Hello all - my husband & I are moving to a Coastal Community and we are starting a new business. It's a handy-man's service.

Any ideas out there for a business name?

Thanks for the support!

When my SIL and I were brainstorming for name ideas, something we kept into consideration is that in the phone book, #s and the letter A will be the first thing people see when looking up your services.

Maybe it would be a good idea to look at a phone book for the local area and see what you can come up with that will get you at the top of the list?

Our company name is A Clean House. *Everybody wants A Clean House!*

We also considered the word Affordable, but decided against it because typically people aren't looking for the cheapest housekeeper in town. They're looking for quality.

Anyhow... Have fun with this!

Are you staying in Alaska?

Hi LibraSparkle! - thanks for the response. It's really hard to come up with a good name and we appreciate the input....we will keep kicking names around.

We are leaving Alaska after 12 years....winter is just too long for us anymore and we are ready for a change in our lives, in all aspects.

We just came up with...2 Peas in a Pod...a thought...

Thx!

For the numerology peeps out there ....

Which number would be the most fitting for this type of business? Is it really gonna matter the person(s) sun sign ... or would you just think in terms of the type of business you are wanting to create when reading the definition of the final number?

i'll post this in UC as well Ma

As far as numerology goes.. names sort of choose you.
Find one that 'speaks to you' then find out it's numerological meaning.. If it doesn't work, tweak it or combine it, until you get the vibe you like.. but I think all and all, the entity will evolve how the meaning is meant...
An entity with a certain number that doesn't work in personality, might work great for a 'thing'. You know?

cc from UC:
Thanks to everyone with all of your wisdom and thoughts on this! We are both ruled by Mercury and we were leaning toward #5! Mostly because of this!

You are all so very thoughtful. It's amazing what you can put out into the universe and what comes back.

Thanks Angel of Hope for the posting! We had a very successful day at the garage sale!

Love & light to all!

Well, PixieDust and Pops are on the coast now and have just received in the mail their new business license. It reads ...

Honey Do's For You

Which reduces to a compound 23 - single 5

The Royal Star of the Lion
__________________________________________________________________

This is a karmic reward number. 23 bestows, not only promise of success
in personal and career endeavours, it guarantees help from superiors and
protection from those in high places. It's a most fortunate number, and
greatly blesses with abundant grace the person or entity represented by
it. As always, the 23 must be considered along with other Single and
Compound Key numbers making up the full numerological analysis, which may
not be quite so fortunate. But other numbers don't have much of a chance
to bring about serious trouble when the Royal Star of the Lion is
present during difficult times. No number can challenge the Lion's
strength and win.

It's wise to remember that if the 23 is abused in the present life, it
could revert to an 18 or some other extremely difficult birth number in
the next. So one is warned not to fail to appreciate the benefits of the
23 and the 24 compound numbers, and not to allow such good fortune to
cause selfishness or a careless attitude toward spiritual values. The
temptation to indulge in promiscuity must be avoided; likewise a tendency
to overindulgence of all kinds.

-------- ----------

Vibrates to: Mercury
Represents: Communication, movement, and versatility

5 is the number of the intellect and both written and oral expression.

When the Sun Sign is:

GEMINI, VIRGO:
This vibration intensifies the Sun Sign personality traits.

The Meaning of the 5 Vibration
__________________________________________________________________

People or entities with the number 5 possess a great deal of natural
charm, and, as a general rule, are innately courteous. They're quick to
spot mistakes and flaws, and will not hesitate to point them out when
they see them. The 5 vibration is supercritical and incapable of ignoring
mistakes (their own, as well as those of others) and it's associated
with a love for movement and travel. Change is a never-ending necessity
for 5 people. Change of scene, change in relationships, residence,
spiritual and political beliefs and so on. There's a string tendency to
overanalyse people and situations. It's difficult for a 5 person to
submit to the feelings and intuition; the intellect is determined to
find logical answers. This obsession with analysis can ruin personal
relationships for those who allow themselves to be ruled by the 5
vibration. Even love can wear out under such continual (and usually
unnecessary) scrutiny. Love is made of instinct and feelings, not logic.
5 people tend to "talk love to death" instead of just letting it be,
allowing it to become part of them, without questioning its whys and
wherefores. Love has nothing to do with logic. Most people enjoy being
in the company of a 5 person, since the outward persona is unusually
pleasant and soothing. Because 5 is the vibration of the intellect,
those under its influence are extremely bright, of higher than average
intelligence, and mentally alert. Nothing escapes their notice. They
seem to be fine-tuned to the smallest detail. When financial or other
circumstances don't permit the frequent travel all 5 people need,
they'll travel in their minds, and since their minds are so acute, their
"daydreams" are vivid enough to satisfy the restless urges within them
for a time, at least.

According to the ancients, the number 5 has an association with what is
called "earth-magic." Curiously, the number 5 brings a longing to
believe in magic, elves, faeries, and mysteries of Nature, along with a
need to pin everything down and view it under a microscope, two qualities
which are in direct polarity to one another, causing those under the
influence of 5 to find it difficult to understand themselves. 5 people
are sometimes high strung; they live on their nerves, and crave
excitement. They're quick in thought and decisions, and often impulsive
in their actions. They have a keen sense of new ideas and inventions,
are willing to take risks, and are born speculators. Writing,
advertising, public relations, and publishing are fortunate 5
occupations. 5 people possess an admirable elasticity of viewpoint, and
the ability to rebound swiftly from blows of fate, which seem to leave
no long-lasting impression on them

just had to share with all who helped them in their decision.
