, prepare to. It’s inevitable when someone activates and matches our love houses so strongly.

I won’t bother looking at compatibility (Aspects between you) since the attraction part isn’t strong enough on his side for that to even matter it come into fruition later on.
