It's all part of the same configuration. Saturn is our challenge, obstacles, limitations, flaws, shortage, that we are attached to and might need to learn to overcome or to use in a positive way, it also symbolizes the past, and the Father. Your Saturn is in Aries, Aries has to do with your identity, ego, ability to act and react to life challenges, it is also the authority, a masculine figure. This is both where your ability (or inability) to manage your ego issues and where this ability/inability comes from, which is the relationship with your father (Saturn), this is linked to the Mars-MC/Pluto-Nessus-IC opposition by the trine to Nessus (and more widely to Pluto/IC), while the Saturn/Chiron opposition is exact (just by 1 degree), and trine to Nessus, so since IC/4th house is your family history, conjunct Nessus/Pluto opposite Mars and trine/sextile to Saturn/Chiron, you can see how this is all linked and points to your past wound about a family history of abuse and how this is linked to your "reaction" (the Pluto/Mars opposition), those ego issues and strong sense of competition you have experienced (Pluto square ASC!), and to your core lack of self-confidence and self-worth (Chiron/Saturn) coming from a lack of a stable father figure (Chiron in 2nd house, the house of stability and foundations) which is exactly pointing to your Saturn in Aries, i.e. your ego issues in the 7th house, which is giving you the urgence to find stability and self-confidence in relationship matters.
Saturn is in the 8th house, trine to Pluto which is opposite MC/Mars, so, as you said, it's through your career that you look for self-confidence, identity and "healing" (the 8th house in Aries/Pluto/MC connection), but Saturn is in the 7th house, so it is in relationship matters that you really need to find "healing" (Chiron in 2nd house opposite Saturn in 7th house).

The Uranus sextile Saturn/Pluto in Aquarius in 6th house is your ability to work out those conflicting energies in a creative and self-reliant way, that is a "liberation" tool that you have against those challenges.

Thank you again for all your help! Please tell me if you are getting bothered by all my questions!

This might be a very weird question but I am a very sexual person and place a high emphasis on sexual compatibility in relationships.

Is the astrology favorable for longterm passion? I can only judge based on what we have now.

You're both very passionate/hot people :-)
Your synastry Mars/Pluto opposition and the Venus/Uranus conjunction is very hot, and Composite Moon/Venus in 8th house, Sun/Mars in 7th trine Pluto... how could not this be passionate? The Composite Chiron/Venus opposition also gives a very passionate intimacy.

I think what you said about me needing to find healing through relationships is so true! I tend to be a commitment phobe because Im so scared of things ending that I try not to start them in the first place which is sad. I really need to work on it. Its crazy that you can see that through astrology!

I love this person allot and I know were going to have to work on our relationship. Im just hoping if we work on the things you pointed out, we can survive. Is there anything else about our charts that sticks out to you?

Would you mind taking a look at this chart? if you get a chance? You can just say whatever comes to your mind. It was an best friend/boyfriend and I just want to see what you pick up on.

Also would you say the theme of our relationship is healing each other and building our own foundation from that? His saturn is square my Venus and my saturn is sextile Venus. Ive seen many posters say Venus square saturn is doom for relationships but is that true?

No, it is not doomed, it points to a serious committment where his Saturn can put some burdens on you and you might be depending on him, i.e. he might have the upper hand, but there's a seriousness in his commttiment. In Composite your Venus is well aspected so you dont have to worry about the Saturn/Venus square in synastry as being "doomed".
As for "the healing", as I said, the Composite Chiron/Venus/Jupiter t-square might point to a karma or healing to be worked out.

With your friend/ex, Composite Neptune-Uranus opposite Moon suggests emotional independence, and with Chiron opposite the Mars/Saturn midpoint, he was likely not at ease in committing with you, he just might have felt you were not meant to be romatically together. Saturn square Jupiter is a strong divisive trait and can bring separation/break-up.

Thank you! You have no idea how much you've made me see things in a different perspective!

Hes very detached in love (the ex) and has trouble committing to anyone. We were really solid for a while but he tends to self destruct relationships because he has a deep rooted desire for independence but also for relationships. Hes constantly in new relationships, only for them to end in the same way. I thought wed be great together but it ended in the same fashion.

I know he wants to revive our friendship but is that a good idea? I thought wed always at least be friends

Yes, I think you can be friends and that he's likely returning into your life always with on-off dynamics also as a friend, he has a core instability in his life (natal saturn in 4th house square nodes).

I’m sorry I didn’t quite understand that last part. Do you mean we’ll always have an on/off dynamic and he’ll always return to my life? I thought we were great at an emotional level and I would still like to help him figure his mess out as a friend.

Also with my current boyfriend (the one this thread is about) I noticed our relationship is moving very fast-faster than previous relationships. Should I slow it down or just let it move at that speed?

I meant that your friend seems to come and go in your life, as a friend, but with on-off periods.

As for your current relationship, the Composite Moon and Venus are in Aries, Mars is in 7th house and sextile Uranus, so emotionally things might move fast at the beginning. This doesnt seems an issue to me, I guess South Node attached to the Moon might make things slower later...

