Maybe its my Jupiter indulgence or maybe its just a bad habit, but when I'm feeling blah I love my chocalate. I know, I know its not good to associate food with emotional comfort...but there's nothing like a Reeses miniature or a toffee bit when you're down yonder.

hmm, i was just thinking about this. ive never been a big chocolate fan. never really big on sweets at all, but in the last couple of weeks i have been going chocolate crazy. hot chocolate, chocolate milk, milk chocolate candy, mint chocolate. im having fits. the other night my dad brought me over a chocolate bar because i was feeling down. i curled up in my big squishy bed, with a book, and my chocolate, and it was heaven...

That's kinda funny - I've been making hot chocolate (the real kind, from scratch) for my husband, kiddo, and me almost every night for the past couple of weeks.

When I'm in a real pinch, I've taken a few tablespoons of Meg's Ovaltine, added just enough milk to make a soup, and then eaten that.

So, yeah - major chocolate munchies on this end, too.

i've gone chocalate crazy in the last 3 weeks straight, never really liked it, but once a month, hehe
Now, I'm baking brownies, cake, cookies, I even made some fudge,
and the weirdest thing, is I've lost weight, not gained, what is this sugar high
we are on?, LOL

Love and Light to ALL

I've never been much of a chocolate person, ever...only in small bits. Lately, though, I've had this thing for Peanut M&Ms...during October, it was Breast Cancer Awareness and they sold bags of pink Peanut M&Ms...yummie! I bought 3 bags (yes, typical Saggie overload!!! my Jupiter IS in Sagittarius!)

If it is going to be chocolate, my only favorite is to make Betty Crocker fudge brownies (although my real weakness is any cake made with whipped cream/sponge cake/strawberries or bavarian rum cream filling)

thats so weird... I have also been feeling the 'chocolate call lately too! I'm not normally a big eater but I have been getting the biggest cravings for chocolate the last few weeks. Plus strangely today I re-watched the film chocolat (johnny depp - yum!) because i seriously wanted to watch the chocolate-mixing scenes again!

I'm not a big sweets eater either. Chocolate is to rich for my tastes. Once in a blue moon i will eat chocolate. (I prefer cheese to chocolate) Well, it seems of late (liek the last few weeks) i've been 'craving' chocolate. To the point where i awake in the middle of the night for a drink of water and end up grabbing a candy bar on the way back to bed. "i know, i know - horrible" Quite strange that others are experiencing this too!! (well maybe not the middle of the night snacks, but the cravings)

It doesn't help that once Halloween is over, you walk into any grocery store and down every aisle are baking goods or you're innundated with everything from chocolate chips to marshmallows and snacks/party supplies for the holidays...and every time you open a magazine there's a chocolate ad staring back at you! I swear, I had never had it before but I saw a huge tub of Pumpkin Ice cream! No wonder we have cravings!

I've taken to keeping a bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips at my desk, though I don't have any now. That way I can just have a few when I crave something without searching for a dessert that may be worse for me nutritionally.

I've been eating a lot more chocolate over the last month (I eat a little bit at a time), and have been drinking more ovaltine as well.

Yes we are surrounded by cosntant temptations. At our nightly meeting at work, our Manager's always hand us out some candy goodies. Usually, I refuse or just have one. lol, lately I'll have four pieces! Aghhh not to self, must continue my daily work- outs despite the bad weather.
