Young is not the best age for everyone. as a child I wanted to be old as quickly as possible. Looking at a pic of Bob Geldorf, entrepreneur, pop singer and African charity boss. I think he looks much fitter now than when young.

I can think of some others. Can you? Everyone born under Aquarius?

Those are great examples, Ald. Why would I be taking the **** ? Youth culture is all the rage in capitalist society cause it's easier to market to the young, esp. kids. But real kids want to grow up as soon as they can.

Sorry, I didn't have time to link to the article, re goat herd, but the news was real. I collect news about very long-lived people. although he eschewes sex with women, from what I know about such people, he probably doesn't rule it out with goats. Someone who has definitely improved with age: Princess Anne

I knew a Spanish farmer who regularly made love to his goat, and the Welsh are famous for it with sheep. Who knows what happens in the Ukraine?
I knew someone who was at school with P.Anne and said she always grabbed the best horse(to ride!). I'm no great fan, but I think she had one of those faces you have to grow into you know?

Actually there was no fox hunt involved. The fox was shot, according to agreed legislation, so I suppose the fellow just wanted to eat a corgi. Hehe, I've never seen so much overlap between this forum and heathcliffe corner

I'm glad you did not delete your post, I always want to shoot people who do that. I'll think about what you said and get back to you Sadly the video does not prove Alan is alive now

You want to feel less guilty. You can feel less guilty by eating no meat, and you can feel just as less guilty by keeping your meat intake low. That way you also create less suffering. You can't create no suffering. Much veg and a little meat is how humans have always lived, and you probably need some meat, if only to feel less tired. In a busy life your best way to do it is to not have meAT at home but to eat whatever you are offered when you go out. That way you avoid stress of explanations, etc, and most importantly, you are not in a position of spiritual pride. ie. "I'm a vegetarian you know."
Lovely deer, yes. But if you are concerned about suffering to the animal you should eat a cleanly shot deer, rather than fish. You would eat fish out of concern for yourself, because it did not distress you with its cries of pain as it was hooked and suffocated

a very good reason for vegan/veggie diet and lifestyle that isn't predicated upon guilt is the desire to raise your vibration. LG mentions this somewhere. consuming animals lowers our frequencies, as the fear and pain of an unnatural death results in very negative vibations. eating and wearing dead flesh brings our frequencies way down, affecting our health, thought processes and emotions.

being veggie is not lying to ourselves...it's caring for ourselves.

I forgot to mention one totally guilt free way of consuming meat. That is to eat road-kill. When I lived in the country and got up early in the morning, the road was festooned with newly dead birds and animals.

If you don't want meat and you don't eat meat, you haven't got a problem. But I'm all for thinking. Unthinking meateaters carry a hugeburden of hidden guilt. It only comes out when I order a non meat meal in the presence of a meat eater. "Are you a vegetarian?" they say right away. "No but that doesn't mean I always have to eat meat."
They find that worrying for some reason.

i've discovered recently that Hitler was not vegetarian in fact, but that it was part of the spirituality that he claimed to practice.

being vegetarian can raise your frequency, but other behaviors can also lower it.

perhaps you would be wondering why you don't get to eat meat like the first world countries do.