Do you feel like 2 people can be destined to meet? With everything that you described and how I feel about him, it just seems like we could be meant to heal each other and form a bond neither of us had before.

Im excited about our future but I can already feel the insecurities building. I can already feel him triggering the relationship I had with my dad but im going to work on it.

Its so fascinating that youre able to pick up so much from our charts! Im usually the one who leaves relationships because Im scared that they will fail so I never truly allow them to progress. With him being such a strong, devoted person its probably someone I needed in my life to build stability.

My ex friend was exactly like me lol. We were on/off relationship wise and we both had a very similar approach to love. I think were always going to be connected in some way and he triggers such strong protective feelings in me. We may not have been the healthiest for each other because we were both so non committal. We were together but we didnt like labels. It was easier to break and start again that way because there was a lot of love there. I had to be the one to officially end the relationship because he was fine with things as they were-the on/off non commitment thing we had. If I hadnt I feel we would have always been on/off with each other. The love I have with my current bf is SO different, I feel more safe.

I dont want to get married to get divorced. My parents divorced young and it really affected me. I just feel like I would fail if divorce happened. Im hoping we have what it takes for a longterm commitment.

I think I have Saturn square Jupiter natal! Is that bad? I think its very common for the year I was born.

This could be true cause you both have Libra Chiron in 2nd house, which has to do with achieving stability in relationship, your North Node is conjunct his Chiron and this is square to your Jupiter in 5th house, so this might look like a "refreshing healing", even though with the square it seems to require some effort.
Then in Composite, Chiron/North Node midpoint is opposite Venus, and Chiron is square to Jupiter/Vertex, so yes, this looks very "fated" and certainly can give the feeling to be destined to meet.

As for your friend, your desciption is exactly what I meant when I said that Comp Moon opposite Neptune/Uranus looks "emotionally independent"...

Natal Jupiter square Saturn is not bad, it might give some self-control and restrictions to one's Jupiter most favourable traits, such as creativity and playful attitudes, but your Saturn square Jupiter is quite wide, I would say that your Jupiter qualities are quite balanced and "powerful" instead, with the exact square to the Nodes :-)

Is the Jupiter square to the nodes signify being in the right place at the right time? I’m always meeting people who have profound affects on my life .

It’s exactly how our relationship played out. Do you see if my ex relied on me a lot emotionally? I feel like that’s why he always comes back or is there something else connecting us that always brings us back to each other in whatever form?

Also is my natal chart favorable for me being successful in creative arts (like PR but for entertainment field). I’m thinking of making a transition.

with regards to my current bf. he does focus a lot on his career and you said we should try to nurture our bond so it doesn’t suffer. He has to travel for work so are you meaning he should try a job that keeps him closer or shift his focus a little bit to our relationship to make it work? His career is so important to him so can you see him doing this?

You’ve helped me so much! I’m in such a big transition phase of my life you’ve just helped me to see things more clearly. Please let me know if there’s anything I could ever help you with!

Usually, someone with Jupiter square the Nodes has strong belief and moral values, they're also very optimistic and sometimes can have ambitions and expectations "larger than life", so they must learn to be more realistic. As I have said already, you have natal aspects very favourable for artistic/fashion/entrtainment field, and also management skills, so I think that PR/entertainment is a good field for you (Gemini Sun/Venus in 10th house, Jupiter square the Nodes, Mercury trine to Neptune + Pluto square ASC).

Your current bf looks pretty much at ease in travelling for work, so I am not sure he will give this up... I assume he will try to balance work/private life, but given those Composite aspects involving Pluto/Jupiter/Mars, and the Chiron/Venus/Jupiter square, his focus on his career might affect the relationship no matter how much effort he'd put to make things work out, or at least this might still give some on-off times for your emotional exchange... which you might learn to manage though, cause Composite Sun/Saturn trine pluto is strong and binding...

As for your friend, his Moon is conjunct your Chiron, so it seems he strongly relied on you emotionally, at a subconscious level, but he also seems to have affection and high opinion of you. What connects you two is the Composite 7th house stellium trine to Jupiter, there's true affection and mutual understanding.

The relationship with my ex was also very sexual and I think that just added to the confusion of the whole relationship. There was a lot of love involved and I believe we could have been together if we both weren’t so detached/non committal at times. Still I think we’ll always be apart of each other’s lives

I can be a little intuitive at times and ever since I’ve met my current partner I can just feel at a gut level that this man will be my husband. It’s a weird thing to express but it’s why I’ve had so many questions about our relationship! I just know in my soul this is it.

I always have ambitions/expectations larger than life! I don’t know how to keep it under control and be more realistic. I’m very creative at heart and I don’t know how to balance it all. Do you have any advice?

Well, Your Pluto square ASC is what gives you those strong ambitions you might not control, and Jupiter square the Nodes might make those "larger than life" and make you literally lose the sense of reality. But you're a 10th house Sun, Virgo ASC, Taurus Moon, Cap Jupiter... so I would say you have to rely to your most pragmatic and analytic sense, which you're certainly capable of, so you're certainly aware of all this and can learn to keep control and find balance without losing your creativity.

I’ll keep you updated on how our relationship progresses!! Do the nodes always transition or do they do that ever so often?

