I don't think you can turn it on from the user's side, Aqua. It has to be done from the admin side. The board use UB codes. If you are using photobucket, you have to copy the [IMG] tag, and the image would be linked.

I agree that a lot of guys are numbskulls to a degree when it comes to romance, but in the end I feel that a guy using another man's word or actions is not truthfully portraying himself. I'm sure you agree with this, but I just wanted to point out that guys ought to express themselves in a manner that they create. We all have a certain affection for the awkward ramblings of someone possessed by feelings of love. It's really a sweet thing when a guy or girl makes that leap and feels it important enough to try to describe their feelings for the other -no matter how the words come out.

From one angle, love prsoe/poetry looks very cheesy and mushy and desperate for impression. On the other hand, why does it affect so many girls from different cultures and age groups in the same way ? A vast majority of men do not know how to write a proper love letter. The art is dying. In the 1940s, the young love of a WW2 soldier would read a letter from her man with trembling hands, and those letters whould vibrate with every molecule in her DNA. Nowadays, in most modern societies, men and women come cheap. Sex is too easy, who needs love until 100 relationships have failed inspite of mad passion? Maybe the excess sex/exposure of men and women prior to development of love "short circuits" the love appreciation centres in our spiritual interface?

Or maybe, it does not do that permamnently.

Thats where AG, as usual, brings up some insightful points. EVen a ramble in broken english to express love is just as valuable to the girl as a virtuso letter from a dilettante. There is something primal and powerful that loves a love letter in the brain of every girl who does not deliberately shield her inner femininity to herself. In any case, this is better than gorging on chocoate sundaes
