Awww Steve, that's sweet! Okay, youve got a deal. I'll be your sister next lifetime. LOLWell, that's a good idea to wait on the classes and have a few treatments first. No need to rush into anything. Sounds like you found a good teacher though. Interesting about the symbol she got. There are a few symbols you learn to do that are given to you at different levels of training that you arent supposed to teach anyone who hasnt been attuned. I use the one for protection all the time. I even do it on cars that I ride in (I was told it works for that) and I have never been in an accident. Well, that's cool. Maybe someday you'll decide to take the classes. Arent the treatments heavenly though? I havent had one in awhile. You can do Reiki on yourself but it's just not the same as getting it from someone else. Take care. IP: Logged |

26!!!I had an appointment today and it was, just like you said, heavenly. The woman is totally cool. She likes me a whole lot. She says I'm very responsive to the Reiki II symbols. She said I would release a huge sigh every time she used one. I felt so opened up. I'm still totally high off it. I'm bouncing 'round the room. The Full Moon, and the fact that its Good Friday, may have helped. The first class starts next Saturday, and I'm definitely going to attend, if I can open my parents minds (i.e. wallets) in time, lol! And, come to think of it, 26, why wait for the next life; you can be my sister in this one. It already feels like you are anyway. peace, love, reiki hugs, steve

Awesome! She sounds like a great teacher and like I said once before I really do think you would be a natural at Reiki. You do seem very open, sensitive and like you would be a good 'healer'. I hope your parents help you out. I too am feeling this Full moon! Weeeee! Anyway, best of luck bro. ((( ))) Youre destined for great things. IP: Logged |

Philbird, you ate the Milk Dud without knowing who threw it? what if they licked it first! That full moon, when it was just above the horizon here, was HUGE and bright orange. Very cool!! IP: Logged |

VTT, HA HA! Reread this and think about your comment about the milk dud! Virgo is a virgin. Virgin's are no fun. They're squeaky clean, too pure, and very picky. Nobody and nothing is good enough for a Virgo. They stare at you with those penetrating eyes, making mental notes of all your weaknesses and imperfections. Then they pretend to be your friend and help you, snickering and laughing at you all the while. Don't trust them for a minute! Virgo is ruled by Mercury - god of hyper-analysis.IP: Logged |

OMG!!! I didn't even think about what I was saying, a dirty milk dud! I think what's even worse is, if that was me with the milk dud, I would at first be like "who the f threw that!" and then I would think oh my god this is probably so dirty, but then I'd think, wow I am hungry...and eat it anyway. LOL! I have an impulsive nature. It fell from theater heaven, I was thankful, and I ate it. Free candy!!! Besides, someone spent 25 cents on me. By the way, my son is a Virgo, and he said the same thing!!!! But half the time he looks like Pig Pen from the "Peanuts!" IP: Logged |

I just noticed Pixie can punctuate very nicely when she's been a chuggin. But why did the spelling go out the window?IP: Logged |

hahaha.... why indeed? Anyone who has an IM convo with me knows how important punctuation is to me. It makes or breaks things. Maybe my fingers aremore accustomed to the placement of the punctuation keys, compared to the letter ones, which.. when you are inebriated, are way too close together. I actually fix mistakes when I am sloshed too... But it gets tiresome.

Pixie you are soooooooooo cute when drunk! So its true ... girls are wayyyyyy more fun when drunk! Which brings me to a question ... am I uptight? Just that every guy I have ever been with says he cannot wait to see me drunk! See, I normally dont drink at all and so I sometimes wonder if I am missing something ... ?!?!! Well, enuff abt me. I agree Virgo is the sign of virgin, but dont you know ... they are curiousest people in the world??!!! And that curiosity is transferred to everything of a sexual nature too. So dont get fooled by the title of the Virgin, if you are with a Virgo, they are perhaps even more into experimentation than the sexiest Scorpio you know! Another thing abt them - sometimes they love messes - just cause they hate getting their hands dirty! IP: Logged |

Omigosh! I just realized my hubby and I have fought the last two friday nights. What is up with that? Does he resent that I go out or something? This has to fit into a bigger thing...Sorry to speculate on your thread.. but one more Friday night fight, and the neighbours will start looking at us funny.... I thought Elton John said "Saturday Night's alright for fighting"... Not friday..... IP: Logged |

Yeah maybe. I am a fun drunk, and so is he.It has never been a case of instant assh*le just add alcohol.. but I guess if the scenario were a little prickly, the alcohol couldn't have helped.

"I agree Virgo is the sign of virgin..." Hey Maya, try being named Mary! Now that's a hard act to follow. I waited, and I waited, and I waited, for a sign before I even touched a thingy. But C'mon, 24 years? It was too much! One day I ran screaming into a bar, put some dollars in the cigarette machine, drank like a fish, played "Highway To Hell" on the juke box and had my way with a guy on the pinball machine! ROFLMAO!!!! Philly, let me say you have THE BEST sense of humor I have ever tripped over!!!! And LOL, try being with a supposedly sensuous bull when you're both in mid teens and him not touching you ... even holding your hand?!!! Imagine what that does for your self-esteem!!! It took me 6 years to recover, so that puts me square in your age bracket when I finally used all I had learnt abt the beavers and the rabbits! Maybe my nitpicky Virgo Rising had something to do with it, but even when(according to me) I looked my best, my much less ... eh ... endowed friends were getting more action than me!!! Is it me or do guys really like girls who are cheap and available; irrespective of how they look or whether they have a brain between their ears? IP: Logged |

Philbird, you make me howl with laughter! I can actually picture that!maya~ But even though I look at him and love him, I am still stung. He hurt me in the place I never thought he would. I am simple really.. and he knows that, he knows how to work with me. But he dropped the ball. It's okay, I understand we all do it, but I have a hard time with the dynamic from now on. He isn't supposed to change the rules. I don't know how to be the person I am supposed to be with him and for that I am squirming. I am not perfect. I am well aware of this. Well aware. But he is supposed to smile and say it anyway. IP: Logged |

Oh Pix do I know what you mean!!!I mean, there you are in dreamworld, soaring across the pink golden skies with all your lovely balloons gripped tightly in your hands, safe in the knowledge that he is right with you, that he can really see all the suns and moons appeaing together and he really knows what you are abt and pffuuut! You wake up with a thud and realise you are alone in your bedroom, with the lights out and sweating, and not a heart shaped balloon in sight! I mean, how are you supposed to keep believing and keep the faith when the person you thought knew you best looks at you with the eyes of a stranger??!!! But give them some credit, at least they try to make sense of our hormone laden, crazy dreams and even if it is fragile and ill-founded, their faith in us is warming and perhaps the only thing that keeps us going on believing! Especially witht hat Mars naivete and enthusiasm, you have to forgive him the occasional fall from grace ... and admire his spirit to still try and keep up with you! Give the man some credit honey, he does love you like mad ... IP: Logged |
