I have always wanted to be petite! To feel a man's arms wrapped completely around me, feeling that sense of protection and sensuality. Maybe that's why I chose my hubby, who is 6'3 and have these long orangutan arms which wrap around me perfectly.

I'm 5'9" 1/2...pretty close to 5'10". I just keep on growing, and I'm almost 20, I would have thought my bones would have fused by now... lol Here's the funny part though...I keep on growing and the males my age just keep shrinking. It's a rarity for me to see guys that are at least my height or taller. I wonder what's in the water... Like you, Pixelpixie...I like tall guys, too. Hi there! I am one of the ' Vertically Challenged ', I'm only 5' 3". My Son will be 9 years old in April,.... and, looking me in the eyes!!!! Really, I don't mind being short though. Each generation ( maternally ) gains about 2". My G'ma is 4' 11" and, my Mom is 5' 1". So, my guess is that my daughter will top off at 5' 5" but, that remains to be seen. Let's see, .... she's 6 so, .... yeah, 2 or, 3 more years before I know better... ~ geminstone IP: Logged |

Proxieme sounds like me and my mother! I am 5'9" while she is 5'3" (but I think shes shorter than that, thats just from what I remember when I was younger. Mt father is 6' zactly. Whom I very much take after. while my older sister takes after my mother. When I was in 6th grade I passed up my mom and my sister in height. I remember them being so mad at me, cause I had all the height. I like it but at times in school especially, I hated it. Now i dont mind it and actually prefer being tall. Nowmy b/f is 5'8" ... but catching up (i think hes still growing - hes 22)  ang- IP: Logged |

*waves back to Sheaa*Yeah. Anyone who wishes that they were taller... Well, I stopped growing when I was 12.
I was a 5'9'' 12-year-old girl. Middle School was fun. ang - He could totally be growing still.

I'm 5'7''. Long torso, long legs, (I guess you could say 'streamlined') chicken ankles and wrists... I take after my dad in those respects. Mum is 5'3'', older sister is 5'10'', brother is 6', same as dad. Dad's family is quite tall and lanky, but with defined muscle (Native American influence on his dad's side), but mum's family is pretty short. We're (sis and I) the tallest women in our family. My nana is about 4'10'' now.. you know how they shrink. I used to have a thing for short, stocky dudes... not stocky like, fat, but rugged. Then I dated a tall guy, like, 6'4'', and I have pretty much dated only guys taller than me since then. Yeah, I like to feel protected... When I was younger, I wanted us to be 'equal'... IP: Logged |

Just under 5'10". Luckily, my hubby is 6'2". I couldn't stand to be with a shorter guy ... I tried it a few times and just felt so awkward. Not because other people would look at us or anything, it was only an inch or two difference, but I felt like some gigantic, unfeminine freak. Then I stared dating taller guys. Much better.
Oddly, I'm the tallest one in my immediate family ... I'm even taller than my dad.  ------------------

I'm tall and lanky at 5'10..many people say I have the waif look. I actually like being tall, it suits me. I used to hate it in grade school when the boys hadn't caught up to me yet though  My boyfriend is 6'3 too For me thats perfect height..he's chest and shoulders are sooo much bigger than mine so I feel that safe feeling, you were talking about Pixie, when he holds me. I had *ahem* developed by then, too.
Actually, I had had B-Cups in the 4th-5th grade, C's by the 6th, C/Ds by the 7th, solidly D/DD by High School - this while being 5'8''-5'9'' and all of about 120-125 lbs.
And I have stretch marks from how quickly my hips came in.Great. Early. Adolescence. I usually dressed in black or grey loose fitting clothes; otherwise the boys'd gawk at me. IP: Logged |
