Venus aspecting Uranus....doesn't deny marriage/committed relationship. It causes you to have non-traditional relationships. This non-traditional relationship is based on your country and social background. For someone a non-traditional marriage is not legally getting marriage, but being committed.
It can also indicate homosexual marriage which is still taboo enough. But, if you aren't homosexual/bisexual this won't be your non-traditional.
It could be a polyamorous relationship or just an open relationship (committed but have sex with other people outside of a relationship)
It could be that you will get divorced and then remarried to the person you divorced at some later time.
It could be that your future husband will have 4 children from a previous relationship and you will have children from a previous then you two will come together and have like a brady bunch family.
Marrying someone outside of your religion or ethnicity (but other stuff in the chart would indicate if that is true)
It can be anything... but it would be non traditional for your cultural and country.
Having saturn in your 7th house or aspecting it doesn't exactly mean you won't have a committed relationship. It can just mean after your saturn return or an older person. It can even mean something very traditional because Saturn rules traditions. There has to be other things in the chart showing the client chooses the wrong partners or is unable to maintain a relationship.
For the original poster: You are 22. I don't think 22 and never having a serious relationship is bad. There are people that don't enter into a serious relationship until older. There are people that don't have some form of intimacy with someone until older.
This is just a novice's two cent.
14 years in a relationship thats been on/off open (we're always open to the right third person tbh, either gender we're both bi) and we only got engaged this past year in spite of living together 13 and knowing each other more than half our lives
