Well 26T, I think its always a long winding road alone..can never find anyone who can keep up!!! Once was with a Leo and she was the true STAR, but...she had her own road...oh well...I seem to never get anything down when i am travling with a partner...always do better alone...can run faster..gues its like the old seger song:Up with the sun, gone with the wind, She always said I was lazy. Leavin’ my home, leavin’ my friends, Runnin’ when things get too crazy. Out on thr road, out ’neath the stars, Feelin’ the breeze, passin’ the cars. Women have come, women have gone,
Everyone tryin’ to cage me. Some were so sweet, I barely got free, Others, they only enraged me. Sometimes at night, I see their faces, I feel the traces they left on my soul. Those are the memories that made me a wealthy soul. Travelin’ man, love when I can,
Turn loose my hand ’cause I’m goin’. Travelin’ man, catch if you can, But sooner or lare I’m goin’. Travelin’ man ... travelin’ man, yes I am. Sometimes at night, I see their faces,
I feel the traces they left on my soul. These are the memories that made me a wealthy soul. These are the memories that made me a wealthy soul. TRAVELIN MAN Well one day it will change, the burning fire, running bear in me will settle down. IP: Logged |

I agree, Thor, it can be a long and winding road alone even when you are with someone! I find that I do better alone as well. Must be my Saturn in the 7th house. Ulitimately, you are always alone, living with yourself, always. Sometimes I feel more alone when I'm with someone than when I'm not. And we shouldnt have to wait up for someone else, or chase after them. I realized a few things today, and I think I'm just meant to be alone. For awhile at least. Which I dont feel is a bad thing. Along with having natal Saturn in the 7th house, Transiting Saturn is now there. I'm feeling it. Great song BTW. This line keeps playing in my head. It's a Joni Mitchell tune. 'Cause I've seen some hot hot blazes Come down to smoke and ash We love our lovin' But not like we love our freedom

GREEN DAY "Boulevard Of Broken Dreams" I walk a lonely road The only one that I have ever known Don't know where it goes But it's home to me and I walk alone I walk this empty street On the Boulevard of Broken Dreams Where the city sleeps and I'm the only one and I walk alone I walk alone I walk alone I walk alone I walk a... My shadow's the only one that walks beside me My shallow heart's the only thing that's beating Sometimes I wish someone out there will find me Till then I walk alone Ah-ah, Ah-ah, Ah-ah, Aaah-ah, Ah-ah, Ah-ah, Ah-ah I'm walking down the line That divides me somewhere in my mind On the border line Of the edge and where I walk alone Read between the lines What's f***ed up and everything's all right Check my vital signs To know I'm still alive and I walk alone I walk alone I walk alone I walk alone I walk a... My shadow's the only one that walks beside me My shallow heart's the only thing that's beating Sometimes I wish someone out there will find me Till then I walk alone Ah-ah, Ah-ah, Ah-ah, Aaah-ah Ah-ah, Ah-ah I walk alone I walk a... I walk this empty street On the Boulevard of Broken Dreams Where the city sleeps And I'm the only one and I walk a... My shadow's the only one that walks beside me My shallow heart's the only thing that's beating Sometimes I wish someone out there will find me Till then I walk alone...

Since we're putting songs up, this one I heard today and it's very close to my heart. CYNDI LAUPER - "Time After Time"
Lying in my bed I hear the clock tick, And think of you Caught up in circles confusion - Is nothing new Flashback - warm nights - Almost left behind Suitcases of memories, Time after - Sometimes you picture me - I'm walking too far ahead You're calling to me, I can't hear What you've said - Then you say - go slow - I fall behind - The second hand unwinds Chorus: If you're lost you can look - and you will find me Time after time If you fall I will catch you - I'll be waiting Time after time After my picture fades and darkness has Turned to gray Watching through windows - you're wondering If I'm OK Secrets stolen from deep inside The drum beats out of time - Chorus: If you're lost... You said go slow - I fall behind The second hand unwinds - Chorus: If you're lost... ...Time after time Time after time Time after time Time after time

26Taurus, I too have Saturn in the seventh Saturn also conjunct Pluto. I know what you mean when you say you sometimes feel more alone when you're with someone. I also know about feeling that you may be ment to be or maybe better off being alone. Years ago I thought it impossible to be both happy and alone, sans partner. Now I treasure my time alone. It seems I do get along with myself, after all! I just had to get to know me! lolIP: Logged |

Hi Saturn's Child! My Saturn is in a wide conjunction with Mars. Interesting that we feel similarly. Except I've always found it much easier and happier being alone. I've always treasured my alone time as well. Maybe a little too much. lol Relationships, in many ways, can be tough for me.What was going on with you during your Saturn return. If you dont mind me asking. I havent had mine yet and I'm wondering how you experienced it with natal Saturn in the 7th. IP: Logged |

MissingIt isn't any easier, missing you in New York just because you've never been here with me just now, as I passed Rockerfeller Center and stoped to watch the flags of all the nations fluttering in the breeze ...I heard your rippling brook laugh did I ever tell you you laugh like a rippling brook" a little later walking past St. Patrick's I cried because I saw a bird's nest that reminded me of your hair in the Sun sweet...damp...and musty Yes, even here, where you never were You're always there I see you and hear you and feel you and smell you in the air Oh! I wish I had told you, just once that The way your hair grows at the nape of your neck overwhelms me page 130 in Love Poems
that brings out the feminine side of me..wanna cry... IP: Logged |

THERES A LION IN MY ALPHABET SOUP To amuse myself and hang in there, baby clutching a frazzled piece of rope called hopeto kill time-which I'm beginning to believe deserves nothing short of murder ...memories have nine lives and are not so easily killed to fill the yawning abyss you left inside to still the song of nesting birds outside my window I've been playing the puzzles with words did you know that by reversing two letters you can turn "untied" into "united"? and -if the Holy Ghost is an "essence" of spirit when you remove the "c" for Christ you're left with the word "Essense" what does that mean? I've been thinking a lot about poetry too these eons since you left me alone beside a treacherous, monitored telephone Like, why should gladness rhyme with sadness? does it follow, then, that Far Away somehow rhymes with Home to Stay? and if tomb rhymes with womb then does death rhyme with birth? what freaky creatures we are to speak a language in which rats spelled backwards is star page 105 of Love Poems
26T, anything for you kiddo...might have a surprise for you one day soon too. peace

Thank you Thorshammer. Youre a sweetheart. "THERES A LION IN MY ALPHABET SOUP" .....I've read that before....... She must have written it in Gooberz as well. "what freaky creatures we are to speak a language in which rats spelled backwards is star" You know what's funny? I quoted that same thing a few pages ago! I love the way her mind works. She had Mercury in Taurus, like myself. Thank you for typing that out. Her words speak volumes to me everytime.
