I just kinda took that word "queer" to mean odd...different..marching to a different drummer...

...and if it was meant in "another way" - well gosh, nothing wrong with that...'cept when it comes to that "other way" I'm straight as Crazy Horse's arrow....so sorry if I gave the wrong message...*sigh*

Love,
Rainbow

Hey Fayte

Those people are usually the ones who are unsure of their sexuallity.....I think its known as latent homosexuality.....and funnily enough they often are rooted deep in religious practices....YUK....

Whereas the ones who are sure which way they swing wouldnt be freaked out in that way.....there is a "knowing" isnt there ??

And I am hoping those ones you mention in regard to the film Alexander are not amongst us still here in LL....and if so, I wouldnt have much time for them myself...one of my dearest friends who was gay rocked my world...and when I got approached by a sexy Scorpio lesbian french woman, I felt complimented and not insulted or threatened...oohh la la !!!

Swing whichever way ye might friends.....cos at the end of the day.....we all is god's children

Amen

Sue g!
Oh yes..the ones I speak of are still at LL.
There are several who speak out of both sides of their mouths..or are saying they are cool with "it"...but only if "it" does not touch their lives...or folks they know or their children.
I have been told I have "gadar"....it has proven to be pretty accurate. I am guessing that "bending tendancies"..so to speak are common to about 50% of people...and then some 40% who are in denial...and the last 10%..are either not into any kind of sex or are lying about their sexuality and choosing to avoid it altogether.
ok..2nd. rant over.....

Yes that's right...all of what you both said. Sexuality is a very unique thing...as I have a personal experience with it..my brother is actually transgendered, I've never mentioned this before here...but he is quite open with it.
He was born as a female, but prefers to be a male...he always said from only 5 years of age that he feels like a male trapped inside a females body...so he doesn't really consider 'herself' a lesbian, just a straight male.
It's something that I am truly open to, and always will welcome differences...and to have a closed mind and think it's gross really makes me almost cry... gosh, you know what? Most people actually identify themselves as a person before their gender and sexual prefrences...

What saddens me is the way the medical community handles the newborn Hermaphrodites and the variants of the condition.
The ambigous genitalia of these babies is more often than not..surgically tampered with to produce a visually physical female gendered child.
But oh my...then puberty comes in and you have many real males who are now stuck being female! Or folks who would not have minded having ambiguous genitalia...but the choice was not theirs! They all got peniledectomies...and if "needed"...according to the medical community or the parents...a sugically enhanced or surgically created vagina etcetera.
See this page for books on this matter. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/search-handle-form/002-6415907-4094405
I recommend this one:
As Nature Made Him : The Boy Who Was Raised as a Girl by John Colapinto (Paperback
Since then...life has ended in I believe..suicide by this poor fellow.
But the book is a very good true story of his
becoming a man again.

I have personally known well; 4 persons of this nature.
It is a hard thing to live with. But only because society and the medical community
have made it hard on them.
Well folks..there are 3 sexes on this planet!
Call it abnormal all you want...but it is a normal human variant. Just like flat chested women with the boyish figure, or men with breasts...or girlish "child bearing like hips...
There is room for these human variations!

I feel anyone who claims to have God in their lives and love in their hearts and is homophobic is a FAKE.......I wished people would be upfront about how they feel rather than throwing out BS all over the place.....

....it is so bloody hypocritical, small minded and sick to my mind......we all deserve respect and no prejudice.....sexuality is a very private thing, an individual's choice...

....did anyone see American Beauty.....said it all really didnt it......now mind that closet door people......it could be YOU !!!!

mmmm......Fayte.....it just came to mind these people who are phobic, I am wondering if they are they ones that wouldnt be in a loving relationship themselves. I have often noticed that people who arent channeling their sexual energy often enough become distorted in their views including their own sexuality.......

Does that make sense to you girl......?

Whatever, it is, it gives me the creeps anyway......

Sue!
Yes I tend to agree. Those folks may be married...heterosexuals...but they cheat on each other and are miserable...stay together for the kids...or money...
Not happy folks for sure!
Many I know of(some are relatives) keep themselves over busy...and have the money to do so..golfing..civic..church..and more...but are not happy or lucky in love...and are too worn out keeping up with the Joneses and parading about saying look at me! See all the things I own! Sad miserable bigoted hypcritical and homophobic and other phobias..paranoid phobic people...seeing conspiraces everywhere.
Convinced that someone or some group is a threat to them or out to get them.
These folks often make appointments for marital sex! Creepy creepy creepy!
