Were in the early stages of dating but something about it feels fated. I just want to see if this could possibly be something long term?

I was initially discouraged with our planet overlays but his second house (5th) is actually the tenth house. So everything in the 10th he would feel as if it was in the 5th house is what I was told. And everything in the 12 th house he would feel as if it was in his 7th house since pisces rules 12th house. I think the only thing we have there is my eros in his 12th house

I have a natal 8th house Saturn. I am very comfortable with this Saturn placement because Ive matured alot. I had deep rooted childhood trauma and had ego clashes with everyone-roommates, teachers, friends until I got help. Ive grown significantly (way before entering this relationship) and Ive learned to tone down my ego and compromise.

My significant other is pretty comfortable with Saturn as well since most of his planets fall in cap. We have quite a few Saturn synastry aspects.

Im also a very intense person (as is he). I have always had intense relationships and would be bored with the "perfect" relationship. I like to work and grow (native 10th house sun).

Im not looking to get married this instant and dont really know if marriage is for me. I want to know if this will be something long term because that is something I want as well as kids.

We also work in similar fields and Ive been helping him with some projects.

Im open to any questions and comments!!!!

You have described very well your Saturn in Aries opposite your Chiron in 2nd house, along with your Pluto/IC opposite to your Mars/Mercury :-)

Looking at your Composite, Saturn in Pisces/7th house is not an easy placement for long terms, but it is trine to Pluto/IC and sextile MC, and Chiron is is second house square Jupiter, so it's possible that your relationship will take a while to take off the ground in a more stable way, I think maybe it will take some efforts at the economical/professional level cause Jupiter/Pluto midpoint is square to Mars, so it's possible that he will dedicate a lot to his career and might be at the expenses of the strong emotional bond that you seem to have with Moon conjunct the South Node in 8th house, cause the South Node placement and the Chiron/Venus/Jupiter t-square, might suggest a strong intimacy and plans and expectations bigger than reality might lose intensity with time and maybe cause of more material issues. Jupiter is in the 5th house, so a child is a possibility.
Where is the Vertex falling?

We both dedicated alot of time into our careers. His career takes up more time but we also work together.

In our synastry we have our vertex conjuct vertex and many planets conjunct each others vertex.

We both have our vertex in Capricorn in the 5th house.

what does pisces 7th house signify? I know we share synastry aspects of alot of longterm couples. I think the Saturn is in the 8th house composite but Im not entirely sure. I have 8th house Saturn natal and he has 7th house Saturn natal

I forgot to mention, we share the same rising sign and vertex. We both have 7th house pisces in our natal charts

Yes, the synastry aspects are very binding and long terms, especially the conjunction of the ASC/DSC and IC/MC axis and nodal contacts to Saturn, Jupiter and Chiron.
Also from the Composite chart, the Sun/Saturn/Mercury/Mars stellium in Pisces/7th house looks very good for marriage and long terms, there is a strong committment and devotion here, you look on the same page for many aspects, the Sun/Moon midpoint is conjunct Venus, this is a deep love element, so this looks a wonderful union for happyness. Also, the Comp. Juno/Jupiter midpoint is conjunct Uranus and sextile to the IC/MC axis, so there's an underlying excitement about your shared future plans, and Vertex conjunct Jupiter in the 5th house looks very favourable for children. This is square to Venus and Chiron though, so it could be that the plan for having children will be pondered and maybe delayed related to your professional situation, or that the economical/professional element might pose some kind of issue. This is the same issue which might bring a few elements of instability cause the Jupiter/Uranus midpoint is square to Moon/South Node, so this is an element which can bring some divisiveness and insecurities, suggested also by Neptune widely square to the Nodes. I mean that there's a potential conflict between your emotional connection and your professional life, especially his professional priorities as suggested by the Pluto/Jupiter midpoint square Mars, which might arise at one point.
Saturn in 7th house is usually a red flag in committment, with the placement in Pisces it might suggest that there could be a painful side bringing instability, but the stellium is very strong and might soften the challenges posed by Saturn, that means that your union is strong enough to manage times of instability.

Thank you!

Do you see a lot of aspects of love or fated in the chart as well.

So the major problem of the relationship will be his work priorities? Is Saturn square sun a binding aspect?

It seems to me that your professional lives may potentially pose some incertainties to the harmony of the relationship, and especially his work might make him emotionally detached sometimes creating an on-off dynamic between you two...
In synastry you have a dw Saturn square Sun, this is a binding aspect, but at the same time a challenging one. It can give a lot of common interests, goals, mutual appreciation and committment, at the beginning you might think to belong together and be perfect for each other. With time this aspect can become a little harsh to each other, it can play out as if both of you put some restriction and judgment to the other, Saturn can be very demanding and creating disagreements or an ego clash. Of course this can be softened by other more positive aspects.

The Node contacts and the conjunction of the ASC/DSC - IC/MC axis look very binding and fated, Composite Pluto conjunct IC trine to saturn is also very strong for long term.

