I happened to catcht this story on my local news broadcast ... however I missed some and seemed a little skeptical on other claim ... but after reading the whole story it does seem logical ... heres the story ... http://www.nasa.gov/home/hqnews/2005/jan/HQ_05011_earthquake.html the only part I dont understand is the change in the earth's rotation, not the affect on the rotation but the changed (which they comment on later in the article) if the earth's rotation changed wouldnt we feel an effect of it? maybe Im looking to far into this and seeing whats clearly in front of me! anywho - read on! ang- IP: Logged |

Yeah, same here. quote: NASA scientists using data from the Indonesian earthquake calculated it affected Earth's rotation, decreased the length of day, slightly changed the planet's shape, and shifted the North Pole by centimeters. The earthquake that created the huge tsunami also changed the Earth's rotation.
Wow.

That was my exact words when i first heard this last night ... WOW! Pretty crazy when u think about it.... would that change of the north pole also affect the long/lat of places/locations ... I know it was only and inch of movement, but that was my first thought! I guess thats why id really like to see the reports to know exactly how much life was affected by this ... ang- IP: Logged |

Oooo, I re-read the article and saw this ... quote: The researchers used data from the Harvard University Centroid Moment Tensor database that catalogs large earthquakes. The data is calculated in a set of formulas, and the results are reported and updated on a NASA Web site.
but where!?!?! or maybe they're not released yet. hmmmm, i'll keep searching! ang-

26 - thanks for the update. I too find this very interesting. And I will continue my search has time permits. Gia talks about this a little bit in the Universal Codes regarding the pole shift and the effects we will be seeing/feeling. You may want to jump over there and take a peek. Its at http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum2/HTML/001285.html however I will continue looking arond and see what I come up with. Today may turn out to be a busy day here at the office. So if need be I will search over the weekend and see what comes ... ang- IP: Logged |

Wow! That was so "real!" Funny he mentions Mexico... last night we had a small tremor! I didn't feel it, but hubby did. Most of you know I live on the border of AZ and Mexico. I have never experienced a tremor in my life! AZ rarely gets them. And coincendently, I have had lower back pain for about a month! That tremor may not even be close to what he is saying, but the idea it can happen is very eye opening.IP: Logged |

I still havent read your email. I will soon though. Feelin' alright today?I still have to read that thread through maya. I've skimmed it and it seems like a good one. It's amazing how knowlegable Gia is on everything. IP: Logged |

I just took a peak at his future map of the world! wow! I always say this.."Nothing happens in Douglas AZ. And appearntly, it won't in the future either, which is good in this case. Douglas borders Mexico in the lower right part of AZ. Initially we moved here for the heat, and a bit of paranoia about being too close to government targets, should there be an attack... Looks like my intuition for feeling safe extends into the future as well! IP: Logged |

The weather already IS changing. I took a look at his future map YEARS ago. One of my mom's friends bought his future map, I bet it's changed some since then. I'll have to look again. He seems to think there will be some major changes going on. I dont know, makes you wonder.....IP: Logged |

Even here we have had odd weather. They predicted a nice 69 degrees today. It may have reached 40. These are meterologists that live in the area! In october, we were freezing our butts off, and now in January, it's warmer. Usually 50 to 65 degrees!IP: Logged |

trillian,I too have heard to be very skeptical of Mr Scallion. And I am. I am of most "seers". Because while they may be seeing true visions, they are ALWAYS ONLY possiblities. Things change all the time. The story is constantly changing and nothing is set in stone. Thank you for the link. Yeah, it is really strange Philbird. It kind of makes me nervous. IP: Logged |
