I consider our Synastry heavily Neptunian. You can see it in my other thread - http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum35/HTML/010444.html

Neptune conjunct ASC
Neptune conjunct DSC
Neptune conjunct/sextile Moon
Neptune trine/opposite Venus
Neptune square/quincunx Mars
Neptune square Mercury

Our Neptunes, Moons and Venuses formed a cradle pattern and in composite Neptune is the apex of a YoD. We're both Neptunian so that seems to be what draws us together.

We're not long-term (yet) but I hope we make it. Lol.

I would like to see the charts of the natives who have been able to make a Neptunian synastry last long.

It seems that Neptune aspects even if they don't lead to disappointment they still don't end up lasting for a long time..
I won't talk about my experiences because Uranus conjucts my Neptune so it affects the outcome but ig I had to choose one aspect that I think it's really difficult to handle in synastry, it would be Neptune opposite/square Mercury or one's Mercury in the other's 12th H.

That’s heavy Neptune tbh, aren’t you scared about that? Hahahaha, (its a joke, I know charts with heavy neptune in their synastry and they make it work, you just have to be clear how is really that person, and if that person make a mistake is because it’s a human being and not a God and have to learn from their mistakes, not just say sorry and that’s all ) I have heard so many bad things about that kind of aspects but sometimes I feel them very tragical. It’s like saying that the Neptunian person will lie and cheat because of The aspects when they haven’t really lied or cheated before. Isn’t that weird? Haha

How long have you been “dating” with your prospect?

I have a few of long term couples (6 years and more), if you want I can post them, let me know if you would like. Neptunian energy isn’t easy but it’s because you think you aren’t part of The sea being a wave, you know what I mean? “When you forget you are part of The sea, you are dizzy all The time, when you remember it, you are home” .. its making things clear, because with Neptunian vibe, you definitely see that flakes, you just don’t want to see that the flakes are there. I think when you understand that, everything can be easier.

Yes please.

I don't have a problem with Neptune's energy, I think it gives a divine feeling, when it's good it's the best, hwever in one way or another it doesn't seem to last.

In a natal chart I would find Saturn helping Neptune to stay grounded and avoid Neptunian disappointment.. in synastry though it feels like Saturn kills Neptune's magic.

COUPLE #3
Together since 2013, they got married in 2016. Already have 2 kids, very lovely couple. They have heavy neptune aspects in synastry but also in composite.

I have 3 more but the post would be too long, of course, I can post them.

About famous couples I know of Princess Charles and Camila, Richard Burton with Elizabeth Taylor (that one was crazy hehe), Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, I think i have a list somewhere, I need to look for it and keep update this place. I find neptunian relationships quite interesting, mostly because of the bad things that I have read about Neptune.

Haha, what to do? With my Neptune in 7H that seems to be the kinda people I attract. I won't run away just because people say it won't last. Anyway, your examples have proven they can be long-term, right? I've known my guy for 2+yrs and dating for 1+yr.

You're right that it's important to be realistic with each other, and I'll say that for all relationships (with or without Neptune). With heavy Neptune, relationship can start off very dreamy and seemingly perfect, that's why you will feel disillusioned if they don't measure up. Generally speaking, all relationships' honey moon phase can appear like that but with heavy Neptune, the feeling is out-of-this-world perfect. That's all in our mind, not because the other person con you into believing this. Due to this inflated feeling you will feel greatly disappointed with the smallest mistake they make because they're supposed to be perfect, right? One thing will lead to another and you will start to believe they must've been lying about everything else. It can drive you mad because you don't know what's real and what's not anymore.

Too much Saturn is a kill joy unless you both have the same harsh aspects in Natal. Saturn can also be too critical so I find Neptune good at softening this. People can be more forgiving and less over the top demanding/critical of each other.

Btw, Couple 2 that you posted...why is their relationship complicated? His planets in 7H shows that he doesn't attract easy relationships and it shows in their Composite (all the squares to the Moon, Venus-Mars square and Pluto-Sun opposition...). But they must've been very attracted to each other nonetheless. Angles conjunction in Synastry almost always show an instant connection.

Couple 3 has a nice Composite. Those Neptune oppositions shows a romantic connection IMO.

Yes, exactly, most of the relationships have a Neptunian phase, at the end its my own fault because I don’t get my own needs so I try to look for someone else to please them (needs) and The planet person usually think she or he will be The savior when the only savior is yourself. I have read most of the cases involving Neptune are very bad, but I wonder if is Neptune or is that the person that did the bad don’t have any personal limits and it’s a “bad person”?
With my ex, all my planets square his Neptune in synastry, I tought he was the only one that could save from my misery life in that moment, I was so young, didn’t know what to do and wanted to scape from my responsabilities, I was wrong, he was a normal person like everyone else and I tought he was that Disney Prince type and I realized that the only one that can make me really happy was me, and not an “ideal”. He still looking for me after many years but I’m just like uhm whatever, I need to look for new experiences 😂. So I guess that’s the big lesson from Neptune, first learn how to handle limits and second learn how to care and love yourself because nobody will come and do it for you and save you.

