Well, aside from the already-mentioned phone call with his sis where he requested to be put on the line  , I've called his sis (who's a soul sister to me) twice, and both times he was the one that initially answered the phone. Once, he sounded sorta tired, the second time, last night, he seemed more pleasant, but I can't tell what's going through his head...
His sis got the letter I wrote her recently, and since his was mailed at the same time, I figure he recieved his too.
I have such intense feelings for him, the most pure and romantic I've ever experienced, but time will tell where we are meant to be.
I'm so sick of hearing all the negative comments people make about sun sign Geminis though. I heard a Gemini astrologer friend of mine say that Gems only want what they can't have, and once they get it, they will lose interest...  That seemed so negative.
And he has Two important personal planets (Mercury and Mars) in Cancer, as well as a moon in Aries (or Pisces?), so he's definitely not the "typical" Gemi...
Would appreciate any wisdom or advice on this.------------------

VAA,I've read over your other thread with interest, and while I can't offer anything regarding Lexigrams, I would like to respond to your quote, "I'm so sick of hearing all the negative comments people make about sun sign Geminis though..." AMEN to that! First of all, the level of maturity (emotional, not chronological) a person is at, will be reflected in the positive or negative behavior they display of their sign's characteristics (since all the signs have both). Also, we are all so much more than *just* our Sun Signs; the Moon, Ascendant, Venus, Mars, Mercury...etc. can and does alter the so-called typical traits of the Sun. Like your friend, I have Mars in Cancer. Along with this I have Venus in Taurus, Moon in Scorpio and a Pisces Ascendant, so I am not a "typical" Gem either...and get annoyed for example when I read how all Geminis are supposed to be shallow or fickle. That's nonsense,  and I think all signs get sold short when so categorized. Regarding your friend in particular, having Mars and Mercury both in Cancer could make it difficult for him to express his inner feelings directly...but it doesn't mean they're not there. It would be helpful if you could get his accurate birth data so his chart could be compared to yours and you could see which houses each of your planets place in the other's chart. I'm still learning, but I would think a nice conjunction between a few of yours and his personal planets are a good sign, and there are others on this site with a lot of knowledge about this who may be able to help you. If it isn't possible to get this info on him, I can only say to follow your heart. This relationship is between you and him, and if it is meant to be, it will be, nomatter who tells you otherwise. Whether the experience will be a good or not so good one, it will be something you both will learn from. Take care, and best of luck to you!  IP: Logged |
