I wanted to apologize if I offended anyone yesterday by ripping mg a new one. I do not normally conduct myself in such a manner and was out of sorts for various reasons. If mg reads this, my sincere apologies to you. Negativity is not something I want flowing from me or part of my life, and I truly do apologize if I offended.

I know it's hard sometimes to not go to that level, but it's entirely your choice if you do. Sometimes it feel necessary. So, when you do, what else can you do but stand behind yourself? Not forever, just for the moment. Personally, I rarely hold a grudge, even if I've come to verbal blows with someone. The problem is, they usually do. Some can dish it out, but absolutley cannot take it. It's not always easy to judge when it's worth it and when it's not.
