Oh my goodness, yes, Linda has changed my life as well!!
I was going through a very difficult period in my life, and first finding about spirituality. I first bought her Love Signs, but soon bought Sun SIgns and Star Signs and then finally Gooberz. I was born and raised Catholic but my belief had been waning, not just in my religion, but in EVERYTHING in LIFE in general that I really needed something to make me see that not all was lost.
I thank Linda Goodman!!! Man oh man, if not for her...well I couldnt imagine where I would be state-of-mind wise!

Linda changed my life significantly...
I don't think I would have ever become an astrologer who counsels others.. .if Linda hadn't come into my life... I would have just kept astrology as an awesome hobby!

Thank you Linda for everything!

I bless the day I mistakenly found Star Signs, and the occult officially entered my life.

How did you find it?

"All deaths are suicides, do you realize that? Every single one. The only distinction is that, with some people, suicide is a subconscious choice, and with others it's a conscious choice. Otherwise, those who commit suicide and those who succumb to accident, illness or "old age," die for exactly the same reason: belief in the inevitability of death." Linda Goodman

Yes do tell CancerScorp!

I moved into a new unit with my then-partner back in 2003, it was nearly a year later I had this overwhelming urge to just start reading, so I checked out his books (at the time I didn't have any of my own books), I noticed Star Signs, standing out like a flashing sign begging to be read (the cover was so beautiful), I picked it up and I thought 'hmm, just an astrology book, well I may as well learn all the star signs" I remember my exact thoughts "I'll grab a pen so I can take notes on each sign, that will help me remember, I don't really know much about Astrology and it would be cool to have that knowledge".(I thought it was a chapter about each Sun Sign!) Once I opened it I realised it was a LOT more than that, I felt Linda's voice enter my life , we instantly connected and I did not put that book down, I didn't care at all about anything I had to do that day, I just had to finish that book. It initiated me. And I will be forever thankful. I told my partner at the time that I had read it, he shrugged his shoulders! "Yeh you get over that stuff"... he said. "PFFT", I thought. How can someone dismiss this treasure? He didn't have the HEART for it. From that point on I figured out my relationship was bad for me, realised I was being abused, became vegetarian, dreamed about real LOVE, supported people like my MUM to be with the one she Loved rather than the one her family expected to be with- everything I did was for Love, became ultra sensitive to energy, studied numerology, played with lexigrams, taught myself Astrology basics, reverse spiralled my cells, improved my health, felt connected to my spiritual reality x a zillion.

Anyway, it did lead to many other things. It was far from an accident. Linda felt like an ANGEL in my life in those very difficult years that followed. My newly found confidence, the belief in myself and my rights as a human being, the magic and Love that I finally started to believe in, I believed something was out there for me, something more, she guided me sometimes by whispering in my ear, she even gave me the nickname SunChild, it was Linda's Voice. (before I heard the tapes by the way).
This is the very Short version of my story. The last decade is so unbelievable but I would not have changed it for the world.

I am now deeply involved in Rudolf Steiner and his work, Steiner is more like a chisel, Linda was like a soft pillow LOL (but this is my path ~ Linda is always in my heart), Linda has been there for me, through her books and her presence now and then like she has been and still is for many others who were touched by her honesty, affection & timeless wisdom.

I would like to introduce Linda to my children as they become old enough to read her books someday.

It is very astounding to find what effect persons like Linda can have on us through their books crossing all barriers like age, time, nationality etc

I bought Gooberz and was disappointed. It looked like poetry. And it was so intimidating. After a year or two, I finally started reading it. After Canto One, I was mesmerized. I have read it four times, and each time was a new experience. Several of us had a group reading, too.

I have wanted to say this for some time,
but was afraid I would offend some folks.
I feel Linda is back in body,
and is a child now about 5 years old.
I will not reveal whether she is a boy or a girl.
Also this may offend and I do not mean to offend;
but.......
Just as my past lives' identities do not run my current incarnation,
neither does her incarnation as Linda or any of her other past lives identities run her life now.
She "was" living her previous life as the identity of Linda.
She is living now under her new identity, and may or may not become an astrologer this time.
Oh yes, her Linda identity is still within her!
The soul record of all she had been, all her identities are still there.
I hope I have not offended,
but this is what I feel.
Bless her muchly in her new incarnation and may she have better health and more happiness than in her previous one.

Hello Lexxigramer

I too believe Linda has returned with a few exeptions.

1. She is in a body temple of an adult and not a 5 year old.

2. She struggle with identity issues. She does not feel as if she fits in anywhere.

3. She has knowledge of all astrological topics but may not show an interest in them.

There is more to add to the list but we can discuss it somewhere else. I don't want to offend anyone either
