Thinking of the people who are involved in this also;
http://www.sky.com/skynews/article/0,,30000-13382065,00.html

quote:
Hurricane Dennis has unleashed chaos for some part of the US by ripping up piers and spawning tornados in Alabama.

The season's first hurricane has continued to plough through the central Caribbean and is expected to head into the eastern Gulf of Mexico.

Cuban authorities issued hurricane warnings for the east of the country as Dennis headed for a direct hit.

Warnings are also in place for Jamaica and the southwestern peninsula of Haiti from the Dominican Republic border westward.

Dennis' heavy rains, particularly in mountainous areas, "could produce life-threatening flash floods and mud slides," according to the US National Hurricane Centre.

Experts at the NHC also in Miami said Dennis' movements are threatening some key oil and gas fields off the coasts of Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama.

Hurricane Dennis is expected to his land on the Florida Panhandle early on Monday.

Today, the storm is expected to be centred around Jamaica but a hurricane watch also remains in effect for the Cayman Islands.

Sustained wind speeds have been recorded at up to 80mph with higher gusts - making Dennis a category one hurricane.

Additional strengthening is expected over the next 24 hours.

Thinking of you Prox, hope you're well

what up dudes !

I had a dream about a tornado a few nites ago...

All I remember was whoa theres a tornado, It seemed so real, I didnt know it was a dream.
There seemed to be four of them, all at once kinda next to each other, kinda quick.

Anyway I either just held on- and/or got sucked into it...? either way i was Ok, and it seemed kinda groovy, and so I hope it will be for all of you.

Keep to the lore and you will be spared
So say I.

Laterz Yo.

I think Blue's a little west of me - that's where the Hurricane's making landfall.

It's a Cat 4 - the strongest in recorded history to hit Alabama (Ivan, for all its destruction, was a Cat 3 by the time it hit us) with max sustained winds currently @ 145 mph (not gusts - sustained).

Blue needs light.
It could be a rough day/night for her.

Yep, I'm OK - Dennis barely grazed us; we just had a day-long thunderstorm (with no thunder). If only we now get Emily (my sister's name) my evil plan will be complete.

You've got mail.
