I'm still of the idea to be thrown into the sun. quote: katatonic: Your mom is 100 now? Tell her carry on tommy!
Oh no hahahaha! She's 56 going on 57 this year. She has Sun, Moon, and AC in Virgo (Jupiter exact conjunct Sun). Super old age seems befitting. IP: Logged |

Cappies seem to love this question. My boyfriend told me he wants his to be like this (Cappy as well; of course he's thought about it ): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=roKZ1cN_N50 Andy Kaufman went to great pains to prepare his funeral - while he was still alive! He was also a Cappy. IP: Logged |

I don't want anyone at my funeral to be honest.. cos i won't be able to see, feel or be there. I just want ppl to treat me nice when i am alive. My family can just do what needs to be - donate my organs if they are still healthy, burn the rest and spread the ashes at the beach. IP: Logged |

Thank you, Aquacheeka and mirage! If you followed the thread to this forum, by any chance I never saw Man on the Moon, and that scene was hilarious! Maybe it is a Cap thing to want to do videos, to be shown at the funeral, because I like that idea and have thought of it before. Saturn people NEVER quit. I didn't know much about Kaufman. Watching him do Elvis wasn't funny for me...it was poignant, because he is probably the best imitator I ever saw. It's weird that sometimes he is doing a sincere, pitch-perfect Elvis, and then goofing around, making fun of him. I can see why he was Elvis's favorite, though. Jim Carrey didn't seem to "get" Elvis at all, which is a shame, since he probably could have pulled it off well if he realized it was worth the effort...but tragically, you know, people tend to underestimate Elvis. Thanks for the videos, that was a fun "education." Best of all it reminded me of my guy:
