I had posted a composite here a while ago and people commented it was not a lasting composite/synastry. Well, that couple just got engaged and are going to get married. Are there instances where a couple can have a bad chart but have a happy relationship?

Well, half of the composite is not visible since we don't have the time of birth so there could be some aspects to the angles in the composite, also in synastry, that could lead to a long term relationship. Plus that, many people are getting married and they live an unhealthy relationship... so...

Hi, well generally, if they get married with a bad composite they may have issues on the long run or they may get divorced at one point!

But this composite doesnt look so bad to me (did I check it already and said it was a bad composite?!!)

With Saturn conjunct Jupiter the bond looks like certainly having a strong foundation, Jupiter/Juno midpoint is square Venus and Mars/Venus midpoint is conjunct Sun, so from these three elements alone I think it's going to be a long lasting relationship, unless you have saturn or neptune square MC but without his TOB we can't tell this. The nodes are also square Juno, so yes, they look destined to get married. Transiting Jupiter/Saturn is currently conjunct South Node square Juno, so this likely announces their wedding as the establishment of their longime bond (comp. south node square juno).

Isnt the sun opposite pluto and square saturn a bad sign?

The squares from Saturn are quite usually found in long term relationships, even if they are not healthy.

I can't see the pluto opposition... saturn square Sun may give weights to the relationship, they may feel strongly responsible for their duties and go through challenges together, but it can show a strong bond as well.

Hi Stoika7 i had posted these charts in another thread and few people commented that it was not long lasting and lot of deception / jealousy.

Hi Stoika7 Thanks for the input. It seems there is a neptune opposition to sun and MC. Please, see this chart it is a composite from astro-charts.com

What is your take on this?

You may wish to study progressed charts.

8th harmonic is about marriage. Possibly compare them for stronger positive aspects.

Hi MoonMystic!. I looked at the link you gave but the 8th harmonic is skipped. They also refer 9th as the marriage harmonic chart.. I thought in relationships 11th harmonic counts to.. but again it’s skipped in this link.. would you mind to share your knowledge about the harmonics?

Could you also explain with the progressed chart.. is it the progressed composite you’re referring to or progressed synastry?

That is odd. I thought it was there when
I read it. 9th might fit. Spiritual is 9th but agreement and devotion to faith .. on the other hand, marriage is 8th house, it might still apply. I'll chexk elsewhere. 11th would be more friends or if you like a VR spouse. lol

As we growin time our seed chart (natal) blooms. As though we are a flora. Taking the prog charts, reflects the phases you now are in. You could study the wedding date on them and check into the future by several years in increments. I mean it is another tool that could reflect sustainability in a long term serious commitment. ♡

Thank you MoonMystic & teamvirgo i'm confused at the harmonic aspect. There are no planets in the 8th house in the composite with transits?

Reggie, does anything appear to be in the same degrees in Cancer or Pisces?
Where are the mars & Venus at for you each?

Can you post the charts? Libra might indicate how well you two will be too, less marriage though, more the other. Balance+harmony.

Including these to read. Squares can be as hard as oppositions)

I didn't get everything but you two have lovely good energy too. Just read the parts that feel might need your attention.
Graham ,Todd, Stoika and maybe Kannon could see your thread. They have star wisdom. All the best to you Reggie.

Hi again!
The opposition to the sun is too wide for my taste. If you dont have exact TOB for both people, we cant say MC is actually there... if it was, then Neptune would be opposite to the Sun/MC midpoint, this would suggest there may be uncertainites to the future direction and long term of their marriage.
Chiron is opposite Lilith and square Ceres, and with Saturn/Jupiter square Mercury/Sun they may develope some communication issues, becoming critical towards each other which is what may hinder their intimacy (chiron/lilith/ceres tsquare)... Venus square Pluto is quite controlling, yet very passionate, especially cause Juno/jupiter-saturn midpoint is conjunct Pluto. There's an intense glue between them, but there can be also "power struggle".

Thank you MoonMystic & Stoika. Just to clarify these are not my charts. This is my Ex's chart with her current BF who proposed to her they have been seeing each other since March.
