This past Saturday I put $5 dollar bill with the blessed statement on it in marker and placed the $5 dollar bill in the Help Wanted section of an early Sunday edition newspaper we get out here....

I have been out of work for 5 years I play caregiver to a relative with severe dementia. And I need bills paid & need health insurance for myself so I need a job badly was hoping this would do it for me, sadly nothing has come of this...so here are my questions:

How many times a week do I need to spare a few individual dollars to see any of the stuff I put out there come back to me 3 fold or 10 fold like all of your successful stories I have read about on this wonderful board? Unfortunately I'm on a stringent budget & a money tree of dollar bills I'm NOT but thought why not leave 5 bucks and see what happens? (I feel good don't get me wrong but feel a little left out in this fortuitous gift giving )

Also, some have said on here they see results ASAP and some I have read takes
3 to 4 weeks at least to see any positive results come to fruition? I know everyone is different with results, I really get that, but I did this with the intention of hopefully scoring a job or job interview not money, although money would be deeply appreciated ~Heehehe~

Ehh, it's only been what 3-4 days? Me, I don't keep track of exact dates but I get my "reward" usually in 1-2 weeks. And honestly speaking it's never failed me since I started doing it some 3 years back. With this exercise I have developed absolute faith in an abundant universe where all needs and desires can be fulfilled, and in return I am seeing evidence that it is true. Nowadays I do it 3-4 times a month.

It's not enough that you do the "spell" and expect it to change your life in an instant, especially since maybe you've been in "lack mode" for the past 5 years. I don't believe that just one time doing this will erase the thought vibrations you've accumulated during those 5 years, unless you create an INSTANT and complete overhaul of your mindset. You need to add faith and commitment to the mix, faith that the universe will give you what you want and commitment to living in gratitude and expectancy of good things to come.

Yes, miracles do happen, but like everything else in life it requires some sort of a "skill". And I believe that this manifesting thing is a skill that you need to practice before you get good at it. Change is visible in 3-4 weeks on the average, so I think it will be best that you BELIEVE and EXPECT things changing for the better in the next 30 days. But until then, don't feel bad if you're not seeing any results. Just tell yourself that your desired result is on the way. Remember, to believe is to see.

I mean just reading through these I feel so blessed.I was down in the dumps todayand this is just what I needed. It's nice knowing people are out there just giving someone else a glimmer of hope. And, I know those people that find the bills have to feel so great.

It reminds me once I was at Walmart and this lady walked up and said hello, I want to give you something, she handed me what seemed like a business card and left.

I opened it and saw some words, looked on the back expecting it to be from a church, which would had bothered me- not that I don't liek churches but it feels like something they HAVE to do.

Anyways, the words read JUST FOR YOU....
You are a unique individual
BE ALL THAT YOU WERE CREATED TO BE.

That's it, it wasn't money, it wasn't from a church it was from some amazing person who took the time to hand me something who chose me, and brightened not only my day and week. But brightens my spirit every time I think of it. I actually just pulled it out of my wallet to write what it said for yall- she gave this to me over 2 years ago.

Acts of love are miracles in ways so amazing I can't explain the feeling I get everytime I see it.

I can't wait to get money and do it! I am almost debating on just writing nice sayings and leaving them out, it's not a dollar but maybe someone could feel the way i did when she gave it to me.

I'm trying painfully hard not to dwell on this blessed bucks thing & realize everyone including the universe's time schedule in rewarding folks in a myriad of ways runs on a different time schedule BUT I still feel VERY left out...gonna try this blessed bucks thing next week cause I'm not a dollar tree & with no job I'm going to hold off a bit on distributing more dollars till I see any positive outcome out of this. I hid the bills in help wante dsection again of a newspaper, hid it in employement magazines, hid another one on a community bulletin board, and another one in the new career books shelf section of the library, not sure what I am doing wrong here??? I will give this a try few more weeks.

Deux*Antares, I will surely try that new moon suggestion of yours, just a question after I write up this piece of paper like I already have the job of my dream...which would be like for example " I am working happily & comfortably in NY as back office assistant in treasury operation for $30,000 a year with full health & medical benefits etc etc in this I AM tense present tense right? But then what do I do with the piece of paper bury it, burned it, hold it up to the moon, hide it somewhere in my home & then destroy it when the job happens... & do I go out in the cold dark night air while the moon is out & write this list? Can you tell I'm trying to hone this recipe of new job list down to perfection. Been looking on & off for 5 years for FT job but playing caregiver & getting sick with no health insurance myself I've always put myself on the back burner & I don't mind just I want my life to start now and tired of waiting...

