'Alien' Jellyfish Thanksgiving day - 11/24/2005-- Taking a stroll along the south beach shoreline of Staten Island, I noticed a multitude of jellyfish residing on the sand with the incoming tide. Upon closer examination I saw the image of what is commonly referred to as an alien head glistening in the translucent body of some of these fish. Hours later they were gone. Have not seen them since. Would appreciate an e-mail if anyone has had similar experience. —Henry Erlenwein herlenwein@aol.com