Thank you again! I think what you’re seeing in the chart is this:

We’re both dedicated to work (I’m sun in 10th house). He has business trips a lot that take him away for days or weeks at a time.

We’re no where near ready for kids but I could see how his schedule would delay it for a while anyway.

All his planets fall in Capricorn so I’ve been told he handles Saturn aspects better than most. I know we have Venus trine North Node and conjuct Uranus in synastry. We also have moon conjuct Venus in composite.

I’m usually a go with the flow person but I’m hoping to build something stable because I didn’t come from a two parent household. I would want my kids to experience what I didn’t

As a Capricorn Sun he might handle Saturn better than other Sun people, and for him this plays out in being a reliable serious person in work and relationships, cause his Saturn is sextile to Mars, Neptune, Juno and Mercury, so he puts a lot of efforts and dedication when he finds the ideal situation, (he may get a little less reliable when he sees that things dont meet his expectations, cause his Moon is square Jupiter, and he might sometimes lose sight of his future goals cause his North Node is square to Neptune, and this can trigger some insecurity for him), even though his Saturn in 7th house can make his relationships a little difficult and so an extra effort from his part is required in this matter.
I would suggest to keep under control a strong sense of competition which might arise between you two, at personal and professional level, cause you both have Pluto square ASC/DSC and this is opposite your Mars/Mercury, i.e. hitting those conflicting aspects you have experienced in your life and that you have learnt to manage well with your saturn in Aries... in fact your Libra Chiron in 2nd house of stability and balance is square to his Sun, so he might trigger some of those past issues of yours. Those Pluto aspects carry a powerful sexual energy, but also a strong sense of competition and ego clash and with the opposition to your Mars/Mercury it might degenerate in a "war" between your personalities, so I would take this into account.

In Composite, Chiron is in second house/Libra, it is opposite Venus and square to Jupiter, this is a strong trait at intimate level, but it requires to find compromise and balance about those challenging aspects I have pointed out (his professional priorities, a sense of competition between you two and a more clear vision of your future plans cause of Moon conjunct South Node and widely square to Neptune) in order to keep that stability you're looking for...

(I think his Saturn in Pisces sextile to his Neptune in Capricorn suggests he travels for work.)

Thank you again! I love see perspectives from astrologists. Do you do personal readings?

What can you tell about my career? Is my career posing any complications to the relationship or is it just his?

We mainly have to work on our ego clashes and his job interference in order to make it last? Is there anything else to watch out for? Do we seem compatible otherwise?

Do you see a lot of chemistry between us?

I think you're very brilliant in your work, as a Gemini Sun/Venus in 10th house and Jupiter square the Nodes and Mercury trine to Neptune, you are very skilled in a wide range of intellectual, educational, political and also artistic fields, fashion, writing... also in the law and justice sphere, and with your Aries Saturn in 8th house you need to trust your skills as a leader or as an authority or expert in what you do, this all is also empowered by your Pluto square ASC which is very competitive, so you really need to trust your self-confidence, skills and your personal success :-)

I dont think your career is going to pose complications to the relationship on its own, it looks more of how to manage both your professional committment without losing your emotional connection and mutual support, and btw I think that Composite Mars points more to his career as an element of instability for the relationship, maybe cause of what you explained, he having to travel a lot for work I guess...

So yes, an ego clash is visible maybe related also to each of your professional goals and priorities which might trigger some on-off dynamic... other than this it all looks very favourable for long term and also for marriage. I do see a lot of chemistry between you two :-)

I am not a professional astrologer, it's more like an hobby/passion for me, but thanks for asking! I can still try to answer further questions on here if you like ❤️

I’m actually in marketing! I considered law but I needed something more creative and I didn’t want to be tied down to a traditional 9-5 work environment

Thank you! It just made me nervous because I wasn’t sure if you picked up on any chemistry or passion in the chart.

I’m hoping that we can keep our passion alive throughout the marriage if we do end up getting married. We’re both very unusual people so we do things our on way

Is the chart favorable for long term passion/love?

As a basic element, it is favourable, Chiron opposite Venus and Moon/South Node suggest deep love and intimacy, and Pluto trine the 7th house stellium is quite "hot". As I said, the South Node attached to the Moon could suggest that the emotional aspect might soften with time in that up and downs instability, so this is an aspect that might need to be nurtured.

So if we keep it nurtured then we will reap the benefits? Should I look at these aspects as things to watch out for down the line?

Based on his aspects do you think he sees me as his ideal partner?

We have a dw Chiron trine Venus in synastry and a Saturn square Venus/Saturn sextile Venus also. Are these good aspects to have? Also the Venus conjuct moon which I think you mentioned.

Is it bad that we dont have more Venus in the chart? Also is it weird to have both north and south node aspects? Sorry for all the questions!

