Firstly, next time you should place this in the horary forum. That way more people will see it and be able to help ☺️Secondly, whenever I start a horary chart (involving me), I figure out which planet represents me. Then, which planet represents the thing I want to know about.
In a horary concerning you, you are always the ruler of the ascendant. In this chart, that is the Moon; as the ascendant is in cancer. The moon can also be used as a co significator, but that's not applicable here because the Moon is already ruler of the ascendant.
Each matter in life is "governed" by a house. You said that you're concerned about moving, and whether you will do this. I say this is a 4th house matter, and therefore you need to look at the relationship between you (the moon) and the ruler of the 4th house (Mercury). [However, be aware that some matters are not so clearly governed by a particular house.]
From here, you're looking for a MAJOR (trine, square, opposition) applying aspect between the two planets. Sextile's work sometimes too.
I can't see an aspect between the moon in this chart and Mercury. So, I would say that nothing is going to happen in relation to you moving for the time being.
There are also other things to look for, but what I have listed above is the BASIC approach to interpretation. Once you start to get the hang of that, you can look at other things.
I would argue that from looking at this chart, your focus seems to be in your work and perhaps doing what you can to advance your career, as opposed to moving home; because you are in your 10th house (career).
There's a really good thread floating around in horary, it's for beginners and if you want to learn more about these types of charts, you should have a look around - http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum36/HTML/000521.html
I hope I made sense, I'm not an expert; but that's how I would get started. Looking at other things in the chart (abit more advanced), it doesn't look like a move will happen right now.
Be advised that the answers provided by horary charts are NOT permanent or forever. They are valid for 3-6 months and (I think), provide the most likely outcome to a situation or guidance if it's a 'what should I do?' type question. After this time, it's ok to create another chart to answer the same question.
Hope this helped/made sense.
