I'm not really sure but I only know what they mean on the hands. I have one very close to my left nostril...heheeh...I'm used to it being there but have always been told it was a beauty spot by my indian step-grandmother...so that's what I'm sticking to for now I guess.

yeah i too have one no two on my chin.

my grandfather told me that the one on our palms indicate that the person will be rich ,i.e. the one which can be enclosed in our wrist.

and there are many many interpretations like that.

I have one on my cheekbone, one on my breast...(upper) and some on my back.

My daughter has one on her foot, and one perfectly in the centre of one cheek on her little bum.

I believe my son has one on his foot too, I'll have to embarass him by asking. He has taken to walking around all tough with his shirt off, but is still quite timid about his body. *Turning eleven
and by the way.. wow, he's turning eleven.

Wow.

My husband must be wallowing in crazy past lives.

(He's very light skinned and has moles...*ahem*, sorry - large, raised freckles - everywhere.)

Seriously, I've heard something re: birthmarks.

Note: I have a large, jagged one on my left thigh near what I'd imagine to be a nice striking point to the femoral artery.

My daughter has one on the inside of her leg close to her knee....I'll tell you what I ALWAYS told her.....that is where the stars came down and kissed you when you were born and marked you for Special.

I have a little freckle birthmark on the palm of my hand under my pinky finger.I wonder if it means anything to have one on the inside of your hand?

I am one of the Spotted People...from head to toe freckles. No tan ever.
Freckles are not moles(nevi). Certain Moles can also become cancerous...so beware of this fact.

I have so many moles that people have joked that maybe if you connected all the dots you might discover a message! I actually have a lot of freckles too. I think that in India they believe that moles represent obstacles that one has had to overcome in past lives...if that's true then I must be a superstar! Ha!

I used to have tons of freckles on my nose, you can see them in pics when I was a kid, now they're gone!!!

I didn't know freckles faded? Oh well.
I don't have moles. Maybe a sunspot here and there, on my back, mainly.

So what about you Randall? What's on your body?...
