"Osho is an enlightened master who is working with all possibilities to help humanity overcome a difficult phase in developing consciousness." The Dalai Lama

About five years ago, I was introduced to the works of a man, who I consider to be one of the greatest teachers to me in my life.

I had the most mystical experience of meeting someone, who introduced me to his work. This is a long story that I won't get into.

The point is, this man helped me to completely change and grow in many aspects of my life and self. I don't know where I would be, without many of the things I have learned from him. His name is Osho. Some of you may know of him. I believe many of you could benefit from some of his teachings. So I am posting some links and info about him if you are interested.

There are many "Osho websites", but this is one of my favoites. http://www.otoons.com/osho.html

Yes and mine too. He is a very enlightened man and they are few and far between.

Many may think they are enlightened, but when you happen to be in the presence of one who is you are most certainly able to tell the difference. Your expressions immediately after are very telling indeed. They do not confound, but expand in love and frequency.

A wonderful vehicle of the divine.

Which of his books do you think it would be best to read first?
I'm still reading the 12 Edgar Cayce books I've ordered! Plus The Celestine Workbook.
Over the time I've been on this site many of you have suggested good books, and believe me, it has changed my thinking! I'm looking into Jose Silva for my next bindge!

Hey Philly! I would start off with "Love, Freedom and Aloneness" but really you could start off with any of the books I listed above. I will say that his book entitled "The Book of Secrets" is a huge, very "heavy/deep" book. I think someone just starting off with his books would find it a little overwhelming. When the time is right start off with one of the books listed above.

The Book of Secrets is what I began with ... it is huge but one needn't read it entirely (of course I did ). You can just open it anywhere and get hooked! Then I read The Mustard Seed ~~ The Revolutionary Teachings of Jesus the Mystic ... extraordinary book.

One of the past books that I found to be very enlighten to me was, THE POWER OF NOW,A GUIDE TO SPIRTUAL ENLIGHTENMENT, By Eckhart Tolle.

Thanks Again, your such a wonderful person and I love the fact that I have been truely blessed to meet up with you and others of such like mindedness.

Somehow I hit a botton that, sent my message before it was finished, a case of hands working faster than brain.

Anyway, I went to town to a book store called chapters and looked up Osho on computer and was alittle overwhelmed by all the books he has, they listed 74 books. The one that keep standing out the most was JOY, so I brought it home with my new book mark.
The new book mark reads: TRUTH; Make the most of yourself, for thats all there is of you. Emerson

Thanks again for shining you light so very bright!!!

Much Joy an Love, You Taurus Friend