Do you think the intuition I have about him being my husband comes from the energy of the chart?

Also I’m so sorry I had one last question about the whole synastry aspects. Besides what we’ve already discussed (possible ego classes and the on/off dynamic that could be caused by his profession) about the issues that could crop up, is it favorable for long term emotional intimacy? I know we have the Mars opp Pluto which adds passion but does it distract from the emotional intimacy?

In regards to the square to the nodes and how you said we might not know where the relationship is heading...is that just something we have to work on? A clear vision for the future

Also with regards to my ex do you think he fears all commitment? Was there something between us that ultimately clashed romantically or was it because we were both commitment phobes lol (I know you said that was the Neptune/Uranus moon)

Sorry I didnt completely understand the first question... the nodes square your Jupiter would give you those traits, but this can be balanced by the other aspects I have mentioned.

The Mars/Pluto opposition is a confrontational aspect, not total incompatibility cause it's not a square, but it suggests an harsh attitude/reaction in the face of arguments or disagreements, which is connected to your Saturn/Chiron opposition, i.e. your lack of self-assertiveness that you may express in a confrontational way sometimes, and this might be triggered by his Pluto opposition.

The nodal square can give some uncertainty and anxiety about the future, cause of those issues we've mentioned, or simply cause of your inner insecurities.

As for your friend, it seems to me that besides being very independent and "commitment phobes", he didn't feel at ease in a romantic involvement with you for some reason and it was mainly sexual from his part.

That felt like a punch to the gut(the last part) but I needed to hear it. Was he mainly looking for a friends with benefits relationship? I thought we connected really well emotionally.

The funny thing was he was the one who pursued the relationship even when we broke up and now he’s the one pursuing the rekindling or the friendship. It’s all so confusing and I don’t know how to feel about it now.

Does it look like there was any love on his part? Even though we were on/off it was for a while-2 year period. Do you think it was our clashes that made him feel uneasy to commit?

Sorry for all the questions about this one, it’s just one relationship that still confuses me and brings out a lot of emotions

No, I dont mean that he was looking for friend with benefit, just that he had (has?) a strong sexual attraction to you, and also a lot of affection, but his Mars is square to your Moon, and his Saturn/Mercury is square your IC/MC axis (along with your Mars/Mercury and Pluto/Nessus), so here there's a strong confrontational issue and maybe incompatibility for long term, and so I assume, given his strong independence in relationships, that he felt somehow romantically detached/uncomfortable at one point (Comp Jupiter square Saturn and Comp. Uranus/Neptune opposite Moon).

Ok sorry I misunderstood! This makes sense. I also believe we have some element of "cant quit each other". Is there something in our charts that points to why? I know you said the stellium in the 7th house composite relates to true mutual affection and understanding. We are great friends but Ive grown apart from other friends (and especially exes before). Something just keeps us together and in contact.

No matter how much we drift, we always come back to each other even if its just friendship. Theres some unspoken commitment (not to the relationship or making a romance work specifically) but to each other as people. We always want to make sure the other is doing ok.

Even with me being with my current bf, he was upset I had moved on at first but hes very supportive of the relationship now.

I saw that we had my Pluto conjuction his NN synastry but I dont know if that aspect would have anything to do with it or something else.

North Node conjunct your Pluto/IC and square to his Saturn this is a very binding aspect giving a familiar intimacy and suggests a transformation of the relationship. In Composite, you have Juno in 4th house, again a strong familiar bond, square to the stellium, and Moon in Cancer 10th house trine Pluto, the Moon/Pluto midpoint is conujunct the ASC/DSC axis, so this is again a transformative element over time. The Saturn/Jupiter midpoint is conjunct Uranus and opposite Moon, even though Saturn square Jupiter is a strong divisive aspect and Uranus points to detachment/independence, the opposition to the Moon is binding, despite the on-off dynamic.

The Saturn/Jupiter midpoint is conjunct Uranus and opposite Moon, even though Saturn square Jupiter is a strong divisive aspect and Uranus points to detachment/independence, the opposition to the Moon is binding, despite the on-off dynamic.

Is it the Uranus that gives it the on/off dynamic?

I notice we had my north node conjuct his moon, my Chiron conjuct his moon, his vertex conjucts my moon, My saturn opposite his moon all in synastry. Moon trine mars in composite

in composite we have moon opposite Uranus - We had Uranus trine moon dw in synastry.

Also in the composite we have moon opposite Neptune but we have his Neptune trine my moon in synastry.

So are the trine in synastry just adding fuel to the oppositions in the composite? The relationship was heavy in moon so does that contribute to why the relationship always seemed to come back together after the on/off periods?

Im also trying to learn astrology and im still such a beginner- theres so much to learn! Sorry for all the questions, Im genuinely curious about everything because its so interesting to me.

Also whats so weird with my current bf is that we have the ASC/DSC conjuction, Pluto/Nessus/IC in the same degree and we both have Lilith in the 11th house. Ive seen that Lilith in 11th house natives tend to seek each other out in life.

Its so crazy its like we've had the same life but we haven't at all

What is the effect of Saturn square Lilith?