I will give you one word to remember: GESTATION. After you plant a seed you leave it, expecting for it to sprout and grow. You don't come back every 15 minutes to check on how it's doing; you don't scold it if it hasn't sprouted yet after 3 hours. You just let it do it's thing while you do your own thing, which is be in "relax, at ease and expect" mode. I use the word "expect" here and not "wait" because expecting connotes eager anticipation while waiting requires patience, which connotes a bit of discomfort or even torture for the one waiting. And we know what discomfort creates, right? It creates resistance. When you expect you picture in your mind the end result and how it's going to make you feel, so you feel good. When you wait you don't feel good because your mind is focused on the negative and on how the universe seems to be taking forever to deliver to you what you want.

Your putting out 4 more dollar bills shows you are trying to speed up the process. That would be similar to watering the seed 4 more times than necessary. You're going to drown the seed. ... (Hmmm, I don't think my analogy is correct). Maybe it's more like planting 4 more seeds and then telling all 5 of them to hurry up and sprout and grow and be of value to the world already. Now, try to imagine yourself in their shoes. If you don't stop pressuring those seeds I bet you're going to end up with 5 plants that need therapy. LOL

Another example: A watched kettle never boils.

So I suggest you take your mind off the blessed bucks and go do stuff that makes you feel good and happy. Everytime it crosses your mind and you begin to worry just say a silent affirmation like "It is done. Thank you for the abundance flowing into my life. Thank you for all the blessings I am receiving!" If your mind says "You don't have a job!". Just say "It's coming! There may not be any visible evidence right now, but I know it's coming." And then do something to make you happy, like read magazines and look at clothes, shoes, perfume etc you'd like to wear to work.

As early as now act as if you already have a job that you love. Do your caregiving duties as if it's "the job". I know this may sound stupid, but the best way to attract a better job is to be at peace with your present job even if it's crappy. Yes, it doesn't make sense, but I've seen how this seemingly illogical "law" works in my life and in the life of countless others. (This also explains why people who are desperate for love don't attract wonderful relationships. At best the kind of people they attract make their lives even more miserable. And then they complain how they always attract losers or abusers or whatever).

Always remember that your "attraction point", the place at which you are standing when you do the manifesting thang, will reflect the quality of result you will get. So if you are not at peace with the situation where you are now, you will attract something similar to it. Bless wherever you are now, bless the people, bless each and every thing around you instead of dwelling on stuff that are stressful to you. Have an attitude of gratitude <--- this is very powerful. By being grateful, you don't give the universe a choice but to deliver to you that which you are thankful for. My example: even the simplest act of eating an orange makes me grateful for the blessings I receive. I'm so lucky I don't even have to buy fruits! LOL

This is important: as you fall asleep, have positive thoughts. Never, ever think negative or worrisome thoughts at night because your vibration from the night before are carried over to the next day. Better that you fall asleep with thoughts of gratitude or while quietly saying a short affirmation like "Thank you for my wonderful job" or just the words "perfect job" again and again. If you do this you will sleep with a smile. (Call me crazy but at night I feel grateful for my wonderful pillows).

As for the moon manifesting method: Be in a relaxed position and have a clear mind when you do it. Do a bit of deep breathing for a few minutes. Release all tension, all worries and all bad feelings from your mind and body. I think it helps to first think or write down things you are grateful for for real, even for something as simple as your ability to walk, etc. It will force your mind to focus on what's going right in your life. It's not necessary that you go out when you do this.

Yes, write in the present tense. And include everything that your job will give to you, plus everything that you will bring to the job (your value to them), like "I get to work on time every day and give my best to everything I do, with ease and confidence and joy, etc... My superiors are satisfied with my work and they compliment me for doing a good job all the time. Blah Blah Blah" Include things such as what your bosses and coworkers are like.

I'll give you an example of what you get when you are specific about what you want. Last year, when we were looking for a new flat I listed all the requirements I wanted like the location, price ceiling, furnishings, amenities and facilities (pool, gym) etc.

I don't like crossing streets (I'm crazy and lazy like that LOL) so I asked for one where I wouldn't have to cross a road to go to the grocery shop. Result: Within 2 weeks, we found 2 candidate flats that both met all my requirements. We moved after two more weeks and the funnest thing is that the nearest grocery is on the ground floor of our building (plus there's another one in the next building). Btw, I wanted a flat on a floor no higher than the 8th floor (because I don't like heights) but the only vacancy was on the 18th floor so we had to take that. After 2 months we transferred to the 6th floor with a much better view, bigger windows, a better floor plan and 30% lower monthly payment.

End your list by writing: "This or something better now manifests for me in totally satisfying and harmonious ways for the highest good of all concerned".

