I just wanted to share here something I discoevered in case you are interested! Because this is a place to help each other and share helpfull things. So we the ones who wanna be immortal or who already are... we need some vitamins and suplements as Linda said. But if you travel , its very very difficult to get half a litre of pure grape juice a day. And I guess many spiritual people travel because its a very good way to open up to life and to move things inside of you. So for the travelers or for the ones who really dont like grape juice I give you here an ayurvedic antioxidant mixture of plants, which is a powerfull antioxidant mixture. I did some research and for me thats easier to follow. You have to take just 3 pills when you wake up: 1. Gotu Kola. Its a powerfull antiox plant it creates sirtuins in the body as the grape juice does. 2. Moringa ( called Shigru also): it has almost all vitamins Linda talks about. Vitamin E vitamins B... 3. Chyasanprash or Amalaki: if you take chyawanprash then its like a thick thing you take one spon of it and its delicious, if you take Amalaki then you can take it like pills. Its a fruit from India which has more vitamin C than any other fruit and its a powerfull antiox and covers naturally you vitamin C needs. Also if you are vegetarian its good for iron deficency. Thats it! I just wanted to share it bcs I used to take hundred pills, and it use to give me stomach pain and I was never hungry. And now with this simple mix I feel way better. Anyway... just giving advices to the fellows wanting to be immortals! Take it if you want! And tell me , what do you think? Would that work as well as the grape juice? Huggs for you all

Lol its a lot! I am not a doctor so I think if it works for you then its good! But I am taking a course now about that indian traditional medicine, ayurveda, and they insist a lot about not taking too many suplements. They say it just makes you weaker because its an overnutrition so the body cannot process it well and gets tired. They say if your body is clean and you clean your liver then the body itself creates all nutrients you need even iron. They say in the western world we are wrong about the way we take suplements and they say its all about pharmaceutic industry selling products to us. So they say if you take it from natural food like spirulina or plants then its fine but they say the body cannot absorb well the vitamins which are just chemically extracted and are not together with other natural components we find in food. Because our body is not made to absorb it this way. Anyway all you take seems like a super complete list of the best healthy things. If I change my mind about ayuveda I may take a similar mix, thanks to share it with me! IP: Logged |

I actually agree with most of what your course says. I just discovered through years of research and personal trials what works for me. And I could still stop or add something, which I just recently did. So, it's not set in stone by any means. Humans can't make all of our nutritional needs. Vegans still need B12. And like other primates, we can't produce Vitamin C. There may be others.IP: Logged |

Yes my course also says we need vitamine C from natural sources or from something called ' amalaki'. About the vitamine b 12 they say you dont need it. But I am not really sure about it. IP: Logged |

We definitely need B12. Vegans who don't supplement get sick.IP: Logged |

By "don't supplement," I meant B12. But the soil has become deficient in a number of nutrients from over tilling, the worst being selenium. IP: Logged |

Good idea! They only put three things back into the soil, which fertilizes it to make it grow good looking crops but crops lacking in nutritive value.IP: Logged |

People with cancer are deficient in selenium. That doesn't mean it's the cause, because the body might just be using selenium to fight the cancer, but it's a safe bet that lack of selenium plays a role.IP: Logged |
