In our little village of under 900 souls, the loss of life this week has been staggering.

A friends six year old boy rode his bike into the path of a car and died instantly.

A neighboring farm burnt to the ground and took the life of a 17 year old boy ready for graduation.

Two seperate car accidents took out two men in the prime of their life.

A classmate died of a heart attack and two town elders passed over.

Such a gripping loss to deal with in the space 0f a few short days. The funeral home isn`t equipted to handle so many and it was one funeral right after another

Please let this be a sad reminder and no matter how busy, tired or grumpy you are, wave to the neighbor, hug your loved ones and always have a kind word to share

LOVE and LIGHT to your community Juniperb. I live in a place about the same size. These things hit hard when you know everyone in town. Your community is lucky to have you around to help with the healing. All my condolences.

How very strange this is, Juni. And very, very sad. Certainly puts what I thought was a bad day into perspective. Peace and comfort to all of you.

Geez, Juni, everyone in your little community must just be beside themselves with shock and grief. This will go down in the community books as "The Bad Week".

Funny how things happen in clusters like that, hey? I wonder what transits your town or county or district is experiencing right now.

Anyway, sending you much compassion , love and prayers

Thank you again for your love and prayers.

The last memorial service was yesterday and now the healing can begin.

This farm community is very fundamentalist and takes great comfort in the church and the promise of heaven, so it binds them together and supports them thru this difficult time. Your lite will help heal their aching hearts.
