Finally! About a month ago I had dreams a couple of nights in a row. I was having a quiet conversation with a charming brown haired woman outdoors ,sitting under a tree.It was full summer & the tree was huge and full of leaves. The grass scent was strong & I could hear bees buzzing.

The conversation must have been of a melancholy nature because I`d wake up feeling a gentle but sad kind of peace.

The last time I dreamed it, we parted with a hug and a k-nowing that we had solved what ever the dream was supposed to be about and the feeling was one of sad relief. Not a clue what the conversations were about tho . Anyhow, I just saw your photo in LL joints and it was YOU in my dream! No doubt whatsoever, it was you. If you have a clue as to what we was discussing, I`d love some insight!

Me too Pixie Me too

I typed the dream out as soon as I came out of shocked suprise at seeing you. Upon reflecting & remembering the dream, I wanted to add that you were a old familiar soul & there was a kinship involved. I will reserve my reflective thoughts on what we may have been discussing til you reply..

Wow.
And..whoa.

juniperb...first let me say I'm so glad that a dream of yours that included me was one in which we felt a kinship. There are more than a few people here at LL that I feel drawn to, and you are definitely one of them.

And as far as my pics go...LOL...hope it was the one with my hair down. Last time I looked at the one where my hair was up I thought I looked like a strict, stern, dominatrix.

Now...as for the subject of the conversation, my knee-jerk reaction is that I am stumped. But I want to think about it tonight, mull it over a bit. Maybe mention it to a friend who is stopping by for dinner and drinks, she's quite often very psychic.

The surroundings of the dream are beautiful, I love full summer in a country setting like you described, my soul feels at rest. We weren't in Ireland were we? I feel such a pull to Ireland, and I'm going there soon...

Regardless of where we were, I'm eager to hear your reflective thoughts. Even if the subject was melancholy, if you awoke with a sad peace, then there must be something good in the whole of it...

Perhaps Ra might have some insight? Or perhaps one of or knowflakes, too, like our wonderful pixel, might have some thougts.

I will think on this, through the evening, juniperb.
Hugs to you.

wonderful pixel????
Oh, I love you!!!!!
I wish I had some concrete thoughts about this, perhaps the event you were talking about just hasn't happened yet.

Do you both have any similarities within your lives that would draw you on a soul level? I know we often meet people whom we have known 'before' in various functions in our lives.. How else would you meet so many far reaching points that connect than on the internet? It could happen. Who says physicality has to be involved, it is mind and soul here, after all. What a comforting thought. I am still very interested in seeing how this evolves, please keep posting of this!!

Visiting each other in the astral, huh? My favorite place to meet.

No insightful thoughts, just ..... wow. Don't mean to intrude. Just had to say ... wow.

Nope, no keen insight. But it is a cool experience! Perhaps with more details something more will surface.

First Trillian, yes it was with your hair down....

Second, it was a thought conversation, no words were spoken yet we understood each other perfectly. These are the only details of it. The scenery and the emotions were the gist of it.

The only thing I am certain of is it was you and we found closure to a very emotional event in our mutual lives.

Pix, hmmm the only thing I can think of is we both love our four leggeds, are basically orphans and share many spiritual beliefs. Scotland draws me as thats a large part of my heritage, Ireland her. Both have Gaelic connections.

Ra, I only wish there were more details. After we had closure & hugged, I quit dreaming it. It`s Trillians turn to dream the details

Tink, no way could you be intruding! Your comments and insights are always welcome...

juniperb, I have thought about this a lot, and mentioned it to my friend last evening. And yet...I am still stumped. I don't know what we were discussing. But I don't think it was about the four leggeds, that just doesn't seem to fit.

The scenery was beautiful, a place I'm sure we both loved. The emotions were bittersweet, and my feeling is that they will become clear at some time.

I think it's also significant that you didn't realize it was me while you were dreaming, that you could see me, but that you didn't have a "knowing" that this was Trillian, or even that it was someone from LL.

