Yes her birhtday was yesterday. It was a crazy day. We had a party for her and that meant 7 kids running through my house at warp speed on a sugar high!

The party lasted from 12p.m. til the last kid left at 7 p.m. I still have party decorations hanging up. But I cannot find the time to take them down..Ive got to motor...kids have karate class in 45 minutes.

Karate, eh? What kind?

I used to do Tae Kwon Do, I had a dislocating shoulder problem in the championships though. I'd love to do it again, not as fit as I was 10 years ago tho! I'd love to do dance again too - street dance at Pineapple! http://www.pineapple.uk.com I work just 10 mins away, but there's monetary costs to it.. So near but yet so far!

Karate...I will have to go look up the spelling of it...it is a form of Okinowian Katate Do. My son is one test from being a blue belt and my daughter is a white belt. They are both able to break boards with their feet. My son can also break them with his hand/fist in several different ways. That is impressive to watch. I will be taking them to a tournament the end of this month.

Yes, I do hope to do martial arts again. To do it properly, I'll want to encompass the same training routine as before which was pretty rigourous! At the moment I have time for a few laps up & down my stairs!

I have learned that he has been having multiplal affairs over the years (at least 4 a year)

I also have learned that I have a lump on my thyroid. I go in for testing this next week.

Needless to say I have been overwhelmed. I will have to move soon. I do not know how I am going to support the kids and myself once he gets out. I only pray that with the war the millitary will hold onto him so that at least I wll get child support.

I really miss coming to LL and I miss talking to you Sheaa. I will have to get your e-mail address soon. I hope that all is well with you. Please don't worry about us, we will make it. I've come too far in my life to give up now. These kids are my world and for them nothing seem impossible.
