LMB and Eternal together? wOw! I'm sure you will find a permanent job that you Love more than any other.

------------------
Consider the circle, measure it please,
All its three hundred and sixty degrees.
Wasn't that fun, and haven't you found
You can do it again, the other way 'round?

Now that we know how many degrees,
Must be accounted for nice as you please
Here come astrologers, what do they say?
Divide the degrees in precisely this way.
Take thirty degrees for each of the signs
It makes a nice wheel divided by lines.

Hi Yivy...

You could say I'm in the middle of it all. I'm 15 magical minutes outside of Chapel Hill/Durham. I was living near Atlantic Beach before with my mom, my family resting up after a head injury from 3 years ago - Saturn was transmitting his merry way through my Ascendant, Aries in March of '98 - 2 hits on the head I received. Anyway... that's another story! I'm a little homesick from the beach, but school is here, that's why I moved. But I am also loving the mountains as well, so being not-too-far from them and the beach (in the middle) isn't bad - except when I get a little antsy and want/need a power walk on the beach, not 20 mintues away anymore, but 3 hours...

I just wondered...I have some 'kin folks' (my step-daughter and her husband) living in High Point.

It is beautiful country..me I am partial to the mountains, but I like the beach too...

Yivy,
I am a mountain mama all the way!! Oh, I remember the first time I saw them from an airplane in New Mexico.
And then to see the very mountains Linda so loved - Pikes Peak - and the Rockies...

I have a date with Pikes Peak sometime in the "future", Eternal and I do. We're going to walk around there and see what magic we can find.

I think you need a mountain symbol!

Sounds like a beautiful place to be! I've got quite a lot of mountains up here myself, in Catskill-Adirondack territory

Ah, always rely on Randall to re-member the going-ons in your life!! Thank you, that makes me feel so happy and loved.

Well, I work with my good friend at Stern's Bookstore, a teeeny tiny bookstore for hte mental health community. I mostly work on the business-end of things like doing mailings and other bookkeeping stuff, but I'm slowly being acclamated into the bookstore end of the deal. It's a wonderful atmosphere, SO laid-back!!

So yes, I am very happy with it. I'm hoping to increase my hours this summer.

Thanks for asking, buddy!

About moving, that is still in the plan. But Eternal and I are keeping it open. You never know what will turn up. There are some logistics that could be troublesome, but I would very much still like to move to NC with her. The "when" might be in question. but it WILL happen!

I don't mean to be bringing up all "my" topics in one shot, but I wanted to update my friends on my life.

I now work at Canterbury Booksellers (www.madisoncanterbury.com) and am the Receiving Manager and the Poetry Coordinator. I absolutely love it. It's the hottest ticket in town in terms of making literary connections. We are independent which is great.

So I love my job! My mother always hated hers and I swore never to compromise mys-elf like she did. I'm truly living a dream (of course I have problems like everyone else, too).

Love!

What does a poetry coordinator do? That title sounds like it suits you well. Remember when YIVY found your pubished poem on the Net and we surprised you?