Hopefully one of us will dream this again and awake with clarity. I will think on it further, it really intrigues me...

Without reading older threads for verification, My thought is that you both have experienced family tragedy of some sort. The feeling the dream evoked was one of sad closure. Could your souls have come together for some familial bonding?
K-nowing as only one who has experienced the same could ? Just some insight. Or maybe that you SHOULD come together and experience a sort of closure relating to family......
No, I don't think it was animal related either. Something on a richer human (two-legged) level.

juniperb, was the sadness for you, or was it for me? I mean, sadness expressed over something in your life, or in mine, or was it more universal?

Trillian, I sense it was both our Elves. Personal rather than uni-versal.

I have been reflecting on the untimely death of my mother (3 years ago today) but I don`t see how that would draw your emotions in.

Somehow Pixie, you may be right Keep the thoughts comming.

I'm sorry about the loss of your mother, juniperb. Three years is not so long, I'm sure you miss her.

I miss my mom sometimes, but I barely knew her, I was pretty young when she passed.
I think she comes to visit sometimes, and supports me.

Your dream has been on my mind. But still I have no definitive thoughts about it's meaning...

Yes Tink, the day must have had a lot of meaning for her soul. To have her first child on that day then to pass over on it . She also had a particular love for Groundhogs day.

I sorry if I asked a question too personal Juniperb. My mom died this past November 2nd. My birthday is November 3rd. She was in the hospital for 5 days and I was afraid she would leave on my birthday. Wasn't sure how I would deal with that. She always told me how sad her own birthdays were after her own mother died. She had been brain dead for 3 days. The doctors thought it would take until about 2 or 3am on the 3rd to get eveything ready to take her off life support. Strangely, I was born at 3am. We decided to forgo the organ donorship and she passed at 10pm on the 2nd. Maybe I should have let things play out? I do believe in the Phoenix. From life comes death, from death comes life. That was one of the many lessons she taught me. I'm still a bit nervous about this upcoming Nov. 2/3 though. I don't expect it will be pleasant. Some lessons are hard. If I might ask, how did you deal with her passing on that particular day? It's a strange coincidence, isn't it?

Tink, I`m sorry for your loss An odd coincidence it is.

My faith that she choose her time of leaving; she had completed her purpose and is in a more wonderful place that we can imagine has sustained me. The first year was filled with grief and guilt (I wasn`t there when she passed) . The second year, guilt with grief diminishing and since then a slow healing by wonderful memories and feeling her presence. I`m not 'there' yet, but I am doing better every day.

Your mom chose her time (I believe) and nothing you could have done different would have changed it. I wish you love, peace and healing Tink.

Thank you trillian. I know. When I came home that night I lay down on the floor in front of the stereo, closed my eyes and Very loudly played the 4th movement of Beethovan's 9th. The Ode to Joy chorus. One of our favorites. I think my husband thought I was insane. But I was transcedent. Filled with Joy. I couln't cross the river, but I really felt I walked to the riverbank with her. And felt a bit of what her soul felt. I got just a glimpse. One last gift.

And thank you Juniperb. I wish you the same. I feel like I've taken over your interesting little thread here. But it was such a odd sort of thing with the birthdays, I just couldn't help but to ask. I do hope you two decipher your mystery.

No worries Tink. Threads are rarely linear, they take on a life of their own.

And maybe...perhaps part of the reason for juniperb's dream was to bring about this discussion...

Oh...Beethoven's 9th is a favorite of mine too...

Well, this thread certainly has been a harbinger of healing and understanding.
Thank you, Tink, for sharing your story. It sounds like a very solemn and humbling experience.

*By the way, Tink, you are so courteous and apologetic in your sharing, I for one, appreciate your manners, although I am sure they aren't needed beyond reason, I love hearing your stories, and I am sure that is Universal*

juni, I think I might know...but I will wait till my return from Ireland to share my thoughts. I had my suspicions when you first mentioned this dream, but didn't want to acknowledge them, as they are bittersweet.
