My birthday is next week. I'm planning a party...except I dont know what to do.
I'm turning 18, so I would really want to do if money wasnt a problem would be go out for dinner, get drunk and go clubbing.
We cant really go out for dinner cause my friends dont really have money right now to spend cause of school, we can't drunk cause I dont have anyone to get it for us...and we can't go clubbing cause you have to be 19, and not everyone can get a ID, and I could talk to some people to get us in but I dont really want to depend on that.
So I need some ideas
I dont know what else to do
I guess we can order pizza, watch a movie and go out and play some pool...
But I rather do something else...
Something different..but I dont know what..and something that dosnt cost whole lot of money.
any suggestions?

Is a house party possible?

I don't know if you're a guy or a girl

When my little brother turned 18, I offered to take him and his buddies to a juice bar (non alcoholic strip club) and get him a 6 pack.

When I was 18 I had a small little house party and my parents got some beer for us.

There's a couple thoughts for you. Be safe.

How about everyone ordering a different chinese dish. Have it delivered to your house. Everyone could pig out and eat with chopsticks, try different dishes and watch dubbed asian movies.
Sounds like fun to me... but I'm not 18 either.

How about a BBQ at the park? They are a lot cheaper than pizzas if you work it out right. There are Labor Day sales happening in grocery stores right now to stock up. Meat can be bought and frozen with marinades in freezer bags.

Parks usually have bbq pits, so all that's needed is aluminum foil, tongs, charcoal, and lighter fluid.

May be your friends could chip in a few dollars for paper plates and napkins?

Oh, may be they could loan a couple of stereos to pump up some music?

Do you guys like to play sports? Volleyball? Soccer?
