he is the younger brother of one of a good friend from my teen years who I no longer keep in contact with. He is 26 and I am 30

After randomly running into one another and exchanging numbers we had drinks...tried to kiss me after drinks...I wasn't up for it, I feel sure he was hoping it would lead to something more.

He seems intimidated, that or lack of personality or it could also be lack of interest in me. Or he could be a snob.

I'm very new to this, but correct me if I'm wrong, all your aspects are separating except for moon square sun, which is applying. Even if you consider venus, venus sextile mercury is separating as well. I don't think that's positive. The only positive I can see, and again I could be wrong, is you as the moon in virgo (ruled by mercury), and mercury (him) in cancer, which is ruled by the moon.

I'd guess it's a no, but there may be genuine attraction.