You don't need to do anything with the piece of paper. You can hide it, burn it, pin it on a board. You can read it everyday if you want to. Me, I use a manifesting notebook to write down my intentions. The format I use is like a letter, addressed to the Universal Manager. You can address it to God/Source/Infinite Intelligence or whatever you believe in. You can be as creative as you want. The important thing is that you write down your intention, then release it, and let the universe deliver it to you. Oh wait, even more important than the asking part is that you be ready to receive, and the best way to be ready is to always have an attitude of gratitude (be thankful even if you don't see anything yet, just know that it's coming).

Just one question you mentioned in one of your previous post do I need to go outside my home and write up this list even though there will be no sliver of a new moon outside on March 4 at 3:47pm out here where I am at? Or can I write up this list outdoors?

You can do the moon ritual anywhere, indoors or outdoors, whether the moon is visible or not. Just try to do it as close to the exact time of the new moon as possible. Things happen faster around the new moon because of the combined magnetic pull coming from the sun and moon.

Actually, you can do more than one intention, like up to 10. I only suggested you do one because it looked like getting a job's your topmost priority at the moment. But hey, if you want you can list up to 9 more intentions/wishes (and their short descriptions) in addition to your major goal (job). That way you have many good things to look forward to and you won't get too attached to just one goal. You deserve all the good things you can imagine. You just have to amp up your self-love and believe that you are worthy (we all are worthy by virtue of being born... it's not something we have to earn).

Maybe it's a coincidence but I don't think so.

The day I was talking about how I'd wanted to do that and put out money I really really did. Anyways, I am out of work, unfortunately but I've been trying so I knew there wasn't really a way for me to come by money.

I went to visit my dear friend Sarah, and she'd had a cd she had been wanting to mail me a while but never got around to it. So, I opened it and there was this huge letter about how she is glad I accepted the best friend position and I'll get a promotion and how this isn't a hand out but money due for hard work yadda yadda it was cute. Anyways, she gave me 50 dollars, which was very sweet and unexpected. I will be putting money out soon I haven't had the chance just yet.

ok here's my update, I have laid out about $50 this entire month (all single dollar bills of course) in the past month everywhere that I could think of each of you all suggested, so far not one sliver of a miracle or good thing has surprised or happened for me but I felt good inside knowing I could help out one or two folks who were looking for a job in the help wanted ads that I left a few of those blessed dollars for....

Deux*Antares I also would like to update you on the new moon spell with the list of intentions you mention I write about the same time the new moon arises of each month....sad to also report...no job has manifested in my sights (and I job hunted vigorously this month as well no job interview calls nothing took place )

what I am confused about is when I wrote these goals/intentions on the piece of paper did they need to be one sentenced type intentions/goals?? I kept writing one long massive paragraph as to what kind of job I am looking for and such....

can you help me out and let me know what I could've done wrong???

Tux I am beyond grateful to you for your reply back to my post. But I've read this thread inside and out and literally placed dollars a few each week in the "Help Wanted" section of at least 4 or 5 different Sunday newspapers, placed a few lucky bucks at the labor department near job placement applications, near computers, at public libraries in the book section marked "career search" book shelves. And again not one job interview or call for me has manifested or happened should be the right word.

I mean if I was asking the lucky bucks universe/formula to supply me with frivolous things like tickets to a concert or new spring wardrobe then I would say to you guys are 250% right to expect my selfish wants getting in the way of what I need which is a job and I don't deserve those rewards however they could/could not happen.

But I read a about a poster on this thread here who was looking for a job and landed an interview with this lucky bucks formula only to lose the job interview again...I mean why can't I even score a job interview (I've renovated my resume & networked my arse off & even made sure its not on my end for failing at getting a jb or job interviews chnaged my approach , I practically live at my labor department for assistance & leads of all kinds for a job vacancy) for this miraculeous stuff to happen to me

I get that you are all telling me to relax and let the lucky bucks formula flow on its own but frankly I've "flowed out of funds" and between this law of attraction style of vision boards & writing my goals out each & everyday and such. Frankly I'm NOT seeing an ounce of success anywhere in any part of my life. I am grateful I wake up & give thanks for all I have but I feel a bit sleighted that whoever is up there handling our fates or desires is just not ready to help me out here, 5 years no job is painfully here. Have a small confession here, me with the prayers and religion stopped a long time ago. Faith is an ugly word that has tricked and disappointed me time and time again in my life, so I am looking for other methods to juice up my life with manifesting things I need (I'm not a selfish person I don't hoard more money than I need, I help all around me before I even give myself a second thought that's the kind of person I am),but I feel like a hamster on the wheel, just turning away with no results to be had or seen with this manifestation/law of attraction type style with lucky bucks or new moon rituals (which I am thinking is today and I probably missed the new moon time already ~sigh~???).
