I think it really is in the eye of the beholder..

To me, beauty is the reflection of a Divine essence in anything. When my eyes are glossed over with love, I see beauty everywhere.

I like how you describe, it, artlovesdawn...and agree that beauty is connected somehow to how we're feeling...I think in part, it's feeling at peace inside yourself, and because of your inner peace, everything you see is well and beautiful...

I've always said that the negative will always be there if we look hard enough or choose to focus on that, so why not focus on the positive instead and look for the good?

I see beauty in the exaltation of man-in the highest potential of man.

Have you ever seen "Mr. Skeffington"? Perhaps you could see what I mean...

Beauty is unadulerated creation (in my perception). There are times when everyone I see is beautiful...but then when they open their mouths my thoughts change...beauty comes from the inside. It is the God inside of you...your higherself...your archangel.

I believe Everything is beautiful in it's own true being. The fact that we don't always see this,is what causes blindness and division and a sense of ugliness in ourselves and others ...