I saw a few longterm couples share the same aspects like Victoria Beckham/ David Beckham which I thought was interesting

I would say that he sees you as his ideal partner in a big way since your Juno is conjunct to his Moon/Eros midpoint and sextile his Venus conjunct to your Uranus, you literally light his fire and his emotional world.
You do have a lot of binding Venus aspects in synastry, and Composite Sun/Moon midpoint is conjunct Venus.
The nodal aspects are not weird, they're a sign that a significant karma is there along with a strong idealization, even though the nodes square to Neptune might give some sense of uncertainty about the future, i.e. you might not have clear where the relationship is heading to.
But, as I said, you also have other long term aspects in both charts, the challenge here is to nurture your emotional exchange versus those more earthly insecurities and instable traits in order to keep the long term perspective going.

Willabuttler234,

natally you have Chiron in Libra/2nd house, opposite Saturn, and then you have the Mercury-Mars/Pluto opposition square to your ASC/DSC... this is a strong inner conflict you carry inside, the one that reflected those difficult relationships you have been dealing with in the social outer world... you need to count on what your Saturn in Aries has achieved and got aware of along your path, you need to gain self-confidence especially in love relationship matters... (Chiron in Libra), this is why you dream of a stable relationship where you can express yourself with no fear to mistake anything without arising conflicts and ego competition (Mars/Mercury/MC opposite Pluto/IC), i.e. you need to feel you're accepted as you truly are, for your individual skills and talents (Saturn in Aries) without fearing to be rejected for your (somehow) inner aggressive energy (Pluto square ASC, which your Saturn learnt to keep under control now)...
Well, his Sun square your Saturn/Chiron opposition is likely going to trigger this past wound/issue of yours, and this, in a subconscious way, is what might mainly threaten the emotional stability between you two, maybe surfacing as
"earthly/professional" issues, but given these aspects there might be something deeper behind the surface. What's behind the surface is that your Chiron in Libra opposite Saturn will always be triggered by your "ideal partner", this is what Chiron is meant to give you healing, and this is why your relationship with him is karmic.
I'm telling you this cause I feel you're very anxious about this relationship. Maybe his Nodes square to your Neptune are already triggering this core insecurity of yours about relationships. Don't let this anxiety control the relationship with him, you have a lot of very binding aspects at all levels, there's a deep true intimacy between the two of you, don't have doubt about this. He's there to love you and he's also there in order for you to win those insecurities you carry, his Sun is going to enlighten your Chiron/Saturn opposition, but his Moon trine to your Pluto/IC is "family", it's very transformative and healing, just trust yourself and your feelings ❤️

Thank you so much for saying this! It means the world! Unfortunately I didn’t have a great relationship with my dad and he was in and out of my life a lot. That’s what initially triggered all these issues I think. I can already feel the triggers in this relationship sadly but I’m trying to work through it with a professional. He’s nothing like my dad but him having to
Leave for work is very reminiscent of my dad who would leave my life and come back when he felt like it. It’s sad but I always knew I would have these issues arise when I met my “husband” or ideal partner because of the closeness we would share

Yes, I can see those family traits in your chart, Saturn in Aries IS your father, opposite your Chiron (in Libra/2nd house), so this is the stable father figure you missed, and with IC/PLuto opposite Mars, your inner conflict arose in chilldhood... but your Saturn is conjunct Juno :-) this means that you might be subconsciously attracted to men who are similar to your father, exactly in order to "heal" that Chiron/Saturn opposition... yes, I know that what I am saying sounds "simpleminded", it's much more complex than this, but so to explain what kind of dynamic I see in those natal aspects of yours and to say that this man actually seems to carry a powerful healing energy to you, no matter what the challenge is :-)

That makes a lot of sense! Because of my dad I pushed myself into my career. My partner is similar to my dad in one way-he’s at the top of his field and is very aggressive with ambition (so am I). My dad was as well and so has every man I’ve been attracted to. My dad just wasn’t loving and was pretty abusive towards his children.

Sorry to hear this... ❤️
Unfortunately, I had noticed your Pluto conjunct Nessus on IC, this is usually a strong trait of abuse in family/childhood... the wierd thing is that you share with him this exact configuration. Along with your DW Sun square Saturn, this is an harsh projection you might throw towards each other, unconsciously, so I'd suggest to be careful about that. This is something extremely binding you two, and such energy has to be used to share the healing, even though as you said, when you intimately share something with someone, the wounds can arise and it's not always easy to control the borders between "healing" each other and "hurting" each other...

Wow we haven’t really discussed our childhoods that intensely yet. Does that mean he likely experienced something similar or that he will bring up those feelings in me?

i dont have a clue, but since he has your same configuration (Pluto/Nessus/IC) it seems his childhood also carried an abusive trait, in his case though his Pluto/Nessus is trine Moon (8 house!), and Saturn is in 7th house Pisces, so maybe his father was not exactly abusive but missing somehow (or maybe unable to care about the child for whatever reason?), and a toxic or somehow intense overprotective relationship with his mother since then is possible.
With such a similar trait, you might bring up those feelings to each other, I mean it can be a mutual projection, but this is part of the intense glue between you two.

I just took a look at my natal chart because I was not too familiar with Nessus. I have quite a few aspects

Nessus oppose mars, trine saturn, sextile Uranus and conjunct pluto (which we've been discussing). Do these all mean the same? Theres not too much info out there about these aspects
