I am a Gemini Sun and Moon, Cancer Rising. My Mercury is in Taurus and my Mars in Aquarius. I cannot stand injustice…it simply makes my blood boil…I am not a lawyer, but have been helping my brother who is defending himself on a pretty big case. He is an Aries Sun and Mercury, and Moon, Venus, Mars and Saturn in Gemini, Libra rising. Mediation today was a complete joke and we ended up at impasse….I thought today would have been a good date, but now I am feeling crushed…we have a hearing with the judge on the 17th and I'm quite concerned. My brother relies heavily on me and I feel like I have let him down…Any advice or even words to look forward to would be greatly appreciated…Thank you...IP: Logged |

This looks like the wrong forum area for this question. You might want to try personal readings. Here you need a horary or event chart to read. ------------------ > > Please don't quote. IP: Logged |

Thank you, Appleberry. What kind of chart should I post? Mine? His? For the day coming up? The day I posted originally? I can do it through Astro.com and post it here...IP: Logged |

Thank you so much, Appleberry. That was very helpful. I did the two charts mine and my brother's chart. I did it with today's date because I was not sure whether I needed to do out with the date that we have a hearing or not. If that is the case, I can do it again. Thank YOU, and anyone else who can shed some guidance…This first chart is mine (sister): This second chart is his (brother): Again, thank you. IP: Logged |

Hmmm... There should only be one chart with a specific question for horary. It is better if it is a yes/no question in positive sentence structure.IP: Logged |

Thank you, again, Appleberry. I am not familiar with Horary at all...I guess because I am the one asking the question, it would due my chart, which is the top one (the first one that says sister). Even though it is his case, since I am the one helping him, I guess it will be fine. Any thoughts?IP: Logged |

no, no...This should prolly be explained in the how to thread...A horary chary is a natal chart for the question. The moment you fully formulate the question you write down the natal information, as if the question itself is a newborn baby. IP: Logged |

Well... That's a synastry chart... So again, no. Keep trying. It's easy once you get it.Try to look at some of the other people who have posted questionS to see what the chart looks like. Here's an example: http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum36/HTML/001005.html Note as well that you can't chop off the legend below the chart because it is necessary in horary to have that info. PS... In your question, 'we' is you and an opponent or you and the court? Are you asking on behalf of your brother solely, or are you a defendant as well?IP: Logged |

Appleberry, you truly deserve an award for your patience!! I think I may have finally gotten it! (Crossing fingers!) By the way, I am asking for my brother, but his interests and mine are the same, which is why I said "we". Also, "we" are the Plaintiff in the case. Again, any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm not sure I fully understand the scenario still.I will read as if you and your brother are both defending yourselves, meaning your name is alongside his on the court documents. And You are defending yourself against another person and not the city, courts or other legal entity that is not a sole person or company. I know this is probably confusing but you first have to read by choosing the correct 2 houses to start with, so if you understand the question or scenario incorrectly, it will throw the whole reading off. Actually, it's my brother defending himself from a corporation. I am not a party (I was, at one point) but because his interests and mine are the same I guess your assessment of putting me together with him would be fine. Would that change your interpretation? Also, what does it mean "good fortune" even if we don't prevail? Thank you so much!IP: Logged |

k... Start over. Other reading not valid so disregard it. Horary doesn't work like that. You are the querent and he is a different house then... Is the corporation his workplace?... It affects which house I use. IP: Logged |

It used to be, but not anymore. It used to be mine too, but also not anymore. He is actually representing himself without a lawyer, while the corporation has 4 lawyers (not counting previous ones). It has been 11 years and we are currently with the 3rd judge already...IP: Logged |

Appleberry, do you need anything else? Any more info? I am essentially helping him with the lawsuit, but I am not a lawyer. In any case, should you have some time, I would love to hear your thoughts! Thank you so much IP: Logged |
