Hey, Randall...

If typing is an issue, if you'd like to dictate using a tape recorder...I'm quite a good secretary, if I do say so myself...And, I work really cheap. Like...free.

I'm Saturn-serious

The offer stands

Welcome RatanK, if I haven't had a chance to properly welcome you yet!

Good to see you again Juniper!

Thanks, Goober!

Ratan, I have my own nutritional regimen I follow. There are many Paths to Rome. Most people wouldn't deviate from Linda's Rules at all, and that's good, because such Faith is the stuff immortality is made of.

Vitamins: yes I have taken them. You can find PABA through the Vitamin Shoppe. http://www.VitaminShoppe.com I also drank lots of grape juice right after I read her book. I have found that grape seed extract and grape skin extract are far more powerful than the juice though.

does seem like a great quantity, right? 4 GRAMS of C a day!? its interesting to note that most supplements, like solgar and twin lab and stuff, aren't totally absorbed into the body because they are isolated viatmins, many times synthetic chemicals- the packages tell you to eat it with food because most of the supplement would pass right through you. i forget the accual precentage, but i think you only absorb like 10% of it, even with food.... i personally probably wouldnt take that much but that's because i take whole-food vitamins- these can be taken on an empty stomach and much more gets taken in (30% upwards) because your body recognizes it as FOOD and therefore takes more in.

i dont think i explained it well try www.megafood.com/megafood_concept.htm , also www.new-chapter.com makes very high quality supplements... and for good prices on many things try www.smartbomb.com somehow they manage to have great deals!

I know a better way to absorb your supplements guys! If you drink some cayenne pepper in some juice, it's very hot and causes alot of blood to rush to the digestive area therefor increasing absorption. It's actually added to many supplements to help out with absorption, but I just drink my own.

btw my favorite way to down it is in either some low sodium V8 with a squeeze of lemon or lime, or in some organic apple juice. thanks

Asking a question like "is it Really possible?" is a skeptical question. I am a really skeptical person myself and I think there is a lot of place for that, but I re-read the PI chapter several times over and it was very emphatic about the fact that your mind, beliefs, and thoughts can make or break your immortality experience (personally I think it is more of an experience than a trophy to be achieved) So what the chapter was saying was if you have doubts about your own immortality, or its possibility, you cannot be immortal. The greatest irony I think is that we want to get some scientific evidence for this, but in the seeking of this evidence we are giving away our own lack of true faith. And what if that lack of faith were to blind us in the seeking of this proof? What if we disbelieve so much and are so skeptical that when evidence finally crosses our path, we misinterpret it or dismiss it? I think that happens a lot in the scientific community. Scientists are not wrong about their conclusions, just trapped in their own thought process and prejudices, like we all are. PI is about mastering the thought process that shapes your destiny and your body at the same time. Basically repeating I AM IMMORTAL in your mind so many times the years of conditioning and mental expectation and even imperfect logic finally cave in and truly open up to the possibilities. The weird thing is that the word IMMORTAL breaks into IM MORTAL. This is a dire warning and indicates we should probably start using another word, for the lessons of this one are already known to us, and the lesson is that if you believe IM MORTAL, you will be.

I have no doubt's Physical Immortality is Really Possible. I have been an Immortal for 22 years now, and have had many amusing and amazing experiences. People do believe what they see, for instance I'm supposed to be a 51 year old man. Most people think I'm between 30years old and 35 years old.

Just eight years ago most people thought I was between 22 years old and 25 years old.

I recall one experience when I was just made redundant from my previous job. One day I got on the bus to go to the library to do some studying for my new chosen career. I got talking to this chap and he asked if I was working, I told him I had just been made redundant. He asked me if I could drive I said yes, he said you're about 22 I said yes (I never had the heart to tell him I was actually 43) He said you should join the army and I'd get my Heavy goods Licence and therefore a job. I said I'd think about it.

I have many stories like this.

Thats all for now, let me know what you think.

Maklhouf you obviously doubt my word. Why don't you try Physical immortality for yourself, then you would see an eternally youthful person.

Interestingly, there is a big scandal in France at the moment , involving a woman, Lilliane Bettencourt, who owns the beauty brand, L'Oreal. She is a billionaire in her eighties who really does look half her age.Doesn't claim to be immortal tho