I think exactly the same but probably I feel that Saturn Can help to stay more grounded the relationship and not so fairytale. I read somewhere that you need hard aspects sometimes in this kind of relationships to handle more properly Neptunian vibes and i dont think that is a crazy guess. With a easy energy you will be like in heaven from the start that even an small mistake will destroy everything. I guess with Saturn present, things will change a lot with Neptune.

Uhg, He came from a very nasty relationship, and also his personality had(has) lots of toxic traits and a really heavy energy in relationships in general, she has helped him to break trought that so he has learn how to handle all that “toxicity” and in the process she has healed herself (sound like a Chiron relationship) but I haven’t really understand how to see that big dynamic they have in the charts. I guess she is more spiritual and more conscious than him so that’s why the relationship has worked. Also when they fight, oh man, you don’t want to be there, but as soon as it starts, it ends. It doesn’t change that their fights are pretty intense. 🤣

Yes, couple 3 has a very nice composite but it doesn’t change they have hard aspects to Neptune, and that’s my point, they haven’t been trought all that bad Neptune fame (yet) hahaha. Same couple 1, Venus and Mercury of him square her Neptune, no bad things so far. I guess depends a lot in the compromise they have with their own and with each other. Successful relationships are mostly based in consciousness and more if it’s the case of The couple #2 with hard aspects everywhere.

I had that with a girl I really liked and was enamored with and she said she was really attracted to me and considered something romantic with me but I was never quite sure if she truly meant it. Lots of promises she never actually followed through with too. We had a sudden, quick, and unexpected falling out too.

Thank you. You didn't have to upload all these charts, that's a lot of work, just give me the birth details of those other three couples. I will save all these couples'data and I'll "examine" their charts eventually. Apart from Neptune I'm generally interested in seeing what keeps younger people together (even more so if there are hard Uranus aspects).

I don't rely on charts of famous people (unless it's about smth extremely obvious), they will show you what they want you to see.. usually that's far from reality. Neptune's work again.

I have Neptune right on my DSC. I don't relate to that "savior" theme. I'vr never felt like being saved or save someone else, I'm not into it at all, I suspect it's thanks to Uranus opposing my Sun and ASC, South Node in the 1st H making me more indepedent when it comes to relationships.

My problem is that it makes me extremely picky and that spiritual connection although I need it I still find it useless like majority of Neptunian positive traits. That wouldn't probably be the case if we were floating souls but here on this earthy, physical planet even Neptunian talents are just useless at best or dangerous at worst cause for those Neptunian talents to matetialize, help from other planets is needed.

@Travelman

I'm quoting your reply to mine from the other thread here because I feel like it's suited more in this thread.

Shame, because in person,we really jived and never had any issues.

Although she made a lot of promises that I was never really sure she had any interest in actually following through on, so I guess that would have eventually been an issue.

Me being the Mercury person I didn't find this aspect by itself enough to make communication as nice as you describe it. Him on the other hand told me that he felt our communication was special.
Funny that you mentioned the problematic texting because I was onky texting with that person and I've suspected that if we were to talk with each other normally it would be better but it still wasn't worth it for me.

Both of 3rd couple have hard Mars Neptune in natal. I saw people with similar aspects had tendency to stick around. They both know the energy to work with it. When you give Neptune to somebody who doesn’t know what it is, all hell breaks loose.
Composite Neptune in 2nd here - I wonder if it could be something about financial situations, living arrangements.

Yeah. I have sextile with Saturn natal. Despite my liking of Neptune energy, I know grounding is more important. And I might kill the Neptune's magic. Neptune seems to me as a bummer who’s here just to enjoy the energy till something goes a little wrong. Especially, when distribution is very unequal. One has all the Neptune, and you’re getting all the work (Saturn).

Neptunian doesn't have to be bad or means one party is cheating/lying, which is the most common interpretation. I just got to know a heavy-Neptune relationship. A bit complicated but together for 10+yrs nonetheless. In Synastry, his Neptune conjunct her Mercury, opposite her Moon. Her Neptune quincunx his Moon. In Composite they have Neptune/Sun/Mercury conjunct. He described their relationship as strongly telepathic and he's totally devoted to her. The downside would be their tendency to sweep unpleasant conversations under the carpet which is so Neptunian.

A better example would be my aunt and her husband. Married 30yrs and one of the most stable couples around. Her Neptune conjunct his ASC/Mercury square his Moon; his Neptune opposite her Moon. In Composite they have Neptune square Sun/Mercury semi-square Mars sextile Venus. They also have harsh Saturn in their charts so I believe the Neptune is good for them.

Agree, take my aunt's marriage as a good example.

My guy and I also has challenging Saturn aspects and now I'm thinking it may be because of our Neptune that I don't find our Saturn aspects as horrible as described.

She has Pluto in 1H square Sun and he has Pluto in 7H square Venus...Lol, I'm not surprised.
